Lovely cafe nestled in downtown Harlingen. We both had Reuben Panini's. Delicious and very nice serving. The sauerkraut was warm clear through and the pasta salad was good also. He had chips. Tea was very good too. And my favorite coconut cream pie! Cute decor and clean place. More than likely will return again. Service was good and the food came out quickly. I'm in town for work from San Antonio. I did a quick Google maps search for lunch spots near me and luckily J & B's Cafe popped up. This is a cute little cafe with a lovely vibe. A perfect spot to catch up on my emails and grab a delicious sandwich (I had the Ruben) and pasta salad. I was there for about an hour, and in that time I saw many locals come in and be greeted by name. I can't say enough about this place! Thank you! read more

We were visiting from out of town and decided to try this local Cafe. We were impressed. My husband really enjoyed the tortilla soup, Reuben sandwich and chicken salad with cranberries and pecans on a croissant. I loved my veggie wrap with red pepper hummus and feta on whole wheat. The staff was fantastic. Next time we are in South Texas, we will definitely stop by for lunch again. read more
