    This is the water cups

This place is terrible, a scam, and unsanitary, and you know there broke af because no one is ever there, and if you just want to drink water they give you this (Picture below) if you want a good arcade, go to Dave and busters

This place fucking sucks. The pizza is fucking trash because they fucking recycle it by reusing the leftover slices that people don't even eat. The slices doesn't even match up. Some slices are bigger than other slices. Chuck E. Cheese arcade games promotes little children to gamble because when they get 1 ticket every time they play when they lose. The ball pit is fucking nasty it's not even clean. I found some throw up in the ball pit. They even start kids drinking and gamble at an early age because they sell alcohol for adults and sometimes adults get out of hand fight other adults.

Kids had a great time with the games.

Our kids had a great time at my 5 yr old nieces party. The managers and employees did a great job of making it a memorable party. All kids with us 5-15 years old had fun. Pizza was great, dipping dots was a nice touch. The management went above and beyond for our niece. Thank you!

Went with some friends and our 3 year olds. Hadn't been here since I was a kid. I was happy to see it has been nicely renovated and is nice and bright and cheery. The kids had a blast. The only issue I had was that I left my tokens on a machine for all of 2 minutes and another adult grabbed them, lame. I would definitely take the kids here again!

My girlfriend's 6 year old daughter loves this place. As far as the food goes, I wouldn't recommend it. Usually when I take her, I skip the food and we play the games. Good news is they are super cheap. 5 Bucks will last a while in there. The downside to that is that the games are very outdated. Once she gets a little older I think she will realize how old the games are. But then again, how many games can you play for a quarter in this day and age? Overall, the service isn't bad and the place does a good job to keep kids entertained.

Pizza was good, staff was nice and the bday party package was a good price! Easy for a kids bday party

When you walk in, you place your order at the counter, and bring an order number to your table. I'm on the search for the best pizza in Madison, and Novanta made it pretty high on my list. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors were simple but delicious, like most Neapolitan pizzas. I'm a huge fan of pizzas baked in stone ovens, and I was not disappointed by Novanta's ovens, which were imported from Italy. The staff was very friendly! They greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed when the pizzas were served. I will definitely be back soon!

With 2 Wood fire pizza ovens and an open kitchen concept, this place was it for me. Pizza: personal size, got the Salsiccia ($13) which was delicious. Crust was amazing, thin but scrumptious. Service: it was empty when I went at 2 and you order and pay first even if dining in. A lady (I believe her name was Lugenia?) was manning the front. Had to ask for napkins and asked for a cup of water. Got the napkins and an empty cup, water never showed up, no explanation. An elderly white couple showed up afterwards and they got the whole speech, come to find out (by eavesdropping) that there's a water fountain in the back. Well now I'm glad I tipped for no service at all. As I was leaving, a young lad was changing shifts with her and he seemed very friendly and thanked me for coming in. So maybe I just got unlucky with the service because he seemed a lot chipper. Parking: in the back, make a right at the light after passing the bagels shop. TLDR: come for the great pizza, but service could probably be a hit or miss. Takeout pizza would be amazing here.
