We went at Dallas Strings this afternoon to adjust my daugther's violin for quick tuning and I…read morewanted to go inside to buy her scales book, but the guy just picked up the instrument was a little rude, no hi, no smile and he just told us, you can't go inside with out a mask and they made us wait outside. The another guy came out after 2 mins and stand in front of my car with the instrument but didn't say anything at all. My daughter and I looked at each other I guess that's your violin and it's ready, go get it from him. No thanks, no waving no explanation at all. So we left and when we got home and the violin still out of tune. What a waste of time and worst customer service.
