The food itself is good however, their portions have gotten significantly smaller. I spent $40 to get two plates that seem to only have about one small scoop of mashed potatoes in each plate and a small amount of turkey. Overall my experience was okay. Let's start off with the things that I think need improvements. 1) we got the shareable waffle and pancake, however there was a clear paucity of eggs/beacon and sausages compared to the cheaper things to make waffle/pancakes. 2) we got a side of sourdough bread and it was clearly not made from scratch and bought at a local convience store. We also did not get jam or butter with the sourdough bread. 3) the peach tea was really good but the latte was lacking in espresso. The good 1) the service was kind and efficent. The waitress staff was pleasent and made us feel welcome. 2) The ambiance was well decorated and had a clear theme. It was clean and tidy in the restaurant Mediocre: The food was decent. Went here while on vacation because I love trying new places, and this one did not disappoint! You get a lot of food for a great price. Our server was attentive, kind, and patient! I'd gotten a brownie iced coffee which was amazing, along with their pancakes and waffles. It was clean and quiet, making for a great breakfast spot. Service was quick too. They handled our group of 38 ladies for lunch. Some waited a longer time for their food than others but they worked very hard to serves all of us. Food was delicious even for the late eaters. Only complaint was that a few people came in even 45 minutes+ after us and they were all fed before the last of our group got their food. We enjoyed the complementary Mimosas. read more

Sign says "wait to be seated", which is no problem, we don't mind, but what is very frustrating is the staff will see you walk in, see you standing at the front, will look you dead in the eyes and still not seat you or even bother to acknowledge the fact that you are waiting there. They will continue to walk right past you for stuff they need and still not even a "hello" or "we'll be right with you". We eventually did get sat by someone other than the waitstaff. Once seated the two servers were walking right past our table looking right at us and acting like we're completely invisible. We waited a good 15 minutes before even getting our drink order taken. They didn't bother taking our food order and walked off. We waited another 10 minutes before my husband had to get up and figure out who our waiter was going to be so we could finally place our order. Our order was taken in a passive aggressive way by the blonde waitress. On their Facebook page they advertised "kids eat free" but when we went to pay the same girl who took our order said "you have to ask for a free meal you can't just order whichever kids meal you want" I then said that they're Facebook page didn't say that in the advertisement and she said "well that's what it is". My family and I will not be returning which is unfortunate because we really liked the place. read more

We stopped on way back to SA because of the reviews, and we were so glad we did. This place was an excellent choice. The food was full of flavor, and the portions werethe perfect size. We ordered chicken and waffles, a waffle board, and biscuits and gravy. No complaints about anything! this establishment needs to be established more! my sister used to to work here and they are unprofessional. Told them they will be punished if they talk about pay. Told her that her uniform will deducted out of her pay after she tried giving the merchandise back. They refused to take it and aren't going to pay her for the hours she put in. They have rats around and inside the building and told her if she spoke about it she would be punished. Ever since my sister has worked here she has had nothing but a negative experience. Came here for breakfast based off google reviews since their restaurant was not on Yelp at the time. As we waited for a table, we were given complimentary mimosas. We ordered the Pancake board for two ($24)- which was more like a board for half a person. The board came with watery- powered eggs (not real eggs), only one slice of bacon cut in half, and one waffle sliced in 4 quarters- the waffles were actually the only good part of the meal. When I asked if the eggs were powdered or real, the server said he did not know and they refunded the eggs without me asking to. Will not return based on price and what I was served. read more

Second time I visited this place while staying here, the servers are very nice and the place is well kept but it does take some time to get your food. The first time it took nearly 30-40 mins just to receive my chicken and waffles the second time also around 30 mins. This last time my chicken was a little under cooked which ruined my appetite not only that but I had ordered a panini without ham and it was brought to me with ham. The service made up for it because they had acknowledged they remember I do not eat pork and brought me a new one right away. Unfortunately I wont be going back here again due to the quality of food and the length it takes to receive my order. read more

We had just flown in from California and this was the first spot we visited. The servers were quick to gather a table for a large group of us and provided excellent service the entire time. Food came out faster that I expected and it all tasted amazing! This was the only breakfast spot we visited our entire trip. Being a coffee snob I can be picky with my drinks but I loved it so much I got another iced coffee to go. Would recommend and I will come here anytime we are in town! read more
