Still lovin' this Office Max/ Office Depot. Just got my 3 ring binder and tabbed pockets. So glad…read morethey are always stocked with supplies that can be picked up or delivered in a moment's notice. They even seemed to have expanded to include other household items like cleaners and paper towels, etc. which were in the back of the store. Not sure why some prefer Staples, but this place has always rocked and has what I was looking for...the employees have been very helpful (some more than others). Join their rewards program and get a future $2 credit for each used printer cartridge you return to them. I just realized I should get another 3 ring binder and tabbed pockets..so will be back there again soon!

I purchased a book on Amazon. It was rated 'Good' condition. However, it was far from good. The…read moreback cover was all but completely torn off. Pages within the index were torn and the front cover was also damaged. I reported this to the vendor who in turn gave me a full refund. I tried to fix it but I actually made matters worse. So, I took it to Office Max here in western Highlands Ranch. In less than 24 hours I went to pick it up. It was beautifully done. However I wanted the card stock cover laminated. They did that while I waited. The crew in the printshop did an very professional and awesome job! My thanks to Office Max!

I'm not even a customer, yet, but I hope to be...as soon as the hellish nightmare of trying to…read morepurchase furniture from an online place (www.furniturebuzz.com) is over (my refund shows up). Kelly at Woodley's bent over backwards to get me information about the same furniture that I'd tried to order from the online place, with no real expectation of me actually becoming a customer. She didn't have to listen to my tale of woe, she didn't have to call the manufacturer's representative, several times, and get me availability, shipping estimates and country of origin, she didn't have to call me back with all the information I'd asked her to get...but she did. Outstanding customer service for someone who isn't even a customer? That's going above and beyond, IMHO, and I am definitely impressed. So maybe it'll take awhile for the furniture I want to be delivered (it's not in stock and will have to be ordered), and maybe it'll take awhile to actually arrange for delivery, and maybe everything won't go as smoothly as I might want...then again, maybe it will. All I know is that Kelly TOTALLY rocks and she got me a lot of ammo for me to use in my BBB and IC3 (FBI's internet fraud department) claims to get the low-lifes, that are FurnitureBuzz, to refund the money they took from me way back in January, and never even ordered my furniture.

I dislike the touch sensitive memory buttons. Anytime someone brushes against it like my kids it changes the height setting. Wish the lock feature was a toggle switch vs a long press and hold. When I arrived, I had to wait for two customers ahead of me. When I finally spoke with a staff member, I explained my need for urgent lamination for work. The staff member informed me that they had a substantial workload with at least 30 jobs ahead, and despite my assurance that it would take less than 2 minutes, he was unwilling to accommodate my request, even arguing about the feasibility. I then requested to speak to a manager, but was told that they were in meetings. Given the poor service, I decided to leave and share my disappointing experience.
