The pedicure was the worst one I have ever gotten. Although there is a spa upstairs, I was told to sit in a chair in the downstairs hair salon hallway while the girl used a foot bath like the ones you buy at Target to use at home. The footbath tipped over once and I had nowhere to my foot other than the dirty floor when she took it out of the footbath. I tried to hold it up, which was very uncomfortable. The person giving me the pedicure only brought down 5 colors from upstairs to choose from, and the one I liked she couldn't open so I had to settle for a color I wasn't crazy about. She buffed the callouses on the top of my feet but forgot the heels. She also did not rub my legs or feet like most pedicure places do. This was about the same experience I would get at home with my niece painting my nails, and was definitely not worth the money! At the end the person giving me the pedicure told me she was a recent graduate and was a hair stylist, not a manicurist. She was super nice, but I felt ripped off by the pedicure and I now have to wait for the super short haircut to grow out.

I started off with one therapist who was great, he was very careful and followed all of the proper…read moresteps as I was recovering from rotator cuff surgery. Things were progressing very well with progress being made with range of motion with very little pain, but then on one visit I was given a different therapist who did not perform ay pre exercise warm up/stretching, had me go directly to an exercise that was more advanced that should not have been done even though I informed her before it was started. Because of this I was then in severe pain for the next 4 days where constant pain meds did little to help, could not sleep because of the pain, and now because of her I am back to step 1 in the PT process because of the pain. Because of this I now am going to require an additional MRI to check to see if what she had me do caused damage to the shoulder area because of the pain that is now constant. When a therapist does not listen to the patient or takes the steps to perform warm up/stretching to the area that is being rehabilitated before starting exercises that is a huge problem.

The entrance is confusing and I was never greeted in a way that made me feel like I was welcome. Then there was the hair style I was given. I wanted a basic blunt cut bob but was given an ugly layered soccer mom 'do. I tried going back a second time and it was even worse. If you have allergies, be careful. Since its in a basement it smells very musty and is probably full of mold.

The only thing I did not like was the pain killers prescribed after surgery . I do understand that there are many regulations regarding opioids but there is no reason why a patient should go through excruciating pain after surgery like I did.
