First time coming to Chuck E. Cheese. As soon as you walk in they give you a stamp. This is to make sure you don't walk off with the wrong kid. Pretty cool. They have a pretty cool points system. And the games look up to date. My son loved it. The pizza was a bit greasy, but it was really good. They have a really good looking Salad bar. I didn't eat any of it. But it looks pretty good. Absolutely loved my time here at this Chuck E. Cheese with my little one. I was skeptical about it being Friday @ 5pm, being this is one of the only pizza places in town and the overall customer experience that the Midland/Odessa is not great. This place definitely made me think otherwise and has changed my feelings on everything. The place was updated and staff was going around cleaning tables, and making sure patrons were good. The pizza and wings were really good too, I'm glad I know there's a pizza place (updated as such as this one) in the area. My little one loved the rides and the machines that she was able to play. The setting was very family friendly and made it all so much better than those places where High School kids/rowdy kids loiter around. Being that I'm from out of town it really needs to be worth it for me to travel for an hour to any one place to have a good time and this place certainly made me feel accomplished. read more

I have to be a fan of Chuck E Cheese's, I have two kids that would jump up and down of joy once they gather any intelligence of a potential visit. The quality of the food is really good, the pizzas are delicious and my favourite here is the mouth watering chicken sandwich. The cheesy breadsticks are amazing with the dipping sauce. They have the salad buffet. And of course you can not go wrong with the chocolate cake. I have to admit that the toys are kind of outdated and near expiry and in need for a serious update on this aspect. But you have one great advantage of kids being secure even if out of your sight that they can not leave the premises without checking the matching secret code with the accompanying adults whom got them in. Customer service may not be the best, but the main manager for the birthdays is very nice and competent and really has excellent customer service, she made our three birthday experiences as good as they can be. The older gentleman manager is also pretty good. Plenty of parking, and has never been an issue. If you live in this area, and have kids, and you don't like Chuck E Cheese, you will suffer! or your kids will suffer!! I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheeses in a long while but always remembered their pizza being pretty good and having great memories with my oldest child when he was smaller. I guess they changed the kind of cheese on their pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas and both were gross. My kids wouldn't even eat it and complained it didn't taste good. Spent $80 on 3 drinks, 2 med pizzas, 1 salad bar,and 60 unlimited minutes of play for my oldest son. Waste of money in my opinion. Tables were also not being cleaned. I'm glad my wife had baby wipes to clean up after the people who sat at our table before us. We picked what looked to be the cleanest table available. We won't be back! I recommend taking your family to Cinergy instead! Food and cleanliness is much better there and the games are newer and not old and worn out like this place. Took my little girl on 8/4/23 because it was her birthday. We get there and the register lady makes us go back to the sign so she can stamp our hands! We proceeded to order and you can tell the person taking the order wasn't personable or wanted to be there! We spent close to 200 dollars between our 3 orders! We get the pizzas ( 2 extra large and 2 large) the dough was horrible so bad that when they cut them it didn't even go through them we took them back and they just put a plastic black knife and said that's all they could do! I almost got a blister from trying to cut all those pizzas with a PLASTIC KNIFE!! When I went to get salad at the salad bar the lettuce was brown an didn't look good at all! So I just got melon with cottage cheese but that was also a big mistake . The melon was rancid and had a very bad Oder. I took the plate to the register and said the melon was rancid and I needed another plate. I got 5 pieces of oranges and cottage cheese but didn't even to the table before I got a whiff of the oranges as well! By that point I was very upset so I went to another store worker by the register but she could care less, she just grabbed the plate and threw it into a gray trash can near her. I was going to purchase $150.00 worth of playing cards but it didn't seem fair for me to invest more money with a company that obviously doesn't care about their customers! We all left (all 14 of us ) and like I expected they never checked our hands ( stamp that we were told to go back and do at the beginning) and we had 8 kids ranging from 9 months old to 13 years old! Where do I even start I took my son and two daughters here because it had been a while since we had gone out as a family when we first got there it seemed ok but then we ordered and they said the wait for our food would be at least 20 minutes. Not to bad right? I don't understand all the bad reviews! I brought my 7 yr old son here for lunch on a weekday during school hours and we made some great memories. The place was empty and we had ALL the games to ourselves. I would definitely recommend CEC if you have to take your kid out of school for a dentist appointment or whatever. The pizza was delicious! Pepperoni and mushroom is our favorite, and the mushrooms were fresh, not out of a can. We bought a medium pizza and two drinks for $19.99. We got 45 minutes of unlimited game play for $13, and a picture with Mr. Chuck. ALL of the arcade games were working, and we left with prizes. My only disappointment was the sticky soda spill that I sat in at the booth, obviously left over from the night before. Whoever bussed tables the night before didn't do a thorough job.
