I absolutely love this theater and all it has to offer. They have a great bar area, a game area for kids, and the most comfortable seats. The staff is also very kind. Where else can you get a giant bag of popcorn to take home?? Our last experience wasn't the best at all. We went to see The Housemaid, and we were one of the first to order food and drinks. They ended up getting my drink and food order wrong, and it took a long time to receive our food. Other people who came after us got their food first. I do wish there were more options on the menu. I ordered the southwest salad which was so heavy in dressing I couldn't eat it. I never said anything, but I felt like I wasted my money there. I also wish there was some consistency with how drinks are made. My first cosmo was good, but the second was mostly cranberry juice. I'd still go back, just because it's a nice theater but might just stick to popcorn.

This theatre is located in Prosper Texas. Ample parking, spacious open building. Kiosk available, online option for purchase as well. Charging station for Tesla cars and outdoor patio seating available. Touch less and cashless facility. Game room is plentiful. Beautifully designed. Staff was friendly. Theatre concession is thru your theater seats. QR code for menu, staff takes your orders and refill from your seat. Theatre picture and sound was great. No hiccups. Movie we saw was The Iron Claw. Very good movie , seats comfortable enough for me to take a little nap during the movie :) overall great experience.

Saw Wicked at this location, and was very impressed. Purchases tix online, and was met w/ great customer service. Enjoyed the movie and the theater was top notch. The heated recliners were a bonus. Though I didn't order food, everyone around me certainly was, so I will give that a try on my next visit.

On this visit, I went to The Cut movie theater, in the evening. Service was a little slower, but the food was just as delicious. The bacon cheeseburger comes with fries, but the drink is separate. The seats are extremely comfortable, wow! These are the most restful, reclining, heated seats. The bathroom was immaculately clean. A great atmosphere for a family night out. This is a great place, where you truly can recline, enjoy a movie and dinner. All in a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere.

Drinks are good... food, not so much. Ordered wings and a few were just chopped pieces of chicken that weren't great quality. Drinks and usual concessions are ok but the food is mediocre.

Although it is quite a distance, I decided to try a different dinner & movie option. I usually choose items which can be easily eaten with little to no light. Finger foods such as chicken tenders. On this night, I went with the Blackened Chicken Sandwich and opted for the Cajun fries. As soon as the food was served, I could smell the aroma from the Cajun spices on the fries and chicken breast. The liquid from the tomatoes combined with the garlic butter and mayo made it a messy meal. In hindsight, I should have gotten the tenders. Some other cinemas cut off the tab an hour before the movie ends. Here, it is 45 minutes which allowed me to wait a bit longer before ordering dessert. The brownie sundae was a warm brownie topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce. It did not have any fancy cinnamon triangle wedges which made the sundae more enjoyable. The cinnamon sugar on those wedges would coat my fingers. Luckily, I had a couple unused napkins as they did not provide additional napkins with the sundae. Also, by being a Cinemark Movie Pass Platinum member, I saved 25% on my food & soft drink purchases.

This theater is exceptional. Very clean with modern decor. I love the reclining seats, even though they don't recline entirely. The seat warmers are iconic! I had the brisket nachos and they were very tasty. We also played in the arcade a little after the movie. All around amazing theater and would definitely return. @MissMo2323

Watching The Lost City tonight, got to our seats waiting for the previews to start when a family of 4 walked in and had the same seats as us also a family of 4. We all thought somehow the seats were double sold. What a coinkydink.... but nope we bought the same exact seats for the same exact movie but for tomorrow????? Anyway the employee at the front took care of us quickly got different seating and enjoyed the movie. SPOILER ALERT Brad Pitt is in the movie you'll be surprised twice of what will happen. Anyway can't wait for Top Gun May 27th.

First time here and definitely not the last! I really liked this new cinemark theater in Frisco. It's a bar/restaurant/order inside the movie theater kind of place. It also has a cool lounge/bar area to eat and drink there before or after the movie. We got there early so we could eat there since there is nothing near the place at the moment. It's all new and under construction. We got some bubbly and ordered the loaded fries with the pretzel. They were decent in both flavor and price for bar food. We watched House of Gucci which I loved!! We ordered a drink while we were inside the movies. I had their version of the old fashioned. It was not good at all. Stick with beers/wines at least you know what you are getting. We got there early so the service at the bar was ok. It seemed like we were bothering the staff even though we were the only ones there. But I thought it was because they were getting ready for the day. They also have a decent size of games/machines for kids and young adults to play while they wait for their movie. We got popcorn while we were inside also. They don't seem to have their large regular cinemark popcorn but they had a medium/lg bag of popcorn. It was delish! Definitely will go again to my next movie!!

Ask the Community - Cut by Cinemark

    Do they have popcorn?

Yes . Many flavors . My favorite is the Parmesan.

Is there an electric car charger at this theater?

Yes, but you have to pay for it.

Can the arm rests in the middle be raised?

They cannot. They're full reclining, heated seats. :-)

Is there a kids menu? ETA: There is a kids menu. Options are 3 cheeseburger sliders, pasta, nuggets or pizza for $5. You have to ask your server about it, it's not on the menu.

I believe there is a kids section of the menu, but I didn't get a picture of it....

The concept alone had me intrigued. It's a fun idea and would make a great spot for a date night or an evening out with friends. My family and I came to see The Odyssey, settled into our reserved seats, and hit the service button. Unfortunately, that's where things started to go downhill. When we checked in, we were told that new signup members receive a free popcorn. My husband and I both signed up, so our plan was simple: order three popcorns, split the check, use our two free popcorns, and pay for the third. Easy enough... or so we thought. We arrived during the previews, but by the time our popcorn finally arrived, we were already about 15 minutes into the movie. At that point, I honestly could've walked to the concession stand and been back much faster. To make matters worse, the popcorn wasn't the warm, buttery movie theater popcorn you look forward to--it was cold. My son ordered jalapeños with his popcorn but was brought pickles instead... and then charged for them. The popcorn is advertised as bottomless, but getting the refill was somehow even slower than the first order. One person in our group never received theirs until we pressed the service button again. Thankfully, a different server noticed the delay, apologized, and brought it out quickly after realizing it had been sitting in the queue for quite some time. The billing wasn't correct either. We were initially charged for two popcorns, charged for the pickles we never ordered, and only one of our free popcorn rewards was applied. Now, I don't usually complain because I know restaurants and theaters get busy, but when there's an automatic 18% service charge, I do expect timely service and accurate orders. The bright spot of our visit was Connor, the manager. Once he was made aware of everything, he listened without being defensive, and immediately made it right. He honored both free popcorn memberships and even comped the third popcorn that I had every intention of paying for. He absolutely didn't have to do that, and I genuinely appreciated both his professionalism and kindness. He turned what could have been a much more frustrating experience into one where we at least left feeling heard. Would I come back? Maybe... but probably for dinner rather than the full dine-in movie experience. The concept has so much potential, but the in-theater service needs significant improvement. If they can tighten up the timing and communication between the kitchen and servers, I think this place could be something special. For now, I'd give high marks to Connor for exceptional customer service--but the overall movie dining experience still has quite a bit of room to grow.

Their pricing is competitive with all other surrounding theaters. Service is usually great, the food is surprisingly solid for a theater, and the theaters themselves are generally clean. The restrooms, however, always seem like they just survived the final battle scene of an action movie. This is still our go-to place. I love the rewards app, although I do feel like I should earn free popcorn slightly faster considering how much I've personally contributed to their economy. Best part: the throwback movie runs from the 70s-90s. There's something magical about watching your kids experience older movies on the big screen while enjoying a locally brewed beer.

The price points for the service and experience are aligned with the expectation; however, the restroom situation was atrocious. Unfortunately, the experience at this location has continued to decline. There always seems to be an issue--broken escalators, stagnant odors, floor fans running throughout the facility, and ordering systems that are frequently down. During my most recent visit, the system was down again. We pressed the assistance button and waited about 20 minutes before seeing our theater attendant. Our popcorn arrived quickly but was cold. Later, we requested a popcorn and soda refill, but no one responded. I eventually had to stop a waiter passing by for assistance, and by the time he returned with our refill, the movie was literally ending. What made this even more disappointing is that I'm an iPic ACCESS Gold Member. I wasn't offered my complimentary popcorn or the 10% discount on food and beverages. What's the purpose of maintaining Gold status if you're not able to enjoy the benefits that come with it? This isn't based on one bad visit. I've experienced system and service issues here on previous visits as well. This location has so much potential, but it appears to be poorly maintained and managed. iPic markets itself as a premium movie experience, and customers are paying premium prices with that expectation. As a Gold Member and repeat customer, I genuinely want to continue coming here, but the Fairview location needs significant improvement in maintenance, service, operational reliability, and consistency.

The very young employees working to let people in didn't even scan our tickets, which was not an issue, but it could prove to be a problem for the theater if they don't have someone watching this a bit more closely. The preview/ ads before the movie were a full 30 minutes, which I found a bit excessive. I know all theaters have quite a few previews and wonder how much this varies. Reclining seats were comfortable, volume was appropriate, and temperature was nice without being arctic, as some theaters could be. What I didn't love was a $2 booking fee for buying your ticket online (per ticket) with a push to join a Cinemark monthly membership club to waive this fee. Seeing a movie in theaters is already quite expensive these days, so I didn't love the additional 17% fee on matinee ticket just for it to be purchased online. At the end of the day it's of course worth it to not be in the front row or far edge, but just tricky how most everything these days incurs hidden fees that can add up when trying to do family / group activities. If I can order popcorn and drinks for delivery when purchasing my movie ticket, why can't I place that same order from my phone after I'm seated inside the theater?
