They returned all my calls and emails virtually immediately and the service was impeccable. And the value of their pricing was very reasonable given their competitors. Jack's team, Jamie and Roy, were very professional but also had a sense of humor as moving or tossing things can be very stressful. The first time was in 2023, when we were readying our Aunt's house for sale after she passed. That is when I first met the owner Weeden. He is a very friendly and earnest young man. I told him what I was dealing with and he came out the next weekend to give me a firm quote. I had to schedule for the next weekend and he showed up with a helper right on time. These two men did an excellent job clearing out the remnants in the house and yard. They missed nothing. When they were done, his quote was firm, not one extra dime. I contacted Gator again in 2026 for junk Removal from our home as we were moving out of state. This time, the quote was over the phone and dependant on what I advised needed removing. Two days later, two reps from Gator Removal showed up. They quickly and efficiently removed all of the stated items. I was shocked at how full the truck was when they were finished and was expecting an extra charge. Ther was no extra charge. The guys stated that per my list of items needing removal, the quote they gave was accurate and that was all there was to pay. I can't say enough about this company and their representatives.
