I walked in on November 8, 2022 Tuesday with the most basic of requests. I had an ordinary watch that needed a new battery. I asked if they can replace it and at first the female employee said the watch guy will be there tomorrow. I was annoyed because I drove all the way there, but just considered letting them do it. A few moments later she said she meant he will actually be there on Saturday. I asked 'Is this a jewelry store? What is this?' She gave me a look to suggest that she knew their business was run poorly. I would not go back to revisit. How can you only have a watch repair person in one day each week, and on the weekend? This place RUINED my jewelry. I took 2 rings in- both heirlooms. One ring was to be sized and the other needed a stone reset. When I went to pick them up, the woman was quite rude when I was surprised to find the ring still didn't fit. I thought oh, well I guess I told them the wrong size. I asked to put the ring on the sizer to see how far I was off only to see it was still 8.5 as it was when I brought it in. So, let me see the other ring... which I was unable to get on to the finger that I always wear it on. In short, they sized the wrong ring and didn't do anything to the other. SO, I left both rings again only for them TO STILL BE WRONG. The initial ring to be sized is still too big. The ring that was never supposed to be sized STILL DOES NOT FIT. My finger is currently purple from cutting off the circulation. Don't bring your jewelry to them, they will only ruin it and still expect you to pay for the work they *did* do- aka sizing the wrong ring and resetting a stone that fell out all while acting like I'm the one being difficult. Don't waste your money here and don't let them touch your jewelry. read more

This Jewelry story is very close to where I live so I have used them several times for Jewelry repair and it NEVER fails that the jewelry they repair breaks again shortly after it being returned to me. I have one ring that has been repaired by them a couple of times and both times within a month of the repair another diamond is lost from it, even though they say they checked all prongs and made sure they were in good shape then BAM another diamnd lost. read more

I've been here twice. The only reason I'm leaving such a low review is because of how payment is received. One they don't take Amex (found that out the first time) Two you can't pay with a card unless you spend 25 or more (this was the second time I came in) In this world that is so inconvenient. I barely carry cash anymore. They aren't accommodating at all. They also had my repair for almost 2 weeks. I had to call to see if it was ready. She wasn't sure, said she'd call back and never did. Do not sell your used jewelry to this jeweler poor payoff and if you forget to get a reciept and go back the next day they will tell you it has been thrown away and will give you a generic reciept without the companys name instead hands you a business card. read more

I took my grandmothers ring here to have it resized to go over my knuckle which had gotten too large to get it off, and to fill in and repair a part of the gold under the setting that was damaged. The lady Reyna (or something like that) who I first met there told me to call and come in when the jeweler was in. So that's what I did, only the jeweler was not there. So, she measured, and said we should make the ring larger, but put these two balls in the ring area to keep it from spinning while it's on. So, I left it there, and again, I was supposed to come in when the jeweler was in to get it. I was told he would be there a certain time and day and I went, but again he was not there. But I tried on the ring and it was too tight, and also would not come off without the Windex. Reyna, kept trying to tell me, well we made it this size, and it's ok since it comes off with Windex. This was not ok with me. I should not be unable to take off my ring without Windex, and I don't just mean uncomfortable or easier to take off. I mean it literally would not come off. So I left it again, and ended up making several trips back trying to get it right. Each time I was supposed to see the jeweler and didn't, just the finisher. Each time she tried to convince me it was fine the way it was. Towards the end I also noticed the damage under the setting had not been fixed properly. The finisher kept taking it to the back to polish. And Reyna, who btw, said she was the "quality technician" began telling me that they usually don't have these issues, it's just that the jeweler usually measures and makes adjustments for the sizing balls added. Well that's funny, because every time, I was told to come in that he would be there, he never was. I never laid eyes on him during any of the visits with all the issues going on. I just gave up and took the ring back. The lighting was too dark to see exactly what was happening under the setting, and the only thing the finisher offered me to see with was his Loop. Which if you've ever tried one, they're not easy. It takes some getting used to. I ended up taking my ring to another jeweler, who took the balls off, which were not smooth either, and fixed the setting. It took him 5 minutes while I waited, and the ring fits fine without the balls, and he charged me $10! As opposed to the $150 I wasted at this place. My camera zoom got a good photo of the mess they left under the setting. Too bad there's no ability to share them. read more

I am compelled to give class jewellers a 1 star rating. I took my Armani watch to get fixed as the hand stopped working and I received it back today, 9/30/20. My watch was a birthday gift from my wife (I've only had the watch 4 months) and the condition in which the watch was returned back to me was shocking. My watch was returned severely scratched around the entire band and outer face. IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THIS WHEN I HANDED IT OVER. The band literally looks like it has been replaced with an older, used, scratched version. There is also a finger size dirt/oil print which was left on the inside of glass face. When I asked the young worker about the condition, he simply replied with: "that is how stainless steel is" before further stating that "I have the same watch" and charged me $80 after initially telling me that it would cost me $60. My watch has been ruined. I regret my decision to use their service. I am honestly & sincerely devastated and wish I had never entrusted them with my property. I will never use your service again!!! read more

Found the store online looking for a place to sell or have an offer made on my Herschede tall case clock. Upon ringing the buzzer several times I was not let into the store so I started to walk back to my car when as I turned to leave another man walked up to the door, buzzed the buzzer, and was instantly let into the store. I then went back and rang the buzzer one more time and they finally let me in. Entering I was immediately confronted, the store employee asking what I was doing/why coming into the store. Tried to start conversation to introduction about my clock and watch collection and about the Herschede I was selling, but the employee said they only buy certain extremely high end valuable clocks. Overall very rude experience and they seem to discriminate towards certain people. read more

Two years ago, I used this store for a watch battery and within a week the new battery died. This week I brought in a high end watch for a battery and was told they could not close the watch due to a bad gasket they ordered for another $15. I took it instead to another jeweler, who informed me the existing gasket was put in backwards and the battery they used was not a quality battery and would probably leak within 6 months. When the gasket was reversed and a good battery installed, the watch closed right up. Never again! read more

They were horrible. A woman owns it and lets her son work the counter when she is away. I went to get silver wedding bands for me and my fiance for our religious ceremony. The son calls me an hour after leaving and adjusted the price we agreed on to 47 dollars more. He said he would call me as soon as he recieved the rings in the mail. I was called 9 days after they arrived by the mother who had no idea what they were. When i told the woman her son never called me. When i went to pick up the rings she was very rude and unprofessional. Later that day after i wore my ring my finger became green. She soled me copper. DO NOT BUY from these people if its an important occasion. read more
