Do not take the risk. Misleading site. Fake advertising and uncooperative horrible customer service. GREED. You're better off going to Macys at least you have a clear understanding of policies and quality and can return if you want without someone slipping in all kinds of fees. He took me to another vendor that he trusted who surgically stitched the strap together and made it look brand new! I also had him do a fitting on my Cuban link bracelet, he fitted it perfectly to my wrist and made sure to give me my extra links in a separate bag. I've experienced jewelers in the past that have tried keeping the extra links or not mentioning at all after making modifications. They promised to put it in a nice little box. They told me they had to make a special 'hidden clasp' for the pendant to make it look right. I paid them ahead of time and waited a week ( they were going on vacation), then 2 weeks, then 3 weeks. When I called they couldn't find the order and finally said 'he's working on it now'. A week later the wife picked it up ( in a plastic bag), no 'hidden clasp' they just opened the pendant enough for the chain to fit through. Caveat emptor with this family.... Steve.... Where is the 'hidden bail" you charged me $125 for?‍ Just so people understand what a hidden Bail is... you cut gold out of my pendant to make room for the chain instead of putting on the bail you quoted. I prefer to settle things publicly You literally quoted me on the hidden bail, charged me for it and then took gold out of my wife's pendant ( no bail).
