Dodgy at its best. Poor service, most of the kiddie games and rides are not working properly. Not a place I would recommend. Really expected a ball pit at least for kids to run around in. But what I find is this pathetic kids version of Dave and Busters. All the machines are to a cheap trick to get kids to get more tickets for crappy items. I never thought I'd be writing review for Chuck E. Cheese's, but now I have a daughter who is an avid coin-operated ride enthusiast at the hyper active age of 14 months. Any place she can run out her energy, and that also has Budweiser on tap for the Mister, is definitely added to our list of weekend lunch possibilities. We stopped in to this one on a Sunday just to let our little girl on some rides since the ones at the mall were being malled by a group of kids with no quarters and snotty noses, and we didn't want her to get sick. I don't think these were any cleaner, but there was certainly a better selection! She loves all the rides, except for that one where they ride in a front-loading basket around a clock face. I think that was a little above her age group. Pizza prices seemed a little steep for families. It smelled so good that even though we had just eaten, we ordered a personal pan just to try it. We were disappointed by the taste, but the pizza was not even enough for one person's meal. Maybe a child; they should specify that when you order! It was $5.99 just for the tiny 4 piece pizza, with barely any crust and no toppings. I would come back just to play again, since my daughter's smiling face means more stars! 5 stars= Driving across town just for this! 4 stars= I would recommend visiting. 3 stars= Average, acceptable, positive. 2 stars= You might be able to drag me in. 1 star= I will definitely not be returning. read more

What got my friend and I in the door was a coupon.The atmosphere was OK and there's lots of games for children to play at 3-4 tokens each which is a little over priced. The pizza was mediocre and not super tasty. The customer service was decent. They do have a good child safety system. As you walk in, your group or family get an invisible number on your hand. Love this place kid friendly for sure love the fact that you don't have to worry about your kid running out the door because there is ALWAYS an employee checking for your stamp at the exit. I came around 3p on a monday and it was close to empty not many kids. Who was fine for me because then my kids can wreck the place. Slowly more kids started to show. The place was clean and pretty spacey. Pizza was good. Unlimited refills. First time being at a CEC that doesn't use tokens but that was ok too. It's like 1 point each game deducted off your point card so that was cool too. It was a great experience for my first time being here. Perhaps i just went at a bad time, but the resturaunt was in horrible condition. First of all it was hot, i mean hot. i was sweating while i was eating. it was as if the AC was off or not working. The toddler area and area by the counter where you turned in tickets for toys smelt rancid. Literraly like rotting garbage or dirty sewage water. I was disguted to eat, what disgusting condition is their kitchen in? The restrooms were utterly disgusting, so dirty and smelt soooo bad. There was NOT enough staff, soooo many of the "games" in the play room werent working and another hanful took our tokens. I didnt bother reporting this becasue 1. there was no one around and 2. i doubted anyone would even care to help me. Not the best chuck e cheeses ive been to. Their salad bar is horrendous. Salad was wilted and rotting, had to go back and let the staff know so that they could replace it. Everything is fresh the way it should be. And it never takes that long to come out. Even on their busiest days. Also. I'm giving this particular Chuck E. Cheese 3 stars because there were a lot of dirty booths that needed to be cleaned. It appeared as though all the trash was gone but the tables and chairs themselves were dirty. Also Chuck E. Cheese is supposed to come out every hour on the :30 but Chuck E. Cheese was no where to be found when that time came. Even after the video played announcing he would be out, he still never appeared. I was told there was no one to do it. Go tell that to the 20+ kids waiting excitedly to see Chuck E. Cheese. They don't understand staffing problems but they do know what disappointment is. I would suggest not playing the video to announce Chuck E. Cheese is coming out if he isn't. That way kids don't get excited. Reading some of the reviews I guess people though they should have got free games that gave you cash prizes and a gourme 5 course meal. It's a cheap arcade/pizza place that usually at tracks lower income families with children who can't afford on of the bigger joints. You get what you pay for. I wanted a cheap place for me and my 3y/o girl to get a late lunch and spend some time together and I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It was 20 minutes until the lunch buffet was over and the woman at the register was kind enough to suggest I not get the buffet because we wouldn't have enough time to really take advantage of it. We instead got a pizza meal that got us a medium pepperoni, 2 drinks, and 20 tokens for the games ($23). The pizza was actually far better than I expected and it can out super fast, I have had MUCH worse pizzas in the area so I don't know why so many people complain about that on here. We spent another $20 on tokens for games, so total we had 100 tokens and most of the games I saw were a token per play, per player. We ended up play games for about an hour and a half and only notice one broken game. We had one game jam while giving out tickets but the manager came over and fixed it right away. Honestly I only have two complaints. 1 was some of the crappy guests, rude adult men acting like entitiled little kids and children climbing up into the ball throwing games to cheat. 2 is ticket payout super low and prize prices were a little steep but I feel like that's all arcades now. Remember, it's a darn Chuck E Cheese folks, not 6 Flags and not a 5 star dining establishment, if you keep that in mind I think you will be pleasantly surprised like I was. read more

I really hate to leave "bad" reviews.. but this is the 5th consecutive time that I have had a BAD experience here! In the past this place was pretty decent and they had plenty of employees I even had my kids Bday parties there before.. but recently I have gone and it just sucks.. everyone has a bad attitude..
