CoffeeHead is a small coffee/bakery shop nestled next to a gas station. The parking lot is small so you might miss it but there's also a little patio with tables/chairs. I've started going to Coffee Head to get my Milk Tea fix. I've tried the Thai, Taro and Earl Grey Teas with boba. Which they've all been delicious. It's usually busy but the service is fast and friendly. They do have some baked goods as well as some breakfast/lunch items but I have not tried the food there yet. I would def recommend trying out this local coffee shop. read more

I am a huge supporter of locally run establishments. I will even pay a little more to do so. In this case, I won't return. What they charge for their burrito and the quality of it, I would rather just go to Scooters. The guy that works here is SUPER nice. My 2 stars is for the chick from south Texas. Not friendly. Doesn't say hello. Me and another lady just stood there forever while she talked to someone else about school. Learn to gage the room. This was twice that she has been that way. Got my order wrong. I just prefer to go to places that are far more welcoming than here. Folks that say they had good service must have visited on a day that she wasn't working. read more

Shop is a little small and cramped but they make the space work! There's a little shop which has a lot of great products (tea infuser bottle, stickers, tea, etc) and then there a little bit of seating as well. More seating outside which would be great in warmer weather The service was pretty fast and friendly. The staff answered all of our questions The black milk tea was rich in flavor but was pretty sugary, it had a very strong brown sugar taste to it which I wasn't a fan of. Very disappointed with the visit. Service sub par (main barista was curt - refused to refill my water bottle without any explanation), and the drinks were not served the way it's illustrated in the menu and it seemed it's only for marketing. I was looking for a new coffee shop while visiting Kansas City. Came here after looking at their impressive Spring drinks menu. They are located next to a gas station, very tight parking with limited slots. The coffee shop itself is pretty small, there is one table, few chairs, and feels pretty compact. They do have outdoor seating. I ordered 2 drinks, both with oat milk expecting to get the drinks served similar to how it's illustrated in their menu (see the pic). Their drink illustrations are very misleading. They refused to serve in ceramic cups. Rose Cap Matcha: was definitely better than the other drink. Again, didn't look anything like the one in their image. It doesn't have any rose color or flavor in the drink itself. I got it iced, no ice (note that they generally charge 50c for no ice). It tasted as regular matcha latte, nothing extraordinary. Also, it didn't come with rose milk cap as they refused to do it in oat milk. Pistachio Rose Latte: the drink illustration shows a nuts covered rim served in glass, what you get instead is just a regular coffee, that too tasted bitter and only the taste of pistachio. It lacked any rose flavor. They also refused to make rose cap with non-dairy (oat) milk. Lastly, I asked them to refill my water bottle, the main barista just refused without any explanation. Also, didn't offer a glass of water instead. She was also very snappy throughout all interactions. I have never seen anyone refusing water. I wonder how they treat other customers. Overall it seemed they were irritated and not customer centric. Highly disappointing and won't be returning. read more

Omg this is such a cute little hidden spot I can now call my own. I was going to another place closer to my home but hey we must force ourselves to walk farther for our rewards and this place is hidden but well worth the rewards. The staff is VERY VERY POLITE unlike some local places where the younger crowd rolls their eyes or talk back. Great coffee and especially there espresso drinks! But the to go cups are not microwavable, which is very strange to me... Sometimes I want to reheat my beverage and cannot in the cups they have. The logo on the cup is aluminum, so the cup cannot be microwaved. Otherwise great baristas there! read more

The inside is a little small and when we went it was a one woman show. She got our coffee out to us fast. There is a small selection of pastries and an outdoor patio. The mocha latte was beautiful and had great flavor, the coffee blend was a bit bitter but the mocha balanced it out. My mom got a rose something latte that she really liked. They have very nice flavor combinations that are aesthetic and delicious. The cups are recyclable and adorable. I kept mine to use. read more

I ordered a Chai Tea Latte, with two shots of espresso. Pro: Taste drink, quality service and great prices. The environment was great and the service was impeccable. Con: The drink was not as hot as I would normally order it. I did not bring it to their attention because it was not that big of a deal. However, if I had brought this to their attention, I am sure that they would have remade it . Which is why this "Con" did not impact the 5star rating. read more

This place is a real dump. Attached to a gas station there is only enough room for one table and a few chairs. The working space for the staff is so tight that it takes awhile to get your order so people are just hovering around when it's busy. The coffee was average but the experience was lousy. read more

My boba tea was absolutely delicious. And everything else looked amazing and delicious. The store is cute and clean. The wait time was quite long however.
