They also have no entry from their rear parking and couldn't be bothered to have someone even lightly shovel the 9 mile walkway from the back. Saw multiple seniors slipping due to the egregious lack of maintenance during a tournament that people are charged in excess of 15$ a day for the 'privilege' to attend. Also doesn't appear that they had heating in the men's restroom. It was significantly colder and almost to the point of unbearable. All around less than stellar experience.

Too funny....righteous man in in his Sears suit coat was issuing a very long complaint to the Hawthorne employee, whose expression was increasingly glazed. I mean LONG, and without a breath in between various disappointments. God love her, because 10 seconds in I wanted to tell the guy to STFU and enjoy the day for what it was. (I actually had to shove him over, verbally, to speak to the other employee.) "And then..our waitress took FIVE minutes to bring our drinks...and THEN..." And then what? She didn't bow down to your vast superiority? She didn't weep tears of joy and admiration for your Miller Lite orders? She didn't appreciate your Sears jacket or artfully arranged thinning hair?" Really, dude, what the F*** do you want? This guy was talking nonstop for at least 7 minutes (before I left the area)....that poor girl. I have enough points for a windbreaker, by the way, but am saving them up for a hoodie. I suspect the complainer is still there, explaining to that poor girl that he deserves better service...I'll have those points by the time he's done.

I…read moreattended a Rush University graduation recently, ended up getting to my seat very late as there were so many people trying to park, walk, and enter. I missed the start of the event. I was able to find a parking spot in a garage, paid a load of cash, and was nearly squashed trying to navigate into the structure. Even with people in neon vests on the street directing traffic, it was chaotic. I can't figure out why they'd put an arena this size in a tiny footprint in a crowded city. The seats were tiny, uncomfortable, and the steps to them so steep that older folks were really struggling to climb them. The acoustics were good. I could clearly hear the speakers. Next time, I'll take an Uber and get there extra early.

Trust me, this is the one you want. I had so much fun. Yes, you will get wet. Save those comfy gym shoes you were thinking of tossing for this day. Don't wear that cute workout set but do plan for comfort. Once you cross the finish line and collect your medal, you can stay and party with the live DJ. The parking was easy and the traffic flow was smooth. The stadium itself isn't fancy but has great sight lines and for the games with good crowds, a fun atmosphere and generally very loud when the Fire is winning. The food is okay, not a lot of options and a little pricey. We did enjoy the brisket nachos. A good BBQ flavor and well portioned.

Drink prices here are through the roof (which is to be expected but still kinda annoying). I paid $36 for 2 cans of modelos. Most sections had no security so there were many people who kept seat hoping. It was mainly an issue for people who had front row seats since people would sneak into your spot if you left to use the restroom, to the bar, etc.. they'd move out of your spot once you returned but it's still annoying to have to repetitively do that if you need to leave for a short period of time. Overall it's not a bad arena.
