First off, this review is NOT directed to the kind gentleman with face tattoos, that carries this business on his back alone. Dude is awesome and does a better job than the people running the place. But the owner seems to have personal problems that he projects onto customers, or at least onto me. One visit, I walked in on the owner yelling at his mom who also helps run the place. Upon entering and witnessing this, he did not even greet me. His mom did not either and just asked what I needed. His mom continued to ring me out in an uncomfortable manner, and upon leaving the owner did not even say goodbye. Guy was yelling at his mom in front of customers. Then after realizing how crazy he sounded, he tries to act nice to her while she's ringing me out. This guy's mom looked so embarrassed. This guy seems to be wired or high on something everytime you visit, to the point I'd accuse it of being coke or something, or he just gets jacked up on his own products in the back, probably on the kratom. Recently, I made a pitstop in the parking lot to use my GPS to mark where I was heading. This guy, the owner, decided to come out the store, sit in his chair with his K9 dog and stare at me. I gave this guy no attention and watched him from a side eye view and did not return the energy. Are you that paranoid, in Apopka, Main Street, one of the most positive places out here in the city, next to businesses, churches, doing far better than yours, you have to make a potential customer feel uncomfortable? A continuous customer at that. I could care less about your dog and I'm not scared of you or any animal the creator has given this place you call earth bro. Your attitude is not scary. It's embarrassing and tweaker energy . Numerous times I entered the store, no one greets you. This guy will have ONE customer he is taking care of, will watch you walk in and not say a word. This was numerous times. Not fking exaggerating with this review. The young lady employee also with the big chest (I don't know how else to describe her and can care less, take it as a compliment) also has an attitude problem. Low vibrational, and does not greet you upon entering either. I came in to buy some THC-A one time and she rushed and demanded to know which strain I wanted right away, 2-4 times. Final time, she tried to make conversation with me before leaving, I kept it short and got out of there. What's the point of trying to be kind now? Another time, she's sitting on the floor playing with the dog AT THE ENTRANCE when I walk in, I attempt to greet her and she did not greet me back. Owner did not greet me either, when only one customer was there. He asks what I needed, puts on this bs persona like he's in a good mood and just rang me out. He also mistook me as a previous customer that bought a vape before, and wanted my review on the product. I had no idea what this guy was talking about, and it seemed more like a trial for the female employee to teach her how to take care of customers. Like it was not an honest question of feedback, it was like a tutorial for her on how to take care of customers. This guy is high everyday and does not remember his regulars. Then proceeded to give the most BS hello to the young lady employee that ignored me when I was walking in, which in return she said hi to him back. But chose to not greet me. These people have problems, and this business will not last long. But you can bet when the owner is around, she acts like she's all of a sudden in an awesome mood to just keep that job. She probably doesn't even work there anymore considering you don't see her anymore or rarely. Today, I go in to buy a product, it was acting up. I kindly informed the employee of the problem. Employee goes to the back and the owner curses up a store demanding to ask what my problem is, and what the problem is with the product. I did not even leave the store. I discovered this problem in front of the employee which he even witnessed himself. The owner did not want to exchange or give me a working product. This dude was dropping F bombs in the back. Are you not making that much money, to the point you can't meet a customer's needs to make them happy, a returning everyday customer? Like wtf is this guy's problem? Seriously. You can't make this up. You lost a client. Not only that, upon entering, he's munching on a pizza over products and raced to the back when I walked in. Another time I go in, and the owner comes out hyped like he's on the white "sorry I was in the back talking sh*t to myself." Dude are you crazy? This is a business not your home. This is a gentleman you pushed to the limits and took my kindness for weakness. I bet 100$ I'm speaking for others with this review .
