The toppings were fresh and tasty. The crust was a little dry, but it was okay. There was oregano present on the pizza. I swear all the pizza places in Rochelle that aren't chains except for this one think oregano is unavailable or something, but along with a little fennel, it really makes pizza better. I was upset at this point. Aldo must of been at the bar having a few by his demeanor. I get the pizzas home and open them. One pizza was thinner than a graham cracker. The pizza wasn't fully cooked so the hot melted cheese made the cracker crust soggy. Grossest pizza I ever had. I called up to talk to Aldo after a 10 minute wait on the phone. Front end needs proper training in customer service, attitude, and communication with its customers. Aldo said what can I do to make it right. I asked him what would you do if this happened to you? He said you don't want to go there. I suggested the pizza should be free at this point for such a horrible service. He ended up laughing and hung the phone up on me. I've been a customer of this establishment for over 25 years and this is how you treat a loyal customer? Beyond bad.
