The items were clearly marked with prices, I agreed to those prices, and PAID FOR ALL 3 ITEMS IN FULL. I was told they would be polished because they were gifts for my mother and then shipped to me. A few days AFTER accepting my payment, I was contacted and told THEY MADE A MISTAKE WITH THEIR PRICING and that the owner now wanted approximately $3,000 MORE for merchandise I had already purchased and paid for. How is the store's pricing mistake suddenly the customer's responsibility AFTER payment? Even though I had no obligation to pay more, I tried to be reasonable and offered another $500 because my budget was already set. They refused. Now, more than a week later, THE OWNER IS REFUSING TO SHIP MY FULLY PAID MERCHANDISE unless I pay thousands more because of THEIR mistake. I was told that if I don't pay the additional amount, THEY WILL CANCEL MY ORDER. Think about that before doing business here: The items had price tags. I agreed to those prices. They accepted my payment IN FULL. Then days later, the owner decided the prices weren't high enough and demanded thousands more. These were gifts for my mother, making this experience even more disappointing. I am not asking for a discount or anything for free. I simply want this business to HONOR THE PRICES THEY DISPLAYED AND ACCEPTED PAYMENT FOR and ship the 3 items I already purchased. I will continue documenting my experience and sharing it through appropriate review and consumer complaint channels until this is resolved. Potential customers should seriously consider this: If you pay the marked price in full today, what prevents the owner from demanding thousands more tomorrow? Completely unacceptable.

High end watches are in demand, are highly competitive... it pays to look around if you want to buy or sell... there's a few good spots here. For gold jewelry, typically all they really care about is the karat type 14k, 18k, 24k etc. and the weight. They give you an offer on the spot and will pay you cash. I found the price varied somewhat so best to go to 2 or 3 spots. You get the hang of it quickly. I found the people I met here to be very nice and were respectful... not pushy. I saw people mostly buying items... jewelry, esp. diamonds. I believe there's also 2 other locations... Boynton and Aventura.
