I began therapy on 6/4 for chronic neck and shoulder pain that I have had for years. After only 10 visits, I am 100% better. The crew at this location are fabulous. They take the time to listen to and address each and every one of your specific needs. I was given excercises to do at home to continue my healing and pain relief. Everyday when I would walk in Shelly would always have a smile on her face and would always have something nice to say! For my therapist, Cate, she was amazing. She always pushed me to do my best while still getting to know each other! She would always make me laugh and I would go to her for anything! Whether it be for an injury or just for life advice! She was great, loved every minute with her. For the other awesome girls that would step in and help me too, they were great as well. Lindsey would always pick up where Cate left off and would make sure I did my best while still getting to know each other! I have nothing bad to say about any of the people there. I went to her for my massages (billed to insurance) for about 5 years before I moved out of state a couple months ago. I've been to lots of masseuses and she is by far the best! She gets in there and really works out the knots. Dr. Burgundy listens to where you want/need work on and will adjust her pressure level based on what you want, though she tends to work deeper than lighter. She is the nicest person ever, and will try to accomodate your schedule as best she can. She and I have talked throughout most of my massages because she's so personable, but if you want a relaxing, quiet massage she will also provide that. You know she's good when she books months out. She does have a couple other masseuses in the office but I've usually just gone to her. Anyway, I miss Burgundy and her massages and will keep my search to find someone in this big city who can sort of come close to hers.
