Lynn was helping this location out temporarily as she works from a location in Naperville. She is a gem & made my entire visit pleasurable. I came in two different days. Bring cash to tip ideally. You can Zelle it but you can't add a tip to your debit charge. They offer water or pop. I already had my coffee with me though. Fairly busy but you can do appointments at this location as well as walk ins. Vibe is relaxing, music isn't too loud or the actual people inside so it was soothing to sit and just give myself a bit of pampering. I will try another technician when I come back in June for my visit to IL but I wouldn't be surprised if I called to ask for Lynn to come down to Diamond or even me going to see her in Naperville, that's how nice it was to have her provide my services.

I asked for a standard pedicure with no polish since it was taking so long.. my toes look horrible, cut super short, so I cannot have them fixed elsewhere, they are irritated, and cut skin in serveral spots. Still made to pay $40. This was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten and a waste of $40. Would not recommend coming here.

Then the mother did that salon thing where other stylist tell you how good it looks, hoping you believe them instead of your own eyes. I went to my car and cried. I went home and tried to fix it. No luck. In fact the picture I have posted of the "after salon look" is brighter in the picture then it looks in person. In person it looks like a dull grey/green. The color I walked in with was closer to the color I wanted then what I walked out with and I was $125.00 poorer. Once again, very nice people but they knew it was a bad color, they should have just said sorry and fixed it. But instead, to add insult to injury, they tried to schmooze me into believing muddy grey/green is attractive. I will never go there again. Money wasted!
