It's safe to give 1 star because my daughter loves this place, but as I am currently sitting down at my table, one server told me the wait for the pizza is 60-90 minutes, and that was after waiting 45 minutes. It is now 10 minutes shy of two hours as we wait for our food. How come there wasn't any warning of this when the food was ordered? Extremely poor management and customer service, yet the ones busting their butts are attempting to make amends. Perhaps management should be making some table visits to apologize for this long wait, and explain what to expect; perhaps offer a dessert, points, or something else. read more

Brought the kids to play so we could stay cool from the heat. The line to order the food was ridiculous, only one register opened, which was very odd since it is the weekend. After ordering the food, as a I looked around for a table, the place was a complete mess. All the tables were dirty, the place was under staff and no one seemed to care of how dirty the place looked. So after finding a seat, I went to get my salad, as I got to the salad bar, to my disappointment some of the condiments were still in full size, not even chopped to small sizes like other Chuck E Cheese locations. Then when my pizza arrived there was no cheese or chili condiments on the table. So I got up and went to look for some and there was none to be found. So I went to go ask for some, which took another 10 mins because the worker had to go find some in the back. Like really?! All of this is suppose to be ready for the guest. The whole place was not sanitary at all, and I say this because when I went to the restroom it was just a nightmare!!!! It definitely had not been cleaned at all throughout the day! Grossed me out so bad. Then the hand dispenser was broken (thank GOD for little carry on soap) or else I would been screwed. We just took our daughter for her first visit & although she had a lot of fun I have to say it was extremely under staffed. They only had one cashier and we must've waited in line for a minimum of 35 minuets just to order & get her a play pass! I just thought that was ridiculous and it didn't appear too busy! Once we got her the play pass we probably waited another 45 minuets to get our pizza. I think I only counted 3-4 workers. So when we were just about done she wanted to get prizes and that was another wait, I'd say about 15-20 minuets to get someone to help us with that. Horribly understaffed and terribly dirty. The food is surprisingly not bad. Thank God my daughters almost too old to come here. We've been here several times but our experience from recent trip over the weekend was terrible! Worst costumer service ever!!! Waited for 40 minutes for 1large pizza and family size buffalo wings. I understand that it's the weekend but they should anticipate their staffing. Obviously, lack of staff only 1 cashier for the whole restaurant juggling with orders and prizes. Rating Chuck E Cheese is like rating a root canal. As an adult Chuck E Cheese is an unpleasant experience but when you have kids it somehow becomes unavoidable. Fortunately, in place of lidocaine they have alcohol to help numb the pain. I have to admit the place was clean, the kids had a great time, and the games seemed fun. It sorta reminded me of a mini Vegas for kids. Kids dumped their coins into machines in pursuit of paper tickets they later used to buy nice things. Of all the Chuck E Cheese's in our area, this one is by far the best. It is small, with plenty of games for toddlers, as well. The staff is very friendly, attentive & they clean several times throughout the day. The best part is that unlike the other facilities, this one has Chuck E come out every hour or so to dance & play with the kids. I just wish that the soft drink cups came in adult sizes. read more

This is the second year I host a party at this chuckee cheese, and it was great. This year the manager hosted the party for us and she was amazing. She was so kind and patient. She was on top of ordering, helping us get the best deals, and had everything set up in a timely manner. It was the best! We got the mega star package and we didn't have to do anything. We showed up they set everything up, and cleaned up for us at the end. All we needed to do is show up!. It's more stressful setting up a party at home where you have to do everything. Cake, food, all you can play 2 hrs, no clean up , and a host included! What more can you ask for! I highly recommend having a party at this location. Clean restaurant and play area, par food, but the service was slow as can be! Twenty minutes to order after walking in with only 2 people ahead in line. Had to wait another 15 minutes to get change for the ice cream machine that didn't work. Then waited about 25 more minutes before I could get the dippin dots for my daughter. Decided to have my son's birthday Party here and it was the worst decision we made. It was on a weekday so it wasn't busy at all. However, we ended up doing everything that our host(which was never around) was suppose to do. They pretty much left the pizza and drinks on the table and went MIA. I couldn't have pulled it off without the help of the other moms who were suppose to relax. When I booked the party, it states that each kid will get 2 slices of pizza. It was two slices from a small tiny pizza. All the kids were still hungry and the pizza size was quite embarrassing. I bought their most expensive packet and it came with the 2 hours of unlimited play. When they gave me the play cards, they fail to tell me that it only includes 1 pause. Horrible!!!! This is important information for the parents to know. Lastly, they forgot to give me goodie bags until some the families left. This was a horrible party and the customer service is awful! If you want great customer service stick to scooter jungle. They did more damage to themselves than any reviews.
