This was my first time at this salon, but I will not be going anywhere else from here on!! I went on a Thursday afternoon around 1:30 ish. I was able to be sat right away. The lady that did my nails was so sweet. (I believe her name was Thuy. I'm sorry if I'm wrong. )After every step (filing, shaping..etc.) she would ask how the nails looked. That was the first time while getting my nails done that I was asked how I liked my nails before being completely done. Just made me feel she really cared and wanted to do her best and it wasn't just another set of nails to do. My nails turned out better than I had expected. And they were a lot cheaper than I thought they'd be, especially for a salon inside the mall. :) 10/10 recommend Cincinnati Nails like I said, I will definitely be back!

if i could give them 0 stars i would. they are fuxking horrible i went in today and they made me go to this guy that didn't know what he doing. he got mad cuz i didn't like my nail shape and he deliberately kept ignore me and he told me i don't want nothing and then he told me he gon cut them off and i can leave and i said you need to soak them off and he said he would charge me if he do and i said i want to talk to the manager and he said im the manager and then the lady said we all managers and i just left cuz i was finna turn that mf into a rage room

This is the best place I ever got my nails done I am 12 and they were super nice usually when I get my nails done the nail tech is really rude but my friend goes here so I thought I would try it #14 did my nails her name is Mia she talk to me the whole time and made sure she wasn't hurting me or the nails were good she also gave me some inspiration for what to do this was my first time and definitely won't be my last i've also had these on for about three weeks and they haven't grown out which is awesome

Terrible service and #12 doesn't know what she's doing.

Went in for a pedicure and shellac manicure. NEVER GOING BACK pedicure was rushed (literally 15-17 mins) and #12 started my manicure while sitting in the spa chair so, I couldn't use my hands to operate the massage chair. NOT A RELAXING EXPERIENCE (which most pedicures should be). Tech put the wrong color on my toes and when I mentioned it he replied "well I already started"! Back to #12, she was so unprofessional and my manicure looks like a child colored my nails, I have paint all over the edges and just not a clean finish look. She complained about cutting my cuticles which I've never heard of before during any manicure. Complained about having to paint so many coats of green to get the right neon look. Didn't have me wash my hands before polish so my nail pads are lumpy and tough. No shine or smoothness. Oh, she also smudged my big toe nail paint and instead of taking the time to correct it she put a sticker and glitter over the smudge. It's all just one horrible mess. Before leaving I told her how awful it was and she expressed no emotion of concern . AVOID THIS PLACE !!!

The man doing my nails was very nice, unfortunately when you spend $83 plus tip on a manicure and pedicure nice doesn't cut it if it looks like crap. I walked outside and realized my nails were each about a centimeter thick, extremely short, the color was sheer, my cuticles were bloody, and the shape was NOT square-round. I went back in to tell them I'm sorry but this just does not look good and they said if I walk out of the store they won't fix it. All I can do is talk to the man that did my nails. He was with another client and didn't have time to fix them. I'm extremely disappointed.

Love Cincinnati Nails there is a nail technician that services me well, she's timely and friendly. Cincinnati Nails is a great neighborhood shop not a lot of fuss. They will service what you need and you'll be on your merry way. It's a clean facility and the prices are very affordable. This place is a great choice for permanent service or temporary.

I went to Amanda for the first time today, and she was awesome. She made sure I was comfortable and tried to get to know me. The assistant in front was also friendly and informative. All my money gone. It was set up ACH and due to security reasons I had to get a new bank card. I went for services nobody said anything. Nobody knew why or what happened. I was told twice someone would call me and never received said phone call. Today I had an appointment. I was reassured over the phone as Manager would be there specifically for me to make things right and work on my account. As of that moment on the phone, nobody knew why my package wasn't showing available. I get to the location and no manager and nobody knew anything. Again. Finally one gets another and that one calls a other a manger. Tell me what happened and tells me there is nothing that can be done to fix this. Idk how about taking the last payment and honor the agreement I entered into with the company ?l?? I feel completely ripped off and angry all due to ineffectual employees. I bought the package to pay $55-60 a wax. If you divide up what I paid for the amount of times I went to redeem I paid $112.50 each. I am angry and I want my services to be honored or my money back.

After some tips over on the message boards I ventured out to Northgate Mall in search of eyebrow…read morethreading. Miracle Eyebrows offers threading for for eyebrows, lips, chin and even your whole face. If you're not familiar with the process, it is a hair removal method popular in Asia which involves using a wound thread to remove a whole line of hair at once. It typically is less irritating (at least for me) than waxing. The salon itself is simply a storefront with a couple salon chairs. The prices are good ($6 for eyebrows) and the woman working there are professional, yet nice. One word of warning, though...when they tell you getting your lip threaded doesn't hurt, they're lying.

No eyebrows Came here and get threading done by one of the experts and you wont experience any of these issues. In fact, they will even help you fix any issues from previous waxing fails. i.e. I most recently went in with two eyebrows that didn't quite match. One was shaped a little differently than the other. The woman who helped me gave me a consultation and helped reshape the brows so they matched. I was very pleased at how they turned out! If your in need of a brow trim or a brow pluck, head to Miracle Eyebrows to get threading done.....if not for yourself, for me so this place can be around forever!

I'm so disheartened because I was hoping I'd be leaving a good review.. I called last Thursday to…read moreschedule an appointment for Saturday & everything was fine. I called Saturday morning to confirm my appointment but Amy at the front desk let me know I was not on the schedule even though I just scheduled two days prior.. they were able to fit me in 45 min after said appointment time anyways so I didn't get upset. Once arriving I was told I'd have to wait an additional 30 min which was confusing but I had time in the day to wait (ended up being almost 45 min of a wait) The service I wanted, I got talked out of by Tina the hairdresser but I trusted her word since she is the professional. I ended up getting a "curly cut" instead. My experience with her actually was good, customer service wise. It's not uncommon to leave a salon with damp or wet hair to air dry for curly hair (your preference) so while wet I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary plus the employees boasted about how good my hair turned out!! I get home and at this point my hair is lightly damp, my husband looks at my hair from outside the window & is SHOCKED. He couldn't believe the way my hair turned out & told me to look at it. I look at it in my phone camera and the "layers" Tina put in were chunks. I show a friend who is a hair dresser & she was appalled by how horrible the hair does not blend. I also asked for no length taken off and my overall length is shorter. I called to let Amy know I was not satisfied and what are my options. She lets me know she will talk to the owner about coming in to get it fixed. I told her I'm not sure I want to because since my left side is so short, I would have to go even shorter on my right side just to match it which was not the goal from the beginning. My original service had nothing to do with a haircut, I just trusted Tina's professional opinion to save my curls from having a baby 7 months prior. Amy lets me know she will discuss a refund from the owner Monday when she is back in the salon. George sends me an email Monday late afternoon but I didn't get to it until yesterday because of work. When I call, I'm told if I don't come in to get it fixed (which I already discussed why I declined that option) that I could come in M/W/F when the owner is in to see if my hair is worth a refund (Forgot to mention I was asked to send pictures and/or videos of my hair Saturday when I originally called & did so). I let George who was extremely kind & understanding know that I'm a full time working Mom & with my husband & babysitters' schedules, I can only come in on Saturdays. The owner from my understanding through communication would not work with me & refused to refund this service. I'm at a loss & will not be getting a refund unfortunately. It's also unfortunate that the owner Terri/Terry (unsure how her name is correctly spelled) cares more about money rather than a returning customer who just wanted to feel good in her skin after just having a baby not too long ago. I have plenty of friends who are business owners in the beauty industry that agree that this was a poor way to handle this situation. I can understand if I spent hundreds of dollars and took up hours of time that someone else could have been serviced, but I paid under $60 and it took about an hour - hour and 15 min in the chair total. Other than the dissatisfaction of the hair cut, this review is mainly to point out how this business can better handle a situation like this in the future.
