The food was okay. I don't frequent this city or location very often except as a meeting point between me and my son's father for visits. I recall this location being busier and having more variety several years ago. The tables and floor were clean, and empty plates were picked up quickly. The variety was minimal, and while I know I could ask for a different pizza, I was only here to dine and move out, not for a true leisure meal. (So that's not entirely on them.) The employees were friendly, and food was replaced regularly. My party did not try the game room, as again, this was a visit of obligation, not leisure. The bathrooms were decently clean, but the toilets are their own roller coasters. Please hire a service to clean up, reseat, and reseal the bases of the toilets. That is NOT fun. read more

As I'm driving off I couldn't get out fast enough. This place is DISGUSTING. it seems like a staff of young folks who literally are just going for a paycheck. They wiped down but the bathroom was untouched and disgusting. It smelled the way it looked. My stomach was hurting before even leaving. I saw an apron on the floor near the soda machine. The cheese bread was decent but extremely greasy. Why did I go? Because the folks I was traveling with wanted pizza for the kiddos and I had to eat something since they already paid for me. Go at your own risk but its a big no for me. read more

The food is a acquired taste, that some may find displeasing. Yet, the quality of the food is very unique. The service is not like others. You have a buffet like style that efficiently gets you your desired food in A time. The ambience is that of 1920's Chuck E. Cheese. The machines are challenging and the rewards are very frivolous. The machinery's vintage nature leads to a very fun and engaging experience. read more

Cicis Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Valdosta, Georgia

My family and I visited this establishment this weekend. We were so excited because we haven't seen a Cicis in a long time. I was so grossed out and barely ate a thing at our visit. This place needs to be closed for 48 hours and deep cleaned. I am not even exaggerating. The area by the drinks smelled horrid I had to change our seating which was slim pickings because almost every table was dirty. I will never visit this place again and that makes me sad because we love Cicis. People working there were friendly but everything to the napkin holders were so gross it made me want to start cleaning while I was there. Please do better! read more

They employees were very nice. I ordered a personal pizza, it was delicious. They kept the pizza bar fresh. I will definitely come back! read more

Cicis Pizza - a hand giving a thumbs up - Pizza Near Me - Valdosta, Georgia

Great play to go and get pizza with the family love this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While the food has slowly gone down in quality, the price you pay for keeping prices low, this is about the people. the last few times we have come, Terrence White has been a diamond in the rough. Each visit I have witnessed him go above and beyond his expected due diligence to provide an unexpected, but surely welcome, white glove service and genuine kindness normally reserved for a higher quality of eatery. You improve our visit each time and I thank you for your work ethic you bring with you. read more

We had the 4.99 coupon which my family has used for weeks on Mondays so we know that they accept it but the girl at the counter was extremely rude and said she would not accept said coupon. she just sat on her phone the entire time and was very rude to all guest who entered. the kitchen staff was also standing around on their phone which is gross. We usually go twice a month but we won't be back. read more

I would not eat here again. It is very ratchet and dirty and they did not keep the food bar fresh. They did not have any brownies in the bar and I saw one of the employees eat a slice of pizza and out of the bar. read more

I would not eat at Cicinho pizza in Valdosta because they don't clean their tables and it's very messy and ratchet!!

Employee are so rude. Only polite one was the guy cleaning tables off, all the girls behind the counter had terrible attitudes and acted like asking a simple question was the end of the world. Food was okay. read more

4 kids 2 adults was around 45$ good price for all you can eat BUT pizza wasn't very good at all kids actually enjoyed the salad way more

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is so rude and the manager is the worst of them all. Customer service is absolutely terrible. We came right at opening and they all act like they've had long days. Everyone just standing around looking stupid. Definitely would not recommend this place. I'd rather lick the concrete outside. read more

wish they would practice hygiene. It must be nice when you wear your hair out, but should not be loose around food, whipping it around like your some kind a model. It just shows there is no real care to food handling and hygienics. The cici in Athens ga,all the staff wear hats and keep thier hair tucked, which by health code is standard. The staff need to clean the hot bar more often so it does not look like someone's table at home. Floors are always sticky and there is no way the bathrooms are clean that often. This is the very last resort to eat at if you are really hungry. read more

In general, I'm not a fan of Cici's. I have been to several in different states (not my choice), and they have all been such a disappointment. This location, however, is BY FAR the best location I've ever been to. Our first choice was closed (July 4th) so the group chose this location (to my dismay). I got excited by the sign saying they had wings but was let down to see they charge for them if you want with your buffet. The location did seem a bit cramped, but that's all the negative things I have to say. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. One of them consistently came by our tables to help clear them since we had a decent number of people. They had plenty of pizza choices for everyone (including those who don't eat pork and those who are vegetarian). One of the employees was very helpful in showing me how to order a customized or specialty pizza. I didn't go to the restrooms, so I can't speak to their cleanliness. A few people in our party went but didn't make any comments about it, so I'm assuming they weren't horrible or great. Not sure if it was a fluke but, if I were in the area, I'd visit this location again. read more

this review was tonight in Valdosta ga. the Buffet was empty and they had a girl behind the counter wearing a jacket who smelled like a dead dog. the manger was no were to be found. when she was around she was sitting down in a corner on her phone stuffing her face. wouldn't even give us the time a day, just set pretending to work with a black screen on a computer setting on her damn phone. The only one worth a damn was the guy cleaning tables. read more

worst experience ever! first off the pizza was nasty! but the atmosphere was no better, the restaurant was dirty and the staff was very unprofessional. they were still letting people come in and pay money even though they were over capacity THERE WERE PEOPLE HAVING TO STAND AROUND AND EAT! This Cicis is one of the better ones. Fast hot and the staff has always been very accommodating to special orders. Often busy on weekends with plenty of families. read more

I go to this location once in awhile. This place has went down hill. When it re-grand open it was very good. Clean and friendly. Now, absolutely a nightmare. The bathrooms are filmed with some kinda thick residue. Even after washing your hands you still felt dirty. The buffet area was dirty and seem like the employees didn't care. The tables were dirty. We had to clean one ourselves. Then went to go get our drinks the back of the restaurant smelled like some poo'd back there. It was awful. I don't know how people could eat back there but it was rancid. I will not even send someone I hate there. Their pizza selection was very limited and food was not even great. Owners don't seem to care when you complain. read more

Was better with previous owner. New staff is indifferent to anyone, including each other, pizza was not fresh, and when it was, it was so greasy you had to blot it with a napkin. New stuffed crust pizza. .couldn't even try it as they tell the whole restaurant, by yelling across the room, when they put some out and they allowed (twice in one visit) a family of four to run up and take the entire pizza while the other guests stood there and watched. Dessert pizza was cut so thin you got one bite out of a slice....and they no longer take requests (zestt pepperoni?) Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. .sticky floors, dirty restrooms. On top of all of that, violent food poisoning resulted in our household from eating there. Yes, we know it was that place, and yes, we can narrow it down to the Alfredo sauce. Don't bother. Until the public notice goes up that the former owner has bought it back, we won't go back. read more

Pizza buffet for a low price. Pizza is not that good. Very small game room for kids. On a budget? Go there. There's just plenty of better pizza out there. read more

The pizza was surprising good considering I was expecting the same CiCis pizza I had when I was 15. The pizza was similar to Dominoes in a good way but they didn't have much variety. The whole vibe of this buffet was like that of a middle school cafeteria. But the pie was good so after eating I obviously headed to the game room, which unfortunately was filled with gimmicks. Not impressed read more

Good for a Cici's. I mean its a 6 dollar pizza buffet, really you have to temper your expectations at that price point. During my visit they were not busy at 6:30 on a Sunday night. Lots of seating, lots of cheap food. The staff was hospitable and polite. read more
