I was pulled here by their 5.99 buffet deal and this was my first time at Cicis. My information about Cicis came from "The decline of Cicis" or "Trying out 1 star restaurants." Regardless of others opinions I was excited to try. To begin the seating was great. It was very open compared to locations I have seen in other photos. While it was busy they had a ton of pizza options. Some people even make custom ones that they dont normally have. I would say the pizza was good for the price. I was able to try all they had pizza wise and honestly, the deserts they had were the best overall. Fun experience with my girl. read more

My brother and sister invited me here to eat because they we're doing a special in which the buffet was only $5.99. We came to eat in the restaurant was pretty busy but overall really clean and inviting. They have lots of options to sit inside at this location so that was good. The lady at the front was super kind, even as she had to scan all of our coupons which was kind of a hassle. Every employee here was kind and they put out food quickly. All the food was fresh made to order as people requested and tasted pretty good for Cicis. Overall, we had a very good experience and I'd be happy to come back to this location. read more

This Cici's has a good selection of pizzas. They are also accommodating if you have a special pizza request! The macaroni cheese pizza is a classic! The salad toppings look pretty fresh. The garlic bread is a little tough, but that is pretty standard at Cici's. I love their cinnamon rolls! The one thing I did see though, was a medium sized beetle on the wall next to the booth seating. Thankfully, we hadn't started eating yet. We just moved our plates to a table by the window. We recently visited this CiCi's dezavala location with our three children after checking pricing on the official CiCi's website, which listed a $4.99 child's buffet combo. When we arrived, we were charged over six dollars and told the price had to include a drink. We explained that our children only drink water and asked if the drink could be removed. The initial employee said she could not remove the drinks and did not know how to do that, so we asked if a manager could assist. When the manager came over, he said that was not the correct price and that they could not separate the drink from the child's meal. After showing him the CiCi's website clearly displaying the $4.99 price, he said they could make an exception this one time, but repeatedly stated that they would not honor that price in the future. He also insisted the pricing shown was "just Google," even though the website clearly showed cicis.com with their location at the top of the site. The interaction felt rude and not customer service oriented, and because of how the situation was handled, we decided to leave and not eat there. read more

Not only did you have the option of iceberg lettuce but of romaine lettuce separated. I had almost all the offerings of toppings and they were so fresh. The only con I would say is they do not have caesar dressing. I had a vinaigrette and it was delicious. They also have soup but I did not try any. The variety of pizza is fairly extensive but I stuck to plain cheese. They have packets of parmesan cheese and red pepper. I wish they had those in shakers instead to minimize waste. Based from what my boyfriend had picked, I could tell you they have a barbecue chicken, spinach, and macaroni. My pizza had my perfect ratio of marinara sauce and cheese, I hate when places are skimpy on the sauce! For dessert they have powdered sugar topped brownies and cinnamon rolls. I absolutely love their cinnamon rolls, so gooey, sugary, and soft. The prices are very fair, and when I asked for 3, the young lady completing the transaction asked what one of the members of my party's age is and for kid's it is only $4.99 which includes a drink. For all of us it was $25 and some change. A good amount of seating to choose from, with an arcade in the back that the kids can enjoy. Relatively clean considering all the foot traffic of a buffet. the manager at the I10 location is very rude. He treated me disrespectfully and shamed me in front of other people, he stereotyped me as an old, blind, and feeble person of which I am not. I was not allowed to eat at the buffet because I had a small drink with me. I was prepared to buy a small one there too, however, I was not given the opportunity to do so. The manager loudly pointed to assign on the other side of the window that's supposed no outside food or drinks. I have been here several times since my visit seven years ago. This Cicis Pizza has improved a lot. They offer real utensils again. The salad bar includes spinach, dark greens, and fresher ingredients than in my original review. They also offer more veggie choices in the salad bar. The staff is pleasant, particularly the gentleman who's worked at this place for as long as I can remember. He acknowledges everyone when they walk in, during the visit, and when you leave. He says "hello," "thank you," and smiles. This team will make any pizza you want to special order. Just ask for your special order and they'll show you how to get it. My only wish is that they would have at least one pizza without cheese and lots of veggies (vegan) always and at least one dessert that was vegan (no dairy, no eggs). read more

Food was going hard UNTIL we noticed a baby cockroach on the wall. We tried to make the best of the dinner but since it was walking right next to us it was hard. On the salad that my girlfriend was eating from already there was an even smaller cockroach. I went up to the register to show them (attempting her to prohibit other people that were already getting salad) but the cashier had the nerve to say "that's a fruit fly not a cockroach." Cici's I-10 Silicon location This is the best Cici's location in my opinion. My family and I have been going here for a couple of years now and even are regular customers going at least 2-3 times a month or more so much that they know what pizzas and dessert we lIke! Why? Because the Managers Luis and Veronica and their staff are excellent in providing customer service & of course for their endless pizzabilities. But most importantly they are very attentive to our needs and the needs of all their customers. Their slogan on "endless pizzabilities" should also read "with endless service" for this location. Their staff should be greatly appreciated to the commitment of service they provide to their customers. We do Pizza Hut quite a bit, but all we usually get there is pepperoni after pepperoni. CiCi's offers quite a variety of pizzas and if you order water as your drink, it is about $6 out the door. This location has been repainted with super bright colors and a new video game arcade since the last time we were here. Their pizza may not be the number one brand in town, but it holds its own and I would gladly take anyone here for a casual lunch or dinner. One of the cleanest Cici's in town. Newly remodeled. I recommend sitting behind the inside wall as the windows get toasty. I'm diabetic so a pizza buffet is typically bad news. I brought in some low carb tortillas and they agreed to make custom pizzas for me. I had that a gigantic salad and I put mushrooms in a soup cup and poured some of the broth on it. If your curious my pizzas were Hawaiian, alfredo with chicken, sausage, mushrooms and diced tomatoes... last one is Anchovies with chicken, ham, beef, mushrooms, onions, and green & black olives. Cici's is the only place that I get anchovies since I can get exactly what I want and not get stuck with a humongous pie. Normally an amazing place to eat. When we went this week I asked for a custom pizza. I was told it was put in the oven and I proceeded to wait for 30 minutes. I went to double check on my order and they said they put the pizza in the oven. I waited for another 15 minutes and asked once again. They said it had come out, but I had watched the buffet the whole time. I asked once again and they finally put the pizza in the oven. Lying is unacceptable and it put me in a horrible mood. Once the pizza finally came out, they had undercooked it. This is a horrible way to treat customers and needs to fixed IMMEDIATELY. I've been to various Cici's locations around Houston and San Antonio. This location is by far the best one I have been to. The employees were extremely helpful and open to make any custom pizza if necessary upon request. The restaurant was kept well clean including having an employee walking around picking up plates to keep tidy. I did not find a single flaw in this vicinity. I keep forgetting to review this wonderful CiCi's location so since I happen to be here for a quick lunch, here goes. The remodeled look is a welcomed improvement. The place looked good before, and has been a favorite of mine for its friendly staff, and CLEAN environment. I can get a substantial salad, pizza slice and dessert here for only $6.70 (without ordering a drink). That is very nice! I like to find places that I can eat a good meal for under $10 and CiCi's is one of them. Cici's is great if you're craving pizza--all you can eat pizza! Their pizzas are pretty good and there's a good variety (pepperoni, cheese, bbq chicken, thin crust, sausage, ham, ones with no tomato sauce, and even custom ones made per your request). You also get unlimited salad, soup, pasta, and dessert in one dining experience. Can't complain! This particular location keeps the pizzas pretty well stocked so you don't have to wait around for a freshly baked pizza. I LOVE their cinnamon rolls! My only complaint....prices went up! Cici's is average in my opinion, but it's buffet so It's hard to expect top quality food unless you are in Vegas paying a mint. We went to Cici's recently and they were offering a $5 special on the buffet. I'm not sure what it costs normally. The pizza is pretty good at Cici's. It's better than box pizza, but not better than most of the popular pizza chains. It's fresh and you can customize your own pizza by requesting certain toppings that you want on a pizza and they'll bring you out how many slices you want. They can make it pan style, regular style, or thin crust. I didn't care for their thin crust though. The salad bar isn't that great in my opinion. They do offer an option of creating a spinach salad, but their isn't much variety for toppings and dressing. I wish they offered another type of cheese like parmesan and feta instead of just the cheddar cheese. It'd be great if they could offer options to create a fruit and Caesar salad. The soups and pastas at Cici's are pretty below average and extremely plain. Many of the pasta sauces lack flavor and I didn't find any that were really appetizing. Dessert is pretty good at Cici's. I enjoyed the custard pizza with the crumbles on top. They also have brownies available. Overall, Cici's is good for the price and I wouldn't mind going back with my family, but their definitely could be small and simple improvements made that could make some of the buffet food a lot better in quality (esp when it comes to the salad bar and pastas). read more

I haven't been to CiCi's in years but decided to try it this afternoon for lunch with my bf and kiddo. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and the woman helping us was extremely friendly. We paid $15 for two adult buffets (& drinks) and didn't have to pay for our child. We sat down, the dining area was really clean and spotless. There was a gentleman walking around picking up trays and empty plates off of peoples tables so they were definitely keeping on top of it. When we went to the buffet, they had an excellent selection. They had salads, soup, pasta, pizza and desserts. I tried a little bit of everything and it was fantastic. I had heard they changed their ingredients since the last time I came so I was really ecstatic with how great the food was. The people that were behind the buffet kept asking if we needed help to just ask them and if we wanted a special pizza made that we didn't see, that they would make it for us! Also, in the back there is a small arcade with a few games and an air hockey table. It was pretty awesome to say the least. Plus it's separated from the dining area so you don't really have to be too quiet. I was really pleased and I know my bf and kiddo were too. I'm sad I hadn't been here in such a long time! We love Cici's! And you may think that they are all the same but that is hardly true, in a good way. Every location is slightly different in the best way possible. Every location has great employees that are attentive to everybody walking in and greeting them with a "Welcome to Cici's!" Every location has great managers who make sure that their guests have their pizza choice available, if not, made available at request! Every location had delicious tasting pizza, pasta, salad and dessert pizza that is consistent and as I mentioned, delicious. Every location is clean and well me gained despite how busy they may be at times. And of course every location offers all this at a great price! So needless to say, we Weill be back.
