I added smoked brisket on top and it was fabulous! The queso cheese was full of flavor and delivered that nice kick without being overly spicy. The brisket was tender and juicy and complemented the Mac n Cheese perfectly. They also have daily food specials (Tuesday is 10 wings for $10) as well as a great menu of crafted cocktails. Uncle Lyle's has a Touchtunes jukebox. Just download the app, add some credits, and play your favorite music.
