Only me and my father shoot, but I had recently moved out, so I updated my address for the new card. The owner then cited I would need to purchase my own membership, since I don't live in the same household anymore, roughly 2 months into our year membership. This immediately frustrated me, given the history she has with unfriendly service towards members of my family, and feels like a scam to me. The owner was rude to my mother when she inquired about how the firearms shipping process worked prior to this situation. The time posted for the CCW class I took a few years ago was 2 hours off, and this place isn't close to where I live, so I had to go find something to do at 8am for 2 hours. Another time, I had put $200 down to layaway a rifle, realized it was way overpriced, decided I wanted my money back, and she gave me the run around about getting my deposit back, acting like she couldn't find the layaway and stalling me for a few minutes searching for paperwork. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Your customer service sucks, time and time again!

Before my training with Jeff, I was afraid to touch the gun that my husband bought me, in fact I…read moredon't want to touch it even it's unloaded. Once I attended the 7-hour straight training (8 hours if the attendees opt for a long break to eat) my confidence was high due to the gun education I gained and my fear of gun disappeared because I know what i'm doing. A lot of people will tell you that the concealed carry seminar is long and boring! Yes it's long but it didn't bore me at all. Jeff's class is very interesting, I learned a lot of things that I didn't know before. The class that I attended was a small one and it's worth it, the interaction with the attendees and instructor was a good one - questions were answered appropriately and we were able to practice with the computer simulated shooting prior to going to the shooting range. The practice was fun, it's hands-on in a very safe environment. The computer simulated practice will help you prepare for the real shooting at the firing range. Jeff will let you know what you missed doing, and this will prepare you prior to shooting the real gun! I was nervous at the firing range since it's my first taste of handling and shooting a real gun. But once the first 2 bullets were fired, the succeeding bullets are fun to fire and you kinda get the slight recoil of the gun - it's not that bad! Jeff is very professional, he's straight to the point when he's doing his class, he listens and he knows when to move on to the next subject making sure we don't stay on a certain topic too long. Bottomline, the education on gun safety and firing that I learned from Jeff with "Not Today Firearm Training" is worth it & I highly recommend it because knowledge took my fear of handling the gun!

We then chose a 9mm GLOCK for the gun rental, 200 rounds of 9mm 115 grain Luger ammunition, and a silhouette target. I provided "eyes & ears" for each of us. Total for all this and 2 hours of range time was approximately ~$120. My friend paid because I wasn't shooting, just coaching. My friends HAD A BLAST and REALLY ENJOYED learning how to shoot a pistol. Neither had experience with a pistol before and soon they were "all in the black" on a target ~10 feet downrange. Lots of fun and smiles for the money! I recommend this range for it's SAFETY & CLEANLINESS.

Safe, Clean and Explosively Fun!!…read more I'm going to "bullet" this one: * Safe atmosphere. They go above and beyond with their safety and I've never had an issue here. * They have all the targets you can choose from and they're inexpensive. * Plenty of rental handguns and/or rifles to choose from. * Team members and knowledgeable and just nice. Not condescending or over-the-top like some places. They don't walk around with their overly visible side-arms, extra mags, pocket knife, etc. as visible as possible while they are "police posturing" and delivering their absolute expertise in all things firearms to anyone who walks by them, throughout their whole shift. (you know what I mean and you know who you are) * Clean. The store, the range, the classrooms, the parking lot, the bathrooms. Clean. * Great program offerings. I took my CCW there a number of years ago and it was great. I had a really good time with the instructor and the rest of the class. Thorough and very informative. * The store has a lot to offer. I've only purchased on handgun from Range USA (different location) and I can say that the price was comparable and fair. Would I go back? I would and I would highly recommend. I don't go as much because I had a different company open a nice range less than 5 minutes from my house. Range USA is about 30 minutes from me. But I will say this - I've been to 3 or 4 Range USA locations. They have all been great and I would highly recommend.
