Churros
Sydnee C.

First they said they didn't have my pick up order then I showed them the receipt and then they started making it, but almost half of the churros were missing the cinnamon sugar.. and the customer service was just rude.

Churro's take me way back, to the times I would BEG my mom to buy me a pack from the street sellers. Churromania is a game changer. Wow! We ordered 16 churros drizzled with caramel and Nutella. The most delicious treat. The combination of all the flavors make this dessert amazing. I also ordered a colada. The perfect match for a heart attack LOL - just kidding! Definitely the sugar rush but none the less delicious. Every time I'm in Miami I stop here and eat churros as i go down memory lane.

Twist Mania: Guava and Dulce de Leche

Huge Fan! Warm crispy churros. Coated with Cinnamon Sugar and topped with Nutella and Dulce De Leche. Drool. The Guava topping was OK, we enjoyed the others more. Churromania can be found at almost every mall in Miami. So glad for that. This location has little seating, primarily some counter space and bar stools. Your churros will always be made to order. They are sold in 8,14 or 20 pieces. The cashier was sweet and quick. Great midday treat.

Their menu is small, which we actually appreciate because they focus on doing a few things really well. The chicken tenders are perfectly crispy with great seasoning and flavor. The matchstick fries are always crispy too, not too thick or heavy. Meals come with coleslaw and Texas toast, and both are delicious additions. Their signature sauce is a must. I'm not sure what's in it, but it's so good and pairs perfectly with everything. This location is a bit more tight, the parking lot and drive through area. However it is manageable - just a bit more traffic than some other locations we have been too. Service was good and restaurant was clean inside!

It's a fast-food concept that keeps things very simple with a limited menu: chicken tenders, fries, and a sandwich. We tried the 4 Chicken Fingers combo with crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and the recommended Arnold Palmer, sweet tea mixed with lemonade which was refreshing and enjoyable. My favorites were definitely the Texas toast and the coleslaw. The toast was lightly crisp with a buttery garlic finish that made it easy to enjoy. The coleslaw was fresh with a nice crunch and well-balanced creamy without being overly tangy or sweet. The chicken itself was tender but fairly mild. It was okay on its own and really relies on the sauce to bring the flavor together. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, with self-serve fountain drinks and tea, and lemonade available at the counter. Service was prompt, location clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was okay. Sometimes simple works and sometimes it's just that: simple. The lunch menu might be better, and there are a lot of people coming to check this place out, we saw lots of big groups and kids and dogs it's in a good newer residential area, however these details are important when the item is called chorizo bowl, with little chorizo, and avocado toast with little avocado. The fried....oh my...the fried!!! Perfectly crisp on the outside and mash on the inside. One of the best parts, the toast. Get the heck outta here!! It's buttery and has the perfect grill on it. The platters are reasonably priced for the amount that you get and the place is spotless. The service is wonderful and worthy of restaurant vs fast food a quality. Everyone has a smile and you can't help to leave with the same. We have a much closer chicken spot but will gladly drive the extra 7 minutes too get to Cane's. Great job to all!!!

This location has a giant drive through, so it seems like it can handle a lot of drive through orders, although it was not very busy when I came. In terms of dining in, there are more tables outside than inside (the inside dining area is actually kinda small). All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, and my order came out quickly and piping hot. In terms of Raising Canes in general, I feel like Raising Canes is kinda like the In-N-Out of chicken restaurants. The menu is focused on a small set of foods, and those foods are done well. I'd only give it four stars though because I prefer other places' tenders and the food options they offer more, specifically the sauce options (I'm not the biggest fan of the Canes sauce). But the Texas toast and French fries are really good. On a sustainability note, I'd also wish they didn't serve everything in styrofoam containers. I feel like there is a more sustainable and Earth friendly option than styrofoam.

We were in the area and found Chilacos Tacos, located just 5 minutes away from Sawgrass Mills mall…read more There are many different menu options to choose from including appetizers, tacos, burritos, quesadillas and even a taco bowl. We ordered steak tacos (listed as one of the favorites), quesabirria, spicy margarita and the limonada de mango biche. The drinks were good but the food was okay. The quesabirria was better than the tacos, but the birria sauce just looked and tasted like oily water. The steak tacos are a favorite, but was unfortunately not mine. The steak was chewy and you weren't able to taste the truffle chimichurri. The tacos were also filled with oil. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought it may be some sort of sauce but confirmed that it was indeed oil when it started dripping out of the taco. We placed paper napkins on the tray and it absorbed the oil but there was still a lot in the tacos. I didn't notice it at first when I took the picture, but you are able to see the oil in the tacos and the tray...there was a lot! This was our first time at Chilacos and while it may have been a one-off experience, there are other taco places to visit.

It was perfect and they were willing to do whatever needed to be done to keep the us happy. The birria was incredible I just got Chicharron my brain is still processing how good it was. Maybe a little salty, but even though they were super yummy sauces on the table I didn't need to use any of them but I got sidetracked by her need for a key. The ambience was comfortable, casual, well lit and simple. Camilo took great care of us and answered all of our questions. We left completely stuffed and very happy. If I had to Nick pick, I would say that the lack of liquor license deter us from drinking like we wanted to and I wish I didn't have to ask if the margarita was wine based because we almost ordered it and I'm glad we didn't now that I know. Otherwise, we were extremely happy and I will be back often

As I waited for my meal I observed how they operated. They had maybe 3-4 cooks preparing the food. And 3 up front trying to fix the orders to go out. I did get helped through the line fairly quickly, but after that I think I waited at least 15 minutes or so before my to go order was ready. As I waited I noticed all three workers that were behind the counter were filling the orders, but not one of them took the time to notice not one, but two customers that were waiting in line to place their order for quite some time. I did notice them turn around and look at them after they had been waiting for a good 5 minutes or so, but even then no one stopped to take their orders. Finally from the back a young man comes over to help them, but only after he took his time changing out the receipt paper. Once I received my to go order and took it home I couldn't wait to see how it tasted because most of the reviews said the food was good. Well, that's where I disagree. My "spicy"chicken sandwich had no taste. Very bland and the meat was crunchy instead of juicy. The fries were very greasy and my husband's Mac and cheese and rice were un edible. We tried the mango pies and they were ok, but not good enough for us to ever return. I can easily cross them off my list of places to try
