When I came in more than half the tables were dirty with dishes. Paid and took forever to get someone to make my custom pizza because the other pizza was old . Order my pizza pepperoni jalapeño and pineapple . When it came out everyone was trying to get a piece because the other pizzas were old and no one wanted the other ones. It was only pepperoni and jalapeño, when I asked for my pizza she said theirs no pineapple even though I had a salad with pineapple and it would've been nice to know because when I went back the pizza was gone. read more

First time here in in a few months. It's really gone down hill! Half the staffing I'm used to seeing. Nobody bussing tables. No cheese on salad bar. No fresh pizzas on the line (1:30p), had to wait for dessert pizzas to be made. Another customer finally asked if they'd make a apple dessert pizza, never saw it come out. One customer got mad and complained loudly then stormed out. We probably won't be back. read more

We asked for a pizza one half to be just black olives no sauce. We got sauce on both sides and olives on the meat pizza when we wanted it separated. The sauce was super sweet and gave me horrorbale heartburn. The flavor of this chain went way down hill.Pizza hut is better. read more

If it would allow me to give 0 stars for this disgusting place I would! I do NOT recommend CiCi's Pizza of Texarkana to any visitors! Got to this trashy place, CICI'S PIZZA at 4 pm Saturday, October 12th and this is exactly how we found it!!! We were inside almost a hour and a half waiting for more choices of pizza to come out, which never happened! The so called manager named Jamarqun was on duty and was SAGGING the entire time we were here, his underwear showing to the world!!! The salad looked like crap when we arrived and wasn't fixed! Food droppings all over the buffet line!! It was never cleaned up! Food droppings and trash were all over the floors and never cleaned up!! They had barely any pizza on the buffet at all! At another point there were 3 bbq pizzas, 2 hot sauce pizzas, and 2 spinach all at once on the buffet. Zero other choices!!! The noodles were dried up and the sauce was dried up and everything was old and been sitting there all day long! My husband requested a pizza to be made, and 30 minutes later he checked on it and it was never made because they "forgot" to make it. All while the lazy employees were sitting down on their rear ends on the pizza to-go boxes and playing on their phone....not sanitary and NOT a chair!!!! The MANAGER (Jamarqun) on duty while we were there is DISGUSTING and LAZY!!! As well as the employees are LAZY!!! The ladies restroom was GROSS and had poop smeared all over the toilets, which I have pictures of also but I will spare the unsightly images here!! Then when my husband and I confronted the "manager" about all issues he thought it was funny and said "it's because I'm black huh" wow!!! Nobody brought race into it, the MANAGER did!!!! My husband asked for a refund for our less than enjoyable experience and was told no by the so called manager! The management of this store is atrocious. We planned to take our school group here for lunch. It took us multiple attempts to get an invoice and each time we called we had to remind them of our dates and times. When we arrived, the were double booked and completely full. Tables were piled high with trash because they don't have trash cans, but no one was attempting to bus the tables. The chaperones wound up cleaning tables so the kids would have somewhere to sit. Pasta is amazing, desserts are even better, but the pizza was above average at best. Service is great, mainly because you only have to interact with one staff member, the buffet aspect is less than perfect, food goes missing for tens of minutes at a time (and I mean like 30-40 it shouldn't take that long to make a tray of brownies.) ambience is great though, for a newly opened restaurant it is above average in all three categories. read more

Took the kids here for dinner while in town after school. First time here. Walked in, not too busy. No one at the front to greet us or take our order for several minutes. No big deal. Get to the buffet, pizza that was out was not fresh and not a great selection. No problem. Figured they'd start putting them out quick. Nope. Seemed like it was way too long before they got fresh pizzas out and when they did it was weird specially pizzas like taco pizza, bbq, and another Alfredo cheese. We got 1 (one!) fresh pepperoni while we were there. No regular cheese was put out and I was pretty much done before fresh cheesy bread came out. I know I could have requested for pizzas but why do I have to request fresh pepperoni and cheese?? My kids didn't mind, they eat two bites and then move on to the dessert pizza. They did have a good handle on getting those out. I was perplexed even more because there were several people huddling around behind the counter with clipboards that looked like a management team or something was in town. So the lack of awareness of how bad the buffet sucked was almost comical to me. I got up to get a plate of dessert and turned around to see a staff member cleaning off our table. So at least they're on top of that. Had to get a cup for my kid to replace the one that got thrown away. So I know it's cici's and a buffet to boot but still. The pizza was stiff, dry, greasy and took a while to get on the line, the service wasn't really available due to the store being severely understaffed, cashier told us they only offered buffet no takeout, the ambience is empty. The bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper. The drinks were mislabeled and or not available. we paid $30 for 2 adults and a 2 year old who didn't even eat. Their food is always good because it's pizza. But the service was bad, they are pretty low staff so when crowd rush came through around 1:20 they had like 3 slices of pizza while the rest of the pizza was cooking. Now no hate to any of the workers because there was only 5 of them.( Two buss boys, someone making and putting pizza in the oven, the person cutting the pizza and putting it out for people to eat, and then someone at the register) which gives no costumer the right to yell at the teenage girl cutting the pizza. This grow a$$ man thought he had a right to do that, it is not her fault they're low staff and you shouldn't have gotten anything free. We just tried to order here and the manager/owner was very rude to us. I saw extra charges come up on the computer screen, so I questioned the total and asked him to list the charges. He refused and put his hand over my screen, telling me to ignore it. He then asked did I want service..."yes, if you answer my question." He refused to answer my question and moved to the next person in line. I've never been so rudely treated in my life. Add the fact that it's my son's 18th birthday, and it was just a very poor experience all around. The food was mediocre at best on our last visit 6 weeks ago. Don't waste your money! read more

CiCis Pizza is a wonderful place to go eat. You can take the whole family and friends with out spending a fortune. (unless you let the kids go in the awesome game room with all of your money). The pizza there is top notch and always hot and fresh. I have never seen such a variety of pizza ANYWHERE!!! Spinach and Macaroni and CZ pizza?? REALLY?? I can tell that the management team there are doing a wonderful job because it shows with the friendliness of staff members and great guest service that we have received on every visit. I am strongly recommending CiCis Pizza for a family night out if u are anywhere close to Texarkana. If your not in the mood for pizza but the kids are there is a great salad bar pasta and soups, I was never a big pizza fan but CiCis changed that, Dont forget the dessert pizza and cinnamon rolls, the best way to top off your meal. read more

On our way home from spring break. Kids voted to stop here for lunch. We stopped here last year and i wasn't impressed. Its gotten worse since Spring Break 2016. No greeting upon entering and they had 1/2 a pizza and 3 half pieces of cheesy bread on the hot portion of the buffet when we got there. Waited another 8+ minutes to get different pizza added to the buffet, then another 15 for cheesy bread. I will veto any votes by the kids to come back here. Employees did smile or even look like they wanted to be there. Not a " is there a certain pizza you were looking for?" or anything else. Didnt even get a hello from the manager after waiting a few minutes once we entered to pay for our food. Poor service and horrible customer service. Trash and food on the floors and they had 2 people bussing tables. They could take lessons from the one in League City Tx. The employees at the LC, TX location may not love their jobs but man they act like they do. We wont be back to Texarkana location next year. read more
