When we arrived there were 2 women who were working on decor they said they were not open until 4:00 pm then they said No it had changed ". The best Italian restaurant is right in Pasco. The restaurant is quaint. And it reminds me of a small mom and pop place in another country. The food is fantastic! The moment we had our first bite we knew we came to the right place for dinner! I don't know how they cooked the Brussels sprouts, but it was sublime. We will definitely go there again. read more

We attended an event catered by Ciao Trattoria a year ago and loved their food and it has been a goal of ours to visit our restaurant the next time we were in the area. We achieved our goal and had a wonderful meal tonight! The fresh pasta was cooked perfectly, just like we make at home. We ordered the Tortellini Florentine and the Spicy Baked Mostaccioli. Both were delicious. (The Mostaccioli was very mild.) For dessert we ordered the Torta Caprese, described on the menu as being served with gelato. Nothing was said until the Torta arrived and then we were told the gelato machine was on the fritz. We weren't offered anything in exchange nor was the dessert discounted. We'd have ordered something else if we had known. It was also really hot inside--not remotely a comfortable temperature. The Torta was excellent though. So, food great; service and environment not so much. read more

Definitely recommend! I work in downtown Pasco and while I love tortas y tacos I sometimes want something different without having to spend most of my lunch hour driving. This spot hit that mark! Small, cozy, Italian bistro in downtown pasco. I recommend making reservations if planning on trying it out. I called and asked and was told they take walk ins, but big mistake! Went in a few hours later and they were booked, but they were sooo nice and offered us a cozy little corner area for the 3 of us if we wanted, we agreed and it had 1 small coffee table and she brought us another. It had 3 lounge chairs. They were quick in bringing menus & water. I ordered the lemon lavender vodka martini and it was delicious! My son wanted an iced coffee, they offered to make a special one for him and when they brought it it was so good! We ordered our food and it was also pretty quick. Everything was delicious! The breadsticks were warm, soft, buttery! The chicken was moist and flavorful! The pastas were all perfectly cooked! The sauces were also flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Plate sizes were perfect. Bait and switch. Prices don't match website, prices are for food truck only. Menus on table are just for a general basis cause what you get is not what is on the menu. Food is microwaved, not cooked fresh. Food came out barely warm. The spaghetti di gambero had okay flavor but the shrimp wasn't cooked long enough. The spaghetti bolognese also came out luke warm and the meat tasted like chef boyardi ravioli filling, the chicken porri didn't match the description at all. Dessert didn't makeup for it either, the ice cream in the affogato was freezer burned. Save your money and eat at home. read more

If you're looking for great and darn near authentic Italian food in the Tri-Cities, we highly recommend checking Ciao Trattoria. We ordered the Fig & Prosciutto Flatbread for an appetizer which was very tasty. My fiancé got the Lasagne Alla Bolognese, and I got The Tagliatelle Al Gorgonzola for our dinner. We finished off with the Soaked Italian Wedding Cake which was to die for. My brother and his girlfriend got the Pistachio Gelato which had a pistachio drizzle (I believe) over and that was heavenly as well. The owner was very kind and provided great service. The atmosphere is very appealing and unique to Tri-Cities. All around done very well and so happy to have a place like this in Tri-Cities. 10/10 read more

I was so excited to eat at this restaurant, as I have enjoyed the food truck many, many times. I was sadly disappointed. We arrived, with a reservation at 7pm and were seated immediately. The atmosphere, with the open kitchen was fun and cutely Italian with lovely music playing in the backrground. My husband ordered the mastiacioli and our guest and I both ordered the lemon pasta with shrimp at our wait person's suggestion. The alacarte salads arrived and were over dressed, and soggy. As we were eating our salads, the waitperson stood right next to us, telling her trainee what needed to be done for closing. She let her trainee know "as soon as these people get out of here, we can finish our work." At that time, too - a mop bucket was pulled out and remained in my view for the remainder of my meal. The entrees arrived and the mastacioli was definitely the highlight - the sauce was tasty and the pasta was cooked just right. However, our lemon pasta was basically plain spaghetti with a buttery garlic sauce. I think our chef forgot to add in any lemon. There was zero lemon flavor, nor was there any bits of lemon, or zest to be tasted. The shrimp were cooked well and were a nice addition. As we were finishing our meal, the chef left, so even if we weren't happy with our meal, nothing could have been done to make things right. Finally, I will say that the Italian sodas, were quite tasty and done in a way that I had not had before. I am hopeful that some of the bugs can be worked out of this restaurant so that they can live up to their stellar reputation of their food truck. read more
