I enjoyed the Samosas and Bhel Puri…read morehere, they were a notch above the quality you would usually expect ordering real food at a movie theater. I also LOVED the red cushy reclining seats, I personally didn't think they were any dirtier than your average movie theater seats unlike some other reviews. My group was seated in the second row from the screen for a 4 hour movie and were still able to view it comfortably since the recliners went so far back. Now onto the negatives, I have to agree with other reviewers that the staff is not the most warm and welcoming, but my bigger issue is that you can book your tickets/seats online and pay a convenience fee for that, but then you don't have the convenience of simply shifting your seat online OR over the phone. I had to stop by here in person earlier in the same day of my movie just to move my party's seats. Overall, in the big picture, I have to appreciate that this is a special place unlike any other theater in terms of the vibes of being immersed in Bollywood. I would simply caution moviegoers to not expect a luxurious experience or treatment.

I came here to watch a punjabi film called ChardiKala. Once i came i saw how flilty and grimy the seats were. Literally so disgusting and disappointing! Like im talk litera stains, crumbs, and filth on the seats. The cup holders had so much grim around them. I do not recommend. There is much better movie theaters in the bay area. Ekam.K

I've experienced Chill Theaters twice now!…read more First time was in August where I hosted my Mom's 62 Groovy for You Birthday on wheels! We had a nice intimate session, parked in a residential area, little quiet neighborhood in Sunnyvale, CA. The theaters was clean, fully equipped with snacks and drinks (free of charge) too! We ended up getting this experience free and that just made the cherry on top experience for us! The second time around, my friend rented out the mobile for the both of us! We hosted a Halloween event and nobody could even tell we were in the middle of a parking lot in a Campbell, CA park! lol All of my friends enjoyed and loved the concept. Again the experience was enjoyable and the theater was clean. The restroom though had a little odor though, so we had to keep the door closed for sure! My friend and I split the costs, which was $30 for egg rolls that we never even got. But that's okay, the driver said we would get a refund, not sure if she ever did! Andree the driver is amazing! He's super flexible, informative, and helpful! Hope he is always the driver when I book in the future! My mom actually recently booked the Mobile for my daughter's upcoming birthday in January! So I'm so excited about that!

Some original pieces were shown, such as the original bench from the Edison Theater. It's the only remaining original seats from there! Many types of cameras, equipment, and items. They are huge fans, so excited to describe everything and share stories. Admission is free, but donations are welcome. On the right side, there's a gift shop of museum souvenirs as well as shelves of silent films you can buy to watch at home. They also have silent film showings with piano accompaniment on Saturday evenings. You can buy popcorn, candy, and drinks. There's a small theater at the back past the center aisle. The gift shop has an extensive collection of rare DVDs, CDs, postcards, and some fun merch. If you're in town on a Saturday night get a ticket online for their 7:30 silent film showing! Our school has been bringing our 5th-grade students to Sky Zone for our end-of-the-year field trip…read morefor the past several years. The facility itself is large, parking is easy, and there are plenty of attractions that keep students entertained. The kids especially enjoyed the variety of jumping areas, the small arcade, and the snack shop. Unfortunately, this year's experience was filled with several organizational issues. We were told we could enter at 9:00 AM, but when we arrived, the facility was still closed. Standing outside with 45 excited students waiting to get in and another bus on the way was not an ideal way to start the day. Prior to our visit, we submitted student names, birthdays, and waiver numbers in advance to help streamline the check-in process. However, none of that information appeared to be utilized, and check-in ended up being long and exhausting for both students and staff. There was only one employee handling the entire check-in process, which created significant delays. We had also prepaid for a package that included unlimited pizza, drinks, chicken, and fries. It quickly became apparent that the facility was not prepared for our group's arrival. Food service was slow, and overall operations felt disorganized throughout the visit. The students were disappointed that the photo booth was out of service and that the rock wall was not fully functioning. To their credit, they still made the most of the activities that were available and had a good time together. One of the most confusing parts of the experience occurred at the end of our visit. Our group had already paid in full prior to arriving, yet we were asked for a final payment before leaving. This created unnecessary confusion and did not inspire confidence in the organization's record-keeping. While the facility itself offers a fun experience for students, the management and organization continue to be a concern. Since this has been an annual trip for our school, I would expect the process to become smoother and more efficient each year. Instead, many of the same logistical issues seem to persist. The kids still had fun, but the experience for the adults coordinating the trip was far more stressful than it needed to be.
