They just seem absolutely annoyed to do their job and help. Their billing is extremely poor too. Received an invoice that did not show the full amount paid on the initial appointment, so we received other statements to pay a bill that made absolutely no sense. Took a 15 minute call to get it explained and sorted. Waste of my time. Just bill properly.

I cannot speak to the entirety of the staff of the location, as I didn't get past the waiting area. The person working behind the desk was pretty rude. I filled out the forms as it was my first time. After waiting for about 15 minutes, the lady behind the desk calls me by the wrong name and tells me (in an accusatory tone) my insurance is no good there. I explain that I had called previously and was told my insurance was fine - the location was on a list of providers from my insurance as well. No dice. She told me I must be wrong. So I left.

Evidently he noticed some irregularity in my eyes. Instead of telling me that he called two other people into the room and they proceeded to whisper & discuss me while looking at the computer screen. So rude and unprofessional! When they called this week to schedule my annual exam I relayed the story to them and told them I won't be coming back because of it. Instead of apologizing and saying they would let him know about the problem, the woman simply said OK we'll throw away your file! More rudeness! Plus my new doctor may need to refer to my old files to assess the progression of an eye problem. I just wanted to warn others that might be considering going to him for eye care. Definitely don't recommend them
