They then call you back on the day to minimize that window and let you know the time they are coming. That process went super smooth. They sent out Anthony who was extremely professional and knowledgable. I had a bunch of questions which Anthony gladly answered. He completed his work and covered the hole back up the best he could. Just got home for being away and half of the house is hot and wet because the system failed. I started calling at 4:45. Still no response. Worse yet, their on call answering system and contact system at the website are AI. Total mess! Worse yet. Never wanted them to do the job, but it was urgent, my wife was just out of major surgery, and our go-to AC company needed more time. Compared to some of the bigger players around, these guys are not comparable. The finished job is not even close. I did not find all of the air handler pieces left behind until a month later. My wife was the priority at the time, not cleaning up for this bunch. They swiped my GPS NBPI device inside the existing AHU. When the owner visited, he was condescending. He totally ignored two requests that I made, and foolishly thought we were getting. The installation took place on a stormy day and the crew had to handle the attic heat and outdoor downpours. As is normal, we tipped them in cash and beer. Little did we know what was left behind. Bottom lines 1. The human answering the phone at our go to AC company is at work, just talked to them. Not a peep from east coast after hours. 2. We paid a premium for them because of a difficult situation. In hindsight, looks like they took advantage which is very sad. 3. We should have stayed out of the house either with friends or a hotel so that we could have waited for the real Pros. So, be aware of east coast. They do not deliver the value that some other companies provide at a minimum. Worse, is that they do not have a business that support products after installation. Very sad.
