I have been going to Circle Chiropractic Center since 1987; stopped for awhile and started back up and have NEVER left. I appreciate the honesty from the staff and Dr Frey as to my condition and at the time he had massage therapists in the building - which I REALLY REALLY liked!!! However, that has changed but I still get great adjustments there and the type of help that my back needs to stay strong and healthy. I can't say enough about Dr. Frey & the team. I have been seeing him on & off for years. I also recommend him to all my clients (I'm a massage therapists). He will work with you if you don't like to be "cracked" & use other ways to do his work. For people who say it's expensive & health care policies don't cover enough or anything else that has to do with billing, take that up with your law makers. CC didn't make the insurance rules. I have been going to Circle Chiropractic for a few years now. I did not know much about the science of chiropractic before I showed up, but Dr. Frey introduced me to the many benefits. Like most people, I thought that chiropractors were for those who had bad backs or necks. What I didn't realize is that they can help with any disease that you may have and are great for preventative maintenance. My first visit consisted of a few tests, x-rays and other scans (covered by insurance), which let Dr. Frey know what kind of situation my back was in. He sat down and reviewed the charts with me to see where the issues were. I told him that I had allergies and a few other nuisances. He told me he would create a plan to work on these issues over time. Dr. Frey is a great chiropractor. He actually pays attention to what you tell him. In my example of allergies, after about two weeks of adjustments, they went away and have not returned in over two years. I tried visiting a few other chiropractors while I was away at college and they don't compare. Dr. Frey has a great ability in the sense that he can modify his adjustments to the type of person he is working on. A good example is with my parents. My mother says that he is gentle enough for her (a smaller, older woman) and my father says that Dr. Frey gives him a solid adjustment every time (he is a pretty large man). Circle Chiropractic also has a great staff in general. Dr. Frey's wife, Jamie, along with several other members are very welcoming and helpful. Reid, the masseuse and acupuncturist, is unbelievable at what he does. All around a very friendly atmosphere. Clearly I have been turned on to the benefits of chiropractic care and I would highly recommend anyone to try it.* *This is assuming you have health care, of course. Wonderful experience, and great office staff. I called Dr Frey's office frantic at 37 1/2 weeks pregnant with a transverse (sideways) baby. I was going to have to schedule a c section the next week If I couldn't get baby to flip. His office came highly recommended so I decided to give it a try. They fit me in immediately and were so accommodating, getting me in every day until my next OBgyn appt. I can happily say baby is now head down and I'm able to try a regular delivery. These people are blood sucking cockroaches. The staff is very unfriendly, and none of them know anything about insurance coverage...I guess on purpose. They schedule far too many patients for the same time slot. Jamie and Cassandra are the worst, no clue about anything they are talking about, except trying to get more money out of your pocket. Chiropractic is trying very hard to excepted as a valid form of medicine/preventive medicine...these people do not help that cause at all...I am so turned off. read more

Went a for a couple months and noticed no improvements. The chiro couldn't explain what he was doing that well. Also, didn't offer much protection when doing the x-rays, which is just terrible. His wife kept calling and pressuring me to resume treatments -- was not friendly at all. read more

I've been going to see Dr. Frey for 2-3 years, and I have to say that he is the best chiropractor that I have ever had. He is comprehensive in the adjustments and in explaining what he is doing and why. Dr. Frey adjusts my body from my head all the way down to my feet. He adjusts my feet! Staff is extremely unfriendly. Make you wait far too long for each appointment, because they schedule so many people at the same time. Make you pay extra for anything except a manual adjustment, where other chiropractors will include stim/decompression/etc in each visit for same price. Would not take insurance for the DTS machine, where other chiros will. Wife calls incessantly to schedule next appointment. Will not release x-rays. Would not recommend at all. read more

I started going to Circle Chiropractic in early May because of a pinched nerve in my lower back. After an x-ray and some initial evaluations, Dr. Frey mapped out way to help get me back on track. In addition to regular visits, he suggested exercises and stretches that really made the difference between trips to the office. Beyond fixing the initial problem, Dr. Frey has really helped me condition my back. I started taking dance classes this year (after a two year break) and my weekly visits seem to help me recover and prepare for the added stress from ballet and hip-hop classes. I have been coming to the Circle Chiropractic Center for about a year now. Initially contacted them because of the frequent headaches. After about 3 month I was virtually headache free. Not only I still see Dr. Frey once a week, but my whole family now does also. I do occasionally have to wait a bit longer than anticipated but that is not at all unusual in this area. I met doctors and staff at a 5k race in February 2015. My wife has suffered with horrible migraines(nausea, flashing lights, the works. Dr Frey felt her neck and said "whoa, you get a lot of migraines!" Well, the two of us began going to their practice, and while our allotted insurance visits are up, we pay out pocket for monthly adjustments. My wife's migraines has all but disappeared! My daughter suffers with ibd, and anxiety, and has begun getting adjusted and also gets therapeutic massages and acupuncture from Dr Reed, and it has really helped. As for the staff, we absolutely love Dr Frey, and miss his son who has moved to PR to start his own practice. I got into a car accident. Someone rear-ended my car. The day after the accident, my back and neck was very sore. I had a severe headache that wouldn't go away. After a few days, I decided to see Dr. Frey. I had only been to a chiropractor once before. I didn't believe in it. After two weeks of treatment with Dr. Frey's office, it is truly amazing how much better my back feels. I still have a long way to go before I am completely better but at least I get some relief. The staff is very unfriendly, especially Cassandra, who is quite rude, which is the last thing you want when you are already in pain and giving THEM money to ultimately help you feel better. The wait time to see the doc is more than the time he spends with you (approx. 10 mins spent with doctor). They are more concerned about business as is evidenced by the large number of people they try to stuff in a short amount of time and the types of "things you need" they try to sell you. His wife, Jamie, does call you several times if you do not come back for an appointment. Dr. Frey seems to know what he is doing, although my pain increased over time. But my impression was that they are all about the money. The wife does call incessantly for follow up scheduling, and they add things to your chart without even discussing it with you. On one of my first appointments, they were starting me on a procedure that would have cost a significant amount, and I had already told the doctor I was not interested at my previous visit. They billed my insurance for both Pt and chiropractic care for each visit. I've been to both physical therapy and chiropractors in the past, and never have I had such a large bill for such a minimal amount of service. I would definitely look elsewhere. read more

The first visit is over $300 out of pocket (and I have Blue Cross Blue Shield) and they do not do any adjustment mainly just a diagnostic. During your diagnostic they even ask are you carrying too much in your wallet because that could affect you. There's a sign that something may not be right. 3 visits to this place can cost you over $500 out of pocket. Even with good Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance coverage 3 visits to this place can cost you over $500 out of pocket. In addition each visit after is over a hundred dollars out of pocket that are not covered. There are better chiropractors for whom you can pay nothing out of pocked and get adjustments and other services. This place tries to get every dime out of you even charging you for the electro pads! I would recommend avoiding this place! Read the other reviews there are far too many complaints about how expensive and complete money drain this place is.
