Two days later I went to pick up and one was item was ready but the other item was not. The counter teenager explained to me that "sometimes they don't pay attention to the dates". Wow! As a dry cleaner, you really only have to pay attention to two things: cleaning things and dates. At huge inconvenience I returned a day later to pick up my second item, and when I was charged full price I asked counter teenager #2 for a discount because the item wasn't ready on time, and before I even finished my sentence he started shaking his head and blurted out "You gotta talk to C****...you gotta talk to C****...you gotta come back when C**** gets in." So at even more inconvenience to myself, I have to return to get a discount I shouldn't even have to ask for. I received only nine shirts and the pants and when I asked about the discrepancy, the teenager behind the counter claimed that the other shirts had been picked up (she consulted her computer, I showed her the receipts). Well, somebody picked up those shirts, but it wasn't my husband, and the fact that they let 9 dress shirts go--around $450 worth of clothing--without making sure the person picking them up was the correct person (that's why they ask for a phone number when one picks things up!) is amazing to me. I now have to return to the store again tomorrow and demand that they either find those missing shirts or give us reimbursement for the shirts. At one time this service was run by competent people, but now it is staffed by a rotating roster of earnest but not very knowledgeable kids. I cannot recommend Craft to anyone, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

It wasn't until 2:00am Saturday night/Sunday morning that I woke up and had a full on panic attack realizing I never picked up my husbands cleaning.
