This is a great Starbucks location, found this store while traveling back from the border in Brownsville. All the employees were smiling, and interacting with the customers, while getting the products out. I only wish there were more locations like this one in my area. this starbucks is like all the others. nothing majorily wrong except the price. they are clean and well organized. easy to find and good enough parking to be in and out. seating is ok, their chairs are fairly comfortable. The staff is super friendly and for that I give them 5 stars however ordering coffee is a gamble. 75% of the time I order the white chocolate mocha it tastes amazing! For some reason there are other times that you walk away with a questionable coffee. Perhaps they need more training to get the recipe consistently right. Also they are not dog friendly even if you are making a quick stop while walking your pet. read more

Arrived at 11:15pm and was told they were not brewing anymore coffee tonight so I would have to order an espresso drink. Hmmmm. They close at midnight. Now they are playing rap music from a phone behind the counter while they clean up and the store music which is folksy is competing with it. How strange to work around paying customers and clean around them while they try to enjoy their coffee. Spraying cleaner next to customers is annoying and displeasing. To recap- forces us to purchase a more expensive coffee drink because they would not offer to brew coffee with 45 minutes until closing. Playing their own music behind the counter. And spraying cleaning products around us then leaving the smelly mop bucket next to our table as we tried to drink our coffees! Crazy! Drive through! Service is wonderful and patient. Open until 11pm most nights. My only issue is with the location between two one way streets, but that can't be helped. One blustery day, I spilt a drink off the top of the car while unloading. I drove right back, prepared to pay for another, but they were kind enough to make another free of charge for us. All the other reviews are massive LIES. It has been my worst experience to ever come into this Joke of a starbucks. The drinks are made very terribly, the atmosphere is terrible, as well as the service. Don't bother supporting these peoples crappy paychecks.
