The price points for the service and experience are aligned with the expectation; however, the restroom situation was atrocious. The smell, the oil/ grime made for a slippery walk, and the toilets themselves most were not clean. Upon exiting the restroom there were three others talking about the same restroom experience. This level of service and expectation should extend beyond the theatre itself.

Plus it's free refills. + Online booking is easy and hassle free + Now for what needs improvement... - the service is usually pretty awful. I've sat in the theatre, button pushed, waiting for someone to take my order for over 20min - we've had moments where there was ONE employee in the entire building over 21yrs old so that ONE person was the only one who could deliver drinks to the entire theatre - whaaat?! - the servers never seem to want to be there and their attitude usually reflects the poor management of the overall place - the bathrooms are barely clean and usually out of paper towels if you're there on a weekend - I'm usually charged for something I didn't order or overcharged for something I did - The showtimes are all over the place and over the past year the kid or family movies are never during the day or a reasonable afternoon/evening time I'm also disappointed to see they got rid of their Kids Summer Series - we used to wait in line with a few other families for those movies.

It is stadium seating, with working recline (even if fully reclined, people are still able to pass through without one having to un-recline). It was a good experience: comfortable temperature, right volume with plenty of bass to get you out of your seat on a jump scare, and a totally enjoyable movie with star power.

Inside there is no concession stand to greet you since you order your food at your seat. You either go left or right depending on your screen number and check in right before entering. The theater itself was nice. We did standard screen and paid for those dbox seats that are supposed to be more immersive; tip, not worth the money. It's a bad massage chair at best. Ordering food was a bit confusing. Asked one of the staff members roaming the room and they told us to hit the button on the arm of the chair. I wish the table had instructions as the button is not obvious. Anyway, we got basics like mozz sticks, shake, icee. The prices were not exorbitant and food was a-ok. The staff was really nice. It was a good experience and i would definitely consider this for my next theater outing.

Their pricing is competitive with all other surrounding theaters. Service is usually great, the food is surprisingly solid for a theater, and the theaters themselves are generally clean. The restrooms, however, always seem like they just survived the final battle scene of an action movie. This is still our go-to place. I love the rewards app, although I do feel like I should earn free popcorn slightly faster considering how much I've personally contributed to their economy. Best part: the throwback movie runs from the 70s-90s. There's something magical about watching your kids experience older movies on the big screen while enjoying a locally brewed beer.

They also brought us several smaller bowls for our group to share. This is a great theater with great staff, a couple process improvements and they could be top notch!
