Super authentic and very tasty! Friendly & amazing customer service and the man that grills outside volunteers to feed the homeless shelter which is such a huge help! Absolutely love this place.. not the nicest interior but the best food and great prices.. you won't be disappointed here :) they also make margaritas and have desserts! Stop by the grocery market next door to be impressed with this plaza and always remember it

Authentic food. I am a very picky eater and I loved the food. the building wasn't ideal but good quick Mexican food

    I'm a sucker for a big burrito!

Very solid, authentic Mexican restaurant just over the O St Overpass in west Lincoln. The lunch service was quick, the grande burrito was very big, and there house green and red sauces were great! The decor is simple and low budget, but you don't come here for that. The barbacoa was fantastic. I'll need to come back and try something else before bumping this up to 5 stars, but I'd give it a 4.5 star if that were possible. If I had any sense or self control I would have cut the burrito in half and had it for lunch tomorrow too, but I ate the whole thing.

Decided to hear about this place from a few co-workers and they said the food is good so I decided to try it. First thing I notice is the airbrushed designs on the wall of the Mexican flag, American flag, the Capitol building, and the stadium. I looked through the menu and they had a great array of tasty food. I ordered enchiladas con mole Poblano and a side of beans and rice and can't forget the Horchata. So as I sit here waiting, a few minutes pass, I'm wondering where my food is. I asked the waitress what the estimated time was to get my food but she didn't know. She comes back and tells me they're making it. As for food wise, it was worth the wait. The enchiladas were delicious :)

The menu is filled with great items. We especially like the carne asada. The chips and salsa are fresh and spiced just right

Had a lovely lunch with my wife today we wanted to eat light so we both ordered appetizers…read more I had the beef nachos margarita. They were really good. Loved the mixed cheese. Our waitress was nice and on the ball.

Stopped in at Las Margaritas with my brother and sister-in-law (Lincoln locals and big fans of this…read morespot). We were seated right away, and the server even knew my brother's drink and dinner order, which felt like VIP treatment. It's a cute, clean establishment, very on par with most Mexican restaurants in the area. Chips and salsa arrived quickly. The chips were standard, but the salsas were fresh and tasty, with both hot and mild options. We started with the cheese dip, which was a little runny, but I actually like it that way. It even had spinach in it, so we'll call that healthy. Our crew ordered everything from shrimp diablo to nachos to chicken ranchero, while I went for the number one combo with three tacos. The food came quickly and looked great, but my tacos didn't hold up. The shells gave out under the weight of the beef, which was a bit on the greasy side. Instant sog city. Sadness. I ended up making tostadas out of the wreckage with the help of some of the table chips. Overall, not a bad stop. The menu is big, the service is friendly, and there is plenty more to try. I would come back, but probably not for tacos.
