This is hands down the best Circle K anywhere. The manager is there quite a bit and the place is always spotless and stocked. They have every kind of food you could possibly want from hamburgers to milk shakes. The beverages are plentiful including 6 types of slurppies, and if you just need a cup of ice they don't nickel and dime you to death like other places. Staff is great and it really is a vital part of the community. Yeah, the spacing for the pumps can be tricky but they added 8 PUMPS! I don't mind a little tricky maneuvering to have that many pumps at a good price close to my house. Would you rather have 4 and wait in line! The "bugs" Jesus E. found in the Circle K pump design are "features" in this modern era. He says: Two cars can't comfortably fit at the pumps side-by-side. I say: This place is awesome for social distancing! And it's true. It is. Not only that, but this Circle K has Purell hand sanitizer dispensers on the sides of its pumps... and they are full. Granted, it's the foaming kind. So to me, it feels a bit less satisfying than the non-aerated version. But still. Today, finding Purell in any form is like finding a stash of gold. After pumping my gas, staying well more than six feet away from any fellow human being, and sanitizing my hands, I felt like I was ready to take on the world. Or, at the very least, the next few hours of this pandemic. Oh yeah, and it was $1.99 per gallon. If it weren't for the existential dread, I might have been delighted to see such a throwback price. read more

By far the cheapest gas in Ann Arbor at the moment! So I'll keep coming back here. However, I can't give this place a high review because because the layout/spacing is a mess! The aisle space between the gas pumps are WAY too narrow. I don't think two cars can actually fit side by side and have enough space to get out of the car and pump gas. I usually see people back up, go around and then inch back until their car is relatively close to the pump without getting to close to another car. But I guess it's worth it for 25-30 cents less per gallon! read more

For me, the only thing the new Circle K is likely to fuel is frustration. I always would visit this gas station before it closed in 2017 - good prices and close to my house. They closed for more than a year to update and remodel, and I'm afraid someone botched the measurement of spacing between the pumps. The station reopened this week, and I tried to visit today to fill up - there are (I think) 10 pumps at 5 stations now, on both sides, but if there's already a car in the bay on one side, there's no space to pull in next to it and also get out of your car (and I was in a Corolla, folks.) The pumps needed to be 2-3 feet farther apart. Maybe shut back down, move the pumps, and re-re-open? read more

Better prices on gas than most other stations in Ann Arbor. This is normally where I go to fill up! Can't say much for the convenience store inside--I've only been in a few times when I was trying out some weird energy drink or sleep-inducing drink, but nothing stood out as particularly bad or awesome. read more

I've never had a problem at this store ever until 3 days ago when I sent my friend to get my gas she comes back to the pump like are gas is paid for I'm like how? She said idk I pumped my gas and left apparently the cashier asked who paid for pump 1 no one said anything until we left and she gave him his money back for gas that was already in my car! So today I go in and the manager is coming at me talking about cops . I will never spend another dime here ever. It was 15$ at that 15$ I didn't have a business move would have been punishing the fu*cking cashier who did the dumb sh*t I'm highly pissed off because I wasn't even planning on spending 15$ the night I got gas so giving 15$ today over someone else's fu*k up I am not happy and I will be contacting corporate . read more

Consistently the best prices in town, bar none. Same low price whether you pay in cash or with credit, which is good for me since I'm always in the latter category. On 02-18-2019 at 7pmish I went into the store, located at 1420 E. Stadium, and gave the cashier $10 cash for gas. Unbeknownst to me, that is NOT what I purchased. After telling her what pump I was on I went to pump my gas. I put in my $9.50 in gas went in for my change and receipt and things went down hill from there. She informed me that I was not going to be getting change because I had purchased my fuel on a card. I said that I had not, she then called her manager. The manager said I could not be given change because I had used a fuel card and I also could not be given a receipt because I had used a card. I told the manager that I had paid for gas in cash and that yes I am allowed to get a receipt. I also did not use a card. It was at this point that the cashier explained that she had applied my cash to a card and then allowed me to use that to buy gas. Because I did not wait for her to ring up my transaction she then threw away my card and blanked my receipt, (whatever the hell that means, these are computers) because, again I did not stay around to let her print it out. (I am a delivery driver, I was working, and I thought I was in a convince store.) I understand that the women was trying to be nice. I don't care. I understand that you, the reader, might think I am a dick. I don't care. I do care that the cashier and, I think, the manager, have a nifty, little scam going. They sell you something that requires you to spend more money in their store. Either you leave them your change or you buy more stuff. Either way, they get more money out of you. (I am leaving aside the refusal to give me a receipt, as the law requires stores to provide them upon request.) I feel that they committed a crime. Whether that is just petty theft or some type of retail fraud, I am not certain. I have no illusions about the police getting involved, its .50cents. (I have LESS illusions of their ability to keep from rolling on the floor laughing after or during the act of reading any complaint like this.) This is my only way of expressing my - DISPLEASURE - with their actions. The manager was happy- she got a card sold AND a instore transaction. The cashier was happy she helped her manager AND did what the store wants by selling a Circle K store card. As I said they have a very, niffy scam going. I will not be returning, and I hope that the store, that they have spent the last 1.5yrs building, goes out of business. I hope that they get caught by the wrong person running their scam and that said person is the straw that breaks the camels back. read more
