I knew I was getting close when parking in the surrounding neighborhood was getting congested. **It's worth searching for a parking spot.** The strawberry goat cheese pastry was PHENOMENAL. WOW!!! We were staying in Topeka for a few days and I really wish I lived here just to visit this coffee company. Not only do they have fabulous coffee, but a full-on bakery in the back churning out delicious treats, with tons of gluten free and vegan options! I had the GLUTEN FREE mochi apple donut and I don't even have words. It had the chewiness of mochi (glutenous rice flour) on the inside, with that deep dark delicious FRIED *cronch* on the outside, and bits of apple throughout. It was almost too much. Almost. We also got some GF protein bites. I got a plain oat milk latte because I knew I was in for some sugar overload with the donut and that was delicious too. Great coffee although I'm not very picky with coffee as long as it tastes like ... coffee. I hope to take a road trip soon so I can stop back in at Circle Coffee Co! read more

Great new coffee shop. I really enjoyed the coffee cart, and glad to see it translated into a full scale operation. I went on the first Saturday they opened, so it was a little hectic in there. The mochi donut is delicious, almost like a funnel cake. Hard to believe it is GF, DF, and vegan! I reluctantly got it because it was the only thing they had left, and ultimately really enjoyed it. The inside space was nice, although the table I was at had water dripping on it from a HVAC run above the table. read more

The Sausage Cheddar Rosemary Bun has a rich savory sausage blend wrapped in a flaky croissant like blanket, adorned with rosemary - divine! The iced chai latte is rich, spicy and refreshing. The atmosphere is very nice not your typical topeka coffeehouse, feels like i'm on vacation. The mocha latte is very straight forward and to the point. I like coffee with more of a deeper flavor. The chai tea was good but something was missing in the mix. Pretty sure it's a home mix but was still vv good. Service is vv fast and to the point, extremely efficient. Even if the line is to the door and close to out of the building they get it done fast and effective. The Honey Chai Bun is more like a sugar bun which i still 100% recommended it, it's vv good and flaky and good. The Lemon Berry Muffin was divine, very soft and cakes muffin. There doesn't seem to be any handicapped parking but all of the parking is vv close to the building so I imagine that's why. They have outdoor seating that is mostly shaded and tables that are clean. You bus your own table so it's up to you to keep it clean. They allow dogs on the outside patio as long as they're leashed and behaved. read more
