From the moment you step through the door, the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between old-world sophistication and genuine warmth. What truly sets this establishment apart, however, is the unparalleled customer service. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Teresa Wessling, and "excellent" doesn't even begin to cover it. She is truly amazing; she made me feel like family rather than just another customer. I could not have been more pleased with the care and attention I received throughout my visit. For the aficionados, the selection here is top-tier. They boast what has to be the largest selection of Padrón cigars I've seen, covering everything from the classic lines to the most sought-after anniversaries. But don't leave without trying their exceptional house blend, the Caucus cigar. It is a standout smoke that holds its own against any major label. Whether you are a seasoned smoker or a curious newcomer, the hospitality and expertise here make it a world-class destination. Highly recommended!

I'm from NC but, I've visited DC countless times over the years and I have walked past GT plenty of times. On this trip to DC my wife and I were strictly shopping and relaxing so what better way to relax than to pick up a couple of cigars. I'm so glad we stopped in I was first being helped by a young man who did a wonderful job. After asking a couple of questions Teresa stepped in to give me a personal concierge experience that was outstanding she made recommendations and answered any questions I had. We shared some laughs and talked about the history of Georgetown Tobacco, I picked up some really good sticks that I can't wait to try out. I will definitely be stopping back in when I'm in town and I'll also purchase some online to get shipped to me.

They are easy to talk to, and they even order products they don't carry for you! I was looking for a specific juice and they didn't have it. I have never imagined that level of thoughtfulness could ever be experienced at a tobacco store. These guys are awesome and personable. Great prices (~15 for salts) on most products. This location features lots of cool anime figurines spread though all over the store giving it that the people here are just also nerds like us! I don't really buy much vapes but I am always pleasantly surprised whenever I see something with no nicotine. I don't really plan on getting a vape with one but it's nice there's an option for people who just wants to vape without getting addicted. I ended up getting the BC5000 EB Create Tropical Rinbo ( Tropical Rainbow ) flavor. It's ready to use right out of the box once you pull the tab and the silicone cover off.
