I don't understand how you have the door is locked and say that nobody can come inside and make an order. They have to go through drive-through while someone is literally inside picking up an order. Not sure what's going on in there it took 45 minutes to even get to the ordering station. Five cars in front of me each had to wait at least 10 minutes before they were able to place an order in the drive-through. I know it's a lot of working there, but they still haven't learned. and the other thing I noticed some of the workers walking into the trashcan empty-handed staying for a while and then coming back in smoking maybe? The service isn't bad. About what youd expect for a Churchs chicken. I write this to warn drivers of the massive pot hole in the drive though. Very surprising that this establishment hasn't prioritized filling this. Be very careful driving through, especially with a low car. I won't be back til this is repaired. After waiting forever in the drive through line. which the problem might be people cant exit because of Tow notch being so busy. We order and once we get to the window are informed that they have NO WINGS????? WHAT it was 5:30pm on a Monday night. this is the dinner hours and they have none! UGH I ordered a medium jalapeno bombers and we get down the road and there are FOUR (yes 4!!!) in the bag! that is a medium????? are you kidding me. Once home we discovered that the sauce we requested was left out. Idk what none of these bad reviews are for, I just left church's around lunch time so it was kind of busy (around 12pm) my food was so good, my chicken was fresh, my biscuit was fluffy and sweet and my mashed potatoes were delicious. Main who owns this Churches in Two Notch Road in Columbia? I have experienced some bad customer service but this by far is the worst I've ever experienced. The employees I guess that's what they are called, didn't have the decency to answer the drive through. I don't expect much from Church's Chicken. Anyone who's been to one know to keep expectations low. Easily one of the crappiest restaurants that you'll see. So why did I give this one 4 stars? Lady at the counter let me use multiple coupons. That's it. She always let's me use whatever coupons even if they're expired. Plus I love Church's Chicken. The restaurant was understaffed; one employee was emptying the garbage and taking drive through orders at the same time, so garbage was falling on the floor.
