    Wet burrito

Tasty food and great service. Their green salsa is nicely spicy with great flavor. Love that they incorporate crispy cheese into dishes. They also have a good assortment of sodas. A con I'd say they seem really pricey for a what it is, and they charge $2 for avocado, but the portions are big. The wet burrito drenched in green salsa is one of my favorites, and it's gigantic. The most important for me is that they have vegetarian options.

Found this truck at Blue Oak Brewing. Got nachos. Long wait. Oodles of toppings, tasty, felt it was decent value for the $$. Not overcharging out the wazoo like a lot of the food trucks at breweries. Toppings were too wet tho, more than half the chips were soaked. The nachos are definitely a fork affair more than a hands one. Pair of sauces given with the dish, liked the green one best. Snack went great with a beer flight and live music on a saturday afternoon!

We were at Shoreline Amphitheater for a concert and checking out the food options before the show. Besides the permanent vendors at the venue, there were some food trucks on location. I opted for Chula Pueblo. The menu appeared limited as there were a single choice for taco, burrito, quesadilla, nachos and bow with meat choices of steak, chicken, carnitas, veggie and pastor. I opted for a pastor burrito, which came with rice, beans, cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream. The burrito was good sized and the filling was flavorful. It was a good burrito, but it was not a burrito that knocked my socks off. Also, since it was pricey at $18 for the burrito, though it was probably venue pricing.

    Taco al pastor mmmmm.

The best tacos so delicious !!! Come and enjoy this amazing food.2400 Moorpark San Jose ca.

Got 4 queso tacos, all asada. The diced asada was average, meat could have been better quality. The green sauce was good and made the tacos tastier. Customer service is good.

This food truck comes around every Friday around the Good Samaritan area. They come out from 11am-2pm. My coworker and I ordered 4 carnitas tacos for $10 and carnitas nachos. We were super disappointed. The nachos chips were burnt, the cheese were cold, and not enough sour or tomato or green onions. By far the worst nachos in I ever had. Same goes for the tacos, super disappointed. Overpriced food for not being good.

Friendly staff, just two people running the truck. The al pastor is cut off of a spit - it was solid, nothing extraordinary but still satisfying. The carnitas were also good, but nothing to cry home about. Appreciated the chips as a nice pre/post-meal snack and the salsas certainly had a kick :) Overall, a 7/10 for me.

There's a rotating list of food trucks that come by my work and every single time I've tried to go, the food truck doesn't appear. HOWEVER, Chula Puebla was the first truck to actually appear at said location at said time which already gave me a good first impression. Prices are relatively good; I got four tacos for $8. Checkout the picture of the menu for other prices. I got a pollo, asada, carnitas, and pastor taco. All were cooked to the perfect temperature and were flavored well! I also like that they give you a bit of chips to go with your tacos as well as a lime. There are also three sauces you can serve yourself: a green, orange, and red one. All have a spice to them but flavor wise, my favorite is the green. Try them all, though, while you're at it! Definitely would eat here again if they came by my work!

4 tacos for about $8 total!

Dude, normally I'm pretty loyal to another taco truck that I really love, but I took a chance and gave this truck a try when it came by my work and boy was I surprised! I had four tacos and decided on asada, pastor, and pollo as my choices of meat. Of the three, I'd say the pastor was by far my favorite, followed by the pollo. The asada was not bad, but the pastor was the clear winner. You gotta get it. The meats are juicy and packed with flavor! They also don't skimp on the meat!!! Even on non-taco items (e.g., Nachos. My coworker's plate was entirely topped with meat! I could barely see his chips buried underneath!) I also like that they cook their tortillas on the plancha instead of serving them uncooked. That's usually my main gripe with other taco places. Cook the damn tortilla! It makes the taco so much more tastier! Thank you for doing it right Chula Puebla. The only thing that I'd wish this truck would do better is their sauces. They're good, don't get me wrong, but I was really hoping it to be spicy. It. Was. Not. Spicy. At. All. Food also takes a little while to come out. To be fair, it was a pretty busy day for them. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this truck. It's definitely on my top 5. I'm glad I didn't pass this truck up!

First time trying something from this food truck and I can't wait for it to come back. Ordered a Super Quessidila with chicken. One of the best ones I've had in a long time. The grilled chicken was moist and tender...best of all not too salty. The cheese perfectly melted and not overwhelming. The onions, tomatoes and cilantro were fresh. Best of all the flour tortilla was grilled to perfection. Topped it off with their homemade fresh green salsa. If only the taquerias around my home could make them like this. $9 is well worth it, especially given the quality of the ingredients. Would definitely recommend this food truck if it comes by your area.

Chula Puebla came to my apartment complex and I am so happy they did! I got the carne asada/pastor super burrito and add jalapeño. The overall burrito was great and the rice really stood out! My boyfriend got the wet burrito and gave 10/10!

$15 for the most boring dry burrito I've ever had yesterday. I've had some bad ripoff burritos but this was numero uno, in a bad way.

If you're looking for a catering food truck for a small lunch window that delivers high quality and very quick service, I HIGHLY recommend Fire and Rice. Their Hawaiian Asian fusion menu is unique and stands out compared to other Asian or poke trucks I've tried. The garlic shoyu chicken and tuna poke were my personal favorites. I tried some of my coworkers garlic shrimp & Miso tofu too...surprisingly pretty GOOD! With inflation being what it is, their food is absolutely worth the price, and they were also flexible and willing to work within our reasonable budget. I can't recommend them enough. For catering inquiries, It was a little difficult getting them on the phone so we played phone tag a lot. I suggest texting or emailing Micah or Jessica for the quickest response, as they're often busy on the truck or during service.

Spicy salsa had a little heat, very good and not too acidic. My burrito was delicious. I am leaning more towards a vegetarian diet since my grandma was admitted to the hospital. It's a Buddhist thing. Been coming to the hospital everyday since last Tuesday. I am grateful that there are options to eat other than hospital food. I stumbled upon this place one day while doing my random walk, so you KNOW I had to give this place a try. I had went in upon opening time, so my wait was a little bit, but I was not complaining because you know what they say: "Greatness comes when you build them up one by one." I got their hamburger with the extra cheese, and curly fries. The patty was extra juicy, and the brioche buns were toasted really well. I especially like how they added on the cheese after the patty was marinated on the grill for quite a while, but not too long to the point all of the juice was sucked up. The only down side to the food: the prices. Be prepared to spend quite a bit on lunch if you decide to go to this place, because they do end up charging quite a bit more than what the regular places around Downtown would. But the IPA beers make up for it, so it's also worth a bang for your buck. Hospitality was pretty top-notch -- my order was taken in an orderly fashion, and they even apologized for the wait as well.
