This was our first visit to this outlet mall, and won't be our last (see my review for the Le Creuset outlet). Overall, this outlet mall was smaller than the one we typically go to in Indiana, but it had a great selection of stores relative to its size. It has ample, convenient parking. I like that there are canopies on many of the walkways, which was especially helpful during our first visit because it kept raining on & off. Overall, if you are driving through & need a leg stretch, this would be a great place! read more

The facility is Nice. Dont go into KITCHEN COLLECTION. The woman who works there is terrible. She knows nothing about the merchandise. When I inquired further about a product she was short with me. She told me that I wasnt allowed to test a product and kicked me out of the store. I will never go back there again. read more

I had a pretty good experience last night with my first visit at the outlets. We met some friends there around 5pm, and it wasn't too busy. The layout was simple and it was fairly easy to find our way around. I was pretty unimpressed with the food court selections, but fairly happy with the store selection. Most of the stores had friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a good experience. If you have a AAA member card, make sure to visit the information desk in the food court to get special store coupns and discounts. read more

I think this outlet mall is pretty darn good. It can be a smidge on the confusing side but when you have this many great stores in one location I think it is to be expected. They have just about everything including Saks which I don't see at too many outlets. Parking is pretty easy and the little lemonade stands are pretty great. parking layout is pretty bad, but it's a loop, so doesn't really matter where you par, you'll end up where you started eventually. You'll be rewarded if you search out the bargains, and wait for sales. Adidas frequently does 50 percent off friends and family, so sign up for e-mails, I've gotten great deals at Columbia, those are really the only two doors i tend to cross on a frequent basis. If you can go out to Jeffersonville, the deals seem better out there, but this is a hair closer if you live in Cincinnati. read more

I like this mall. It is great in the spring and summer. It is an open air mall so bring a jacket on cool days. I always find good bargains here. They have many name brand outlet stores. Best deals are percentages off on clearance items. The food court offers a variety of options for a quick bite. read more

Really great outlet mall! I'm used to the one in Edinburg, IN and this is probably my new favorite one and I will probably start making the drive here. I love that even though it's outdoors, it's all in a courtyard like setting. There is no traffic driving through the mall. There is a great selection of different kinds of stores throughout here. I went during a holiday weekend so there were a lot of sales, so I'm not sure what it's like normally. It was quite busy everywhere. I felt safe with a lot of security rolling around. The food court was really nice because it was indoors and offered a variety of normal "mall foods". The bathrooms were nice and clean and in ample supply. I will definitely be going back to feed my shopping addiction! read more

Super outlet mall, but I think the prices are still a little high. They have a ton of great stores and the layout is nice, with lots of signage so you don't lose your way. There's a nice assortment of restaurants nearby too if you don't feel like eating at the food court. read more

This was a great place to go on a sunny Sunday afternoon. There are a few items that you don't see in other malls, but overall, pretty generic. As always, you need to be a smart shopper as well. Have visited Monroe outlets a couple of times, most recently at Thanksgiving time. There is a good selection of stores, and the discounts are generally pretty good. Everything at Gap was more than 50% off, as was Old Navy and I scored some great deals in Clarks. My only disappointment was that the Maidenform store has gone. Worth the drive out though. Great place to shop around and and get a little exercise in the process. They have a very good selection of stores, a food court, play area for the kiddos, and plenty of parking. If you're into coffee you must try the Ahava Coffee House inside the food court. Starbucks has nothing on them!!! read more

This outlet mall seems to have every brand that one can imagine. And the place is crowded enough that everyone also seems to hold this belief too. Luckily, parking is ample. The best deals are during any holiday so I come only during those times. But if you do, you'll always be happy with the deals that you get. read more

This is definitely different from any other mall, its kinda like a gaint shopping center for rich people, don't get me wrong they do have good deals at the stores, but in my opinion there are only a few stores worth going to...the oakley vault is a good store and I like the converse store. There is a toys r us but those are about the only reasonably priced (if that) sometimes you can find a decent deal at the adidas store. But the parking lot seems like a death trap and it isn't a choice place to go for christmas shopping, you will be cold going from store to store. read more

I could not be more disappointed in an operation like I am with this outlet mall. Received an email this week for the VIP gift card. Went to the mall and stood in line for almost 2 hours and when I was next in line she said she was done for the day giving out the gift cards. Not once did they cut the line or inform anyone that they were going to stop the line BEFORE the posted Guest Service hours! This was a total marketing scam! I will never be shopping at this outlet mall again. read more

Outside mall perfect for summer days, escape the heat or cold by hopping into one of the MANY shops around the complex. We came from Louisville KY area and picked up some really cool deals. Not the best we have seen but limited complaints I think it Was worth the drive and would return on occasion. Lots of really outdated stuff and less newer stuff but a few great deals too if you are one to look in the haystacks, I mean deep in the haystacks too. Lots of stores aren't even worth going into because absolutely no deals and if you internet shop you can definitely beat some of those prices - lucky for us all the outlets give us an extra 10% discount regardless but still not eye opening prices. Happy to see a Saks with some ok deals of stuff we wanted anyway and just missing a Zales and we few more stores we like but that's ok. Made for a great weekend getaway for us just off marriott points and a 1/4 tank of gas. read more

This place is one of the best outlet malls I ever been to not in Florida, California or Arizona. They have a lot of great places to shop like Lacoste, Polo, Saks 5av, under armor, North Face, Nike. I can afford top notch gear I am just to cheap to pay top notch prices. This outlet mall has a lot of good deals for designer clothes especially in Saks 5th ave. I see a lot of out of state plates so they must be doing something right. I would recommend this mall if you are in the Cincinnati or Dayton Area. read more

I am a loyal shopper at the outlet mall and I was shopping at stride and the terrible (I assume she is the) manager a short stout girl (by the way I think it's great that you guys hire people with disabilities) was talking about politics on her personal cell phone about how she didn't like the current president. I had my daughter and son with me and as I was working with my son trying to find him the perfect shoe, I overheard this woman telling my daughter in the next aisle about how in the original story of Cinderella, the evil step sisters cut their heels off to try and fit into the glass slipper and that if the shoe she was looking at was too small, they could try that method. We were both mortified! I immediately snapped at the woman , who then began to apologize profusely. She did give me a pair of free shoes for the ordeal, but I'm deeply disturbed that she was at least in some sort of supervision position because she was alone at the time. I will never shop at the outlets again, not even for all the free shoes this woman would give me. read more

This is an awesome place to shop at it has pretty much everything you could want in one place. Clothes for babies, little kids, pre teens, teens, adults, men, & women. They have everything from like I said clothes, to candles to shoes, to jewelry, to really expensive purses, then there's even a little food court. The only downside to this is it's outside so if it's raining or cold you're kind of screwed. I've Got 5 kids so we can't ever go shopping there together, if there's a possibility of rain or if it's cold out in general. If this was more protected from the elements then I would have gave it a five and I would shop there a lot more often than I do. My daughter cut the grand opening ribbon to the Disney Store like 5 or 6 years ago. We all love coming to this place we're there a lot during the summer. I just wish it was indoors or more covered than it is. read more

went the friday before xmas and it was COLD walking shop to shop. we did luck out that there were not that many people so we shopped without long lines. this was first time to a north face outlet, and i got some SUPER deals, and unique coats, so happy with the customer service and merchandise. i also went to the joe's jeans outlet, and have to say there were not too many deals in there. i look forward to returning- def the best outlet in Ohio! read more

The atmosphere is pretty nice, but exactly the same as any large open air outlet mall at any vacation destination in the country. Most stores are not truly outlets and you get no real deals most of the time. The food court seems clean, but not much selection. With a new mall being built a few miles south right off the same highway, this place is going have to offer more to be worth the trip. read more

Maybe the "premium" part of the name should have been a clue that this is not a typical outlet mall. I am a fan of outlet malls particularly for finding nice but reasonably priced clothes for work, and I have become a huge fan of the outlet near Columbus (though the drive is not so fun). This mall fell short for me. Ignoring the bad parking situation, not only was I not a huge fan of the selection of stores but I generally found it to be expensive. I am not sure I've been to an outlet mall that was so un-outlet like. It took us over an hour to find any decent discounts but still really did not save much to make the trip worth it. On top of it, they have a cafeteria that is also extremely expensive and gives you little mini portions that make you want to give the food right back. I might go back but it's only going to be for kitchen supplies ....and even then, I'm sure it'll take me a long time to find something decently priced. Big thumbs down on this place. read more

I have to give the Cincinnati Premium Outlets four stars based on their cleanliness, organization and the selection of stores. I will admit I am not the biggest fan of outlet malls. The size in itself overwhelms me and the crowds just add to the chaos. I met my mom here on a Friday as a half way point between her hometown of Columbus, OH and my hometown of Louisville, KY. It was actually a perfect middle ground which was nice for both of our driving situations. We are both very glad we came on a Friday. The crowds were not too bad but it is definitely a frequented mall for locals. We ended up wandering into at least 80% of the stores and ended up with some purchases from Under Armor, Jockey (got to love that underwear!), the Loft and Talbots. As most outlets they had some really good deals and some prices were the same as their regular store locations. The restrooms are spread throughout and very clean and well maintained as is the entire property. They did have a food court but we did not wander in it. There's not much else around if you're looking for anything but fast food so I'd recommend eating prior to coming. If you're looking for outlets in the Cincinnati area these would be the ones to pick! read more

They have some very good stores here with good prices. They are packed during Black Friday so if you want to go be aware. Also this mall is not inside.... Which means it can be very cold( or hot) while shopping. read more

One of my fave outlet centers out of several states. The best group of stores at least for a 30 young minded female. only outlet mall that I've seen north face, sperry, MK, off 5th, and Skechers together. Love north face in tanger because they use coupons. This mall doesn't hsbe a coupon book rather than a pamphlet u have to pay $10 and exclusions. It's 50 min between tanger jeffersonville Ohio so it has been possible for me to go to both malls on a day if I start at 8am no rushing! They have nice upscale shops here as well as Ur typical outlet mall stores fits every price point. I wish a bath body works outlet would be added like jeffersonville has :( I wish abercombie and hollister outlets would be added as well because headquarters are new Albany and would cut down travel costs to ship merchandise lol. read more

I have been to the mall a couple of times and i like it very much. They have wonderful discounted items. Like i found a columbia fleece for twelve dollars. Thats a GREAT bargin! But some of the things there are just last seasons items and not really marked down. I would recomend going and checking it out. read more

Last Friday we took our granddaughters trick or treating at the mall. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was that the only children's stores that offered a treat was The Children's Place and Sketchers. I have spent a lot of money at Oshkosh, Carters, and Stride Rite over the past year and they cannot even offer a piece of candy to the children.
