He took three minutes to pop the front off and tell us its the water pump. He removes it and tells us the one he brought with him doesn't fit so it will have to be ordered. He said we are looking at $50 for the part plus the $50 cash we gave him to walk in the door, so $100 total job. We waited eight days, didn't hear a word. I googled the part/model # and was told by two different supply companies that the part sells for $160. We finally called Chuck and he told us the price is $160 for the part. They are complete idiots there and have stupid flunkies working there. I could have fixed the washer myself in less time. Do not go there, you will regret it!!!!!!!!
