Only downside was during our visit a couple months ago the water issues was going on so there were so restrooms. The Cuban was spot on. Slightly crispy bread, flavorful meat, tender pork and crunchy pickles. The fries were on point I'm not sure what they do to them to make them so golden and perfect. There's plenty of seating and it didn't take too long to get our food. Will definitely stop in here again when visiting.

Como no había más nadie en el local todo se sirvió de inmediato y lo pedí para llevar. Este es el segundo local de esta cadena en Caguas así que o se si es el mismo operador. I've had Chick-fil-A before it wasn't a novelty for me. I love it, but I could wait. Now that the new car smell has passed, and they recently opened a second location, we thought the time was right to visit. It's still popular, as it should be because it's damn good, but it's far more manageable. We went for the drive-thru, so I still haven't been inside. As I mentioned, there was a line but. It too long. Actually there weee two lines that eventually merged. They had a couple of employees with menus taking orders and then another set taking payments. The whole process was well organized and helped move the line as efficiently as possible. We received our food without any mistakes. As for the food, it was what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A: delicious. We got the spicy chicken and deluxe spicy chicken sandwiches, fries, Mac and cheese, nuggets for our son, and chocolate milkshake. The only complaint came from our son. He wanted a toy, but they don't do happy meals here. Other than that, we were 100% satisfied.

It opened on March 3, 2022 and is right next to a Costco Warehouse store in Bayamon. Needless to say, it is very popular. Our family drove all the way from Condado at 8:00pm and was amazed by the long line of cars and people (it closes at 9:00pm). On the plus side, the chicken sandwiches are great. Customer service is also nice - they offered a free milkshake because of the longer than expected waiting time. On the minus side, it can take time to go through the line for dinner (but some orders can be slower to process than others). The shopping complex (Los Filtros) also has a large Supermax grocery store and a Planet Fitness gym. If you're hungry for Chik-fil-A and would like an alternative to expensive restaurants in San Juan, it's worth taking a late evening drive to this branch in Bayamon!

TL; DR: We found…read morethat McDonalds was the only place you don't go broke in St. Croix getting food (including grocery stores). That's a plus for at least a quick snack if not a meal on the go. The only place to get ice cream in St. Croix for under $5 a scoop was, yes, McDonalds (Sunday $2.39, McFlurry $3.39 ish), and a comedic episode comes free with a Bimbo! The Rest Of The Story My girls were jonesing for ice cream and after buying the less than half gal (1.5quart) of breyers for $13 only to find it had melted and refrozen (nasty), we decided to go McFlurry. It was in the evening when we drove to McDonalds, looked at the ice cream menu, and the car erupted in laughter because we spotted the "Bimbo" McFlurry . So we ordered 5 "bimbos" along with 60 McNuggets ($10 for 20) and otherwise. Then the person at the other end of the ordering system (speaker-dude) told us that the ice cream machine did not work. My girls (2 daughters and wife) were very disappointed. We canceled the entire order and went on an ice cream shop hunt. As we were during the middle of the week and just after peak season (still 83 degrees at night), and on "island time" we found that the ice-cream shops had all closed early. "All" being like 3. SO we came back to McDonalds just to get some nuggets (the prior order planted the suggestion in everyone). To have a little fun, each person in the car (5) ordered something along with a Bimbo McFlurry. Each time the speaker-dude said "sorry, ice cream machine is not working". So we adjusted the order to order nuggets and an ice cream cone. Again the speaker-dude said the ice cream machine is not working. So we would change to nuggets and ice cream Sunday and again, speaker-dude said "not working". The car was rocking with laughter. When we finally just ordered just the nuggets, and we then pulled up to the delivery window. To speaker-dude's credit, he did *not* show a single sign of frustration. A different person (a really adorable young lady) handed us our 60 McNuggets with a "thank you". We then decided to extend the fun and asked where the Bimbo McFlurry's were that we ordered . The young lady got a shocked look on her face and said "oh my gosh, he did not charge you for those did he?!" We burst out laughing and said "no, he told us over and over again the machine was not working, we are just messing with you". She laughed and said "oh but it /is/ working"... and paused and smiled a devilish smile... then asked "how many do you want?" As near as we can figure, the person at the other end of the ordering system (speaker-dude) had cleaned the machine early so he could leave early, then lied to us about it not working. The young lady, immediately recognizing what was going on and thought she would have her own bit of fun ... and have him clean it again after giving us Bimbo McFlurrys. Everyone was laughing except the "speaker-dude" who had to adjust his "Island Time Zone" and clean it again we think. It was an interactive SNL comedy show with snacks, dessert and an awesome server. SO, I have to say St. Croix was hands down the best McD experience EVER. (It would have made a great reel) To cap it off, we decided to Venmo the window lady a hansom tip, we loved her!

They have an abbreviated menu than the ones you may be used to in the States. They have a decent sized private parking lot and the drive thru windows seemed a bit higher that normal. They still worked though. They closed the dining room early, which I guess is a thing for them. So, i had to go through the drive through. The line was very slow. I waited over 30 minutes. In case you were wondering, I got a Big Mac Meal. They did not have any apple pies, or any straws. I also hear that being out of stuff is a thing for them too. My food was a typical Mickey Dees meal. But it was cold. The fries were very cold and it was not like I had a long ride to dig in. I had to go one block. Inside the store is relatively clean and they have hand sanitizer placed around the inside dining area. I know, its a McDonalds on an island, so I should cut them some slack. The staff are incredibly rude and oddly enough the person giving us the food kept zoning out and slurring her words, I don't know if she was drunk or high...or both. The order also takes unbelievably long to get and somehow the food is cold by the time you get it. Speaking of the food, there was some sandlike in the fries and the Big Mac had almost no sauce. We ended up throwing half of our order out because it was inedible.
