We have been coming here since our grown grandchildren were little. It is the best Cici's I have ever been to! Although they were slammed tonight, they were on it! The only thing that my youngest granddaughter said was that they need to get the pasta out faster! She said it was so good! Probably one of the best locations of a Cicis pizza that I have been to. Most of the pizza on the line is always fresh. Chicken noodle soup looks like it's always stocked, however very little amount of actual chicken is in it. I like ordering myself personal pizzas which makes this place at the price point so worth it. The dessert is limited but it's always a great way to end the meal. A bang for your buck place for sure. Also they have servers that come around and take your plates to keep the tables cleaned. 7/10 read more

I can't remember going to CC in the past 15 years so I thought I'd give them a try. For some reason this location has good ratings so I ordered a medium pizza with beef and a medium order of wings. I can tell you in comparison to Pizza Hut Cicis Pizza sucks. It's bland. It's tasteless. If you ask for a well-done crust, they have no idea what it is. I was hoping the wings would be a little bit more like Wingstop, which I really like, and they were not. They were pretty greasy and the outside lacked the crust that you get like when you go to Wingstop. If I was going to order again, I might order the wings and see if they could make them well done without all the grease, but I'm not sure that they could. I do know maybe why they get so high ratings because it was packed with people and mostly with kids that were eating a budget meal . I wish I'd gotten the salad because I might've had more choice and how it turned out, but I'll never go here again. The cash are at the front was very nice even though I had to wait five minutes over and for that I gave her a star. it might be that you have to be there in person to order it so that you can give them exact details rather than writing it out online so that they can read it but I don't know A good lesson learned here read more

This is by far the nicest. Cleanest. Most well run CiCis I have ever visited. At the front Michael greeted every guest like family: warm smile and genuine concern/care, recognized several return customers by name. He personally asked my kiddos what kind of pizzas they wanted- which is a small gesture but big for a kid that LOVES cicis. The buffett was always filled with warm food and everything looked good (even for pizza). The other staff were on top of every thing: quickly got me a sling for my infant (so many restaurants don't even carry slings anymore), picked up plates and made sure we were okay and had everything we needed. Honestly the service was better than most restaurants I have pardoned recently. The salad was fresh. All of the games are up and running (also a rarity). I'd like to share the experience that I had this evening at Cici's on Little Rd. Let me start by saying that I haven't been to any Cici's in over 20 years and tonight, I was in shock. When we arrived, the restaurant was a little over half full around 8:15pm. While serving myself on the line, I was asked by the employee overlooking the salad bar if I had a favorite type of pizza he could make for me and when I said spinach, he said he would make sure to keep it ready for me. I didn't order my own pizza, because there was already some on the line. I went back once more and it was gone so I asked for more. A few minutes later a different employee came to my table to let me know there was more ready for me. To say my face looked like this is an understatement. She kept coming back to take our plates and make sure we had everything that we needed. My family stayed until about 9:15pm eating & chatting and the entire time, every employee was extremely polite, friendly, very attentive and kind. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well maintained as well. Every employee except 1 looked to be high school age! I have a few questions - where do you find these amazing kids?!? Who trains them?? Can we bring them to other restaurants with us?? In this day and age with supply chain issues and labor shortages, I have heard so many horror stories about the way servers get treated and have even witnessed shameful displays of entitlement. What a long awaited absolutely fantastic experience! It seems customer service went the way of the birds recently so this was a pleasant surprise! I ordered 2 buffets and 1 drink for my husband and myself and the counter guy suggested a water cup which I thought was thoughtful. The manager Skyler (?) came over and introduced himself after attempting to speak Spanish with a customer (which us Mexicans find so endearing!) and gave us a pizza for free when we were leaving as it was just about closing time. I'm a Cicis Pizza fan I been eating at them for a while. I like the flavor of the pizza and the choices you get. The all you can eat buffet is my favorite. But I will eat too much so I have to cut myself off. I like the thin pizza the best with peperoni. The stuff crust with cheese is also good. I like most all the pizza to tell the truth. They have a good salad bar but I do not waste my time with salad. And dessert pizza as well. Only issue I have with Cicis is they will make up a lot of pizza early and they will sit under the counter and get cold and will not be fresh. All the stores will do this. So go when they are busy to get the freshest pizza. You can special order if you want to wait a little. That is a good way to get a fresh pizza. And one more thing the price has gotten a little high it will be over 9 dollars with a drink. There are kid prices and senior discounts I like this store nice employees they seem to want to help you enjoy your visit. They ask if you want anything special. So...I have had so many bad experiences here that I told myself last time I would not return. I approached the decision to overturn my own veto with trepidation. I should have listened to me. I arrived for a late lunch (around 2:30pm)...and I have found at places like this it's a roll of the dice. It could all picked over and a staff unmotivated to cook anything fresh because business has slowed. On the other hand, it could all be fresh with a little less selection. Sometimes, it is neither. Today was that sometime. I knew this was not the best use of my lunch dollars, but alas, I went blindly forth. The first indication that we might have a problem was my wait for someone to come from the back of the house to take my money. ($9.05 bought me 1.5 slices of pizza and a go cup for my drink) After a few minutes, the person I assumed to be the manager came out to help me. The dining room was overrun by middle schoolers. Nearly every open table was dirty. The salad bar was reasonably well-kept (keep in mind, these were middle schoolers). The little pasta area contained a pan of partially dried out cavatapi, two tablespoons of Alfredo sauce, and a crusted-over marinara. The selection of pizza was worse. Why on earth would you put out THREE cheese pizzas at once? These were obviously there to set off the two veggie pizzas. In the thirty minutes I was there, they only put out one new pizza- CHEESE. I mean seriously, folks...I know I can ask them to make me whatever I want, but I shouldn't have to. Every time I see someone do that, the employees give them dirty looks. The last thing I want is a sneezer. After the aforementioned half hour, the manager and one employee started cleaning the dining room. I gave up & went to top off my tea...and found no lids. I tracked down the very sincere lady in the manager's shirt & asked for a lid, which she provided. I then explained to her my dissatisfaction. She told me that she just transferred to this location. I explained to her that I've made a series of terrible experiences & would not be back. She may have apologized. She did offer to make me a pizza to go. Considering I had already been waiting 45 minutes for a fresh pizza with something more interesting than pepperoni and/or cheese, I had no desire to wait longer, and explained this. To further cement that my vow to never return, her boss stood off to one side during half of our conversation, and he said nothing. For the price point, the buffet is certainly worth it. You're getting the same quality pizza as Dominoes but as much of it as you want. Generally, the service is good -- the cashiers are friendly and the servers are ready and willing to make whatever pizza you want given the toppings they have. The owner and Skyler, one of the managers, are very kind and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Like many others, I was consistently impressed by the quality of the pizza and service and dined in three times in the past two months, with my last visit before that being some 12-15 years ago. However, my most recent experience ordering a pizza to go was a complete disaster. I ordered a large vegetarian pizza for $7.99, the same price as the buffet. I asked for a few extra toppings (the same ones that come with the pizza, just more of them), and the manager on staff (Skyler's brother, apparently) came in with a very arrogant tone, preaching to me that extra toppings would cost extra. I was genuinely confused by this, since as a dine-in customer, I could eat as much as I wanted to for the same price. Instead of addressing me politely, he insinuated from the start of our conversation that I was being unreasonable just for asking why. After lecturing me with an air of condescension, he himself empathized with me and admitted that there was nothing he could do since pricing was set at the corporate level. In fact, that's all he needed to say from the beginning itself, instead of talking down to me, the customer, who is giving him business. Then, right in the middle of our conversation, a customer, who had no context, decided to confront me about the situation when I was perfectly within my rights to ask about and understand what I was paying for. When I told him to stay out, he continued to engage, because he "didn't want the manager to get in trouble, so he would talk on [the manager's] behalf." The manager came up to me and thanked me for choosing cicis before I even got my food. He stated after Covid people forgot about hospitality which is true. He coached his staff and worked along side the entire time. Even turned the all star game on in between. He noticed a table was unequal and fixed the table right then. All small but very noticeable actions to myself and hopefully his staff. Leading by example, constructive Criticism and praising employees all were shown in the short 45 min experience. ZERO Covid-19 protocols in place We visited Cici's on Little road this evening. here are our observations: 1. There are no posted notices requiring masks nor social distancing anywhere. 2. All tables and booths are open with normal spacing 3. Both the pizza and salad buffets are open with their regular spatulas and tongs and plates being handled by every patron in the restaurant. 4. No one in the restaurant was wearing a mask, even while serving themselves at the buffet. 5. 2 of the 5 employees were not wearing masks. 6. When I inquired with the cashier, she told me they don't enforce any covid restrictions 7. We observed 15 high school age patrons in different parties and 2 families come through the door with no masks, and were served as usual (see attached photo). 8. The employees are all maskless with the exception of the order taker, and there is no sanitizer for anyone to use before they touch things or social distancing by closing some tables.
