Although CEC opened this week, when we called about their carry out pricing promoted on the website they honored the prices. We appreciated this and after picking it up, even more so. The pizza is less thrilling than I remember it and ours was browned quite a bit on the top which dries out the thin cheese. The mozzarella sticks are just as I remember and with marinara sauce for dipping, and the pretzel bites were good. You get quite a few in the order, bite size to share and with cheese dipping sauce. For a deal under $17, it made a quick, easy dinner. The associate answering the phone was lovely for even offering to check on the pricing. When my husband went inside he reported only 2 families were there, having entire areas and the games to themselves. It's going to be an obstacle for CEC to keep those buttons and controllers sanitized but I'm rooting for them. Love it or hate it, many of us were raised by the big mouse and his friends.

We haven't been here in years and came up here to celebrate my son's birthday and they were awesome. pizza was great and they even serve beer (2) per person with a valid ID.

Walked in here to meet a friend and her son. They come here a lot since they live close by. I hadn't been to one of these places since I lived in Tennessee! As an adult, the place still looks huge with tons of games. Everything is shorter than I remember. I'm too tall to play most stuff. You can get a $5 off deal for 100pts to play games for $20 if you go to the register instead of using the self service machine. They use a card instead of the token coins to play the games now. Fabulous! I relived memories and played a few games, some of which were easy and some of which were still kinda hard! As we stayed until 12:30, more people came in with kids. Still, it was the middle of the day and the lady at the counter told me they're busier in the summer when kids aren't in school. Apparently, they don't do pizza buffets anymore; only salad buffets for $8. If you want pizza, it's gonna cost you almost $20! Crazy! They're trying to be healthy, I guess. Even Chuck E. Cheese himself is a lot more slender than I remembered as a kid. Someone dressed as the mouse himself walks around the place, so if your kid wants a picture, there's no issue with that.

Where a kid can be a kid. We had a small birthday party for our grand daughter. They do a Military discount on a pizza combo. 2 large pizzas drinks and game cards for a cheap price. I was really surprised how good the pizza tasted one was just pepperoni the other loaded (to many olives). We also got boneless nuggets, bbq, spices, and regular for kids. We had a lot of extra food. The thing I really liked the most was the toddler time 11-3 only the little kids was there and my grandkids had the run of the place. We will be back they had a great time as did I. Military friendly location.

We have had several birthday parties here over the years. The experience doesn't change - kids have a blast. Kitchen was a little slower than normal today - BUT it came out so hot and fresh! Tried the breadsticks this time around and they were great! They came with ranch and marinara 6 nice size sticks. Got our regular sausage pizza - seemed extra cheesy today.

My son has his 8th birthday party here and it was a SUCCESS! I opted for the most expensive package where the guests got treat bags, cups, tokens, and 2 hours of free play. We ordered pizzas and party platters, I brought the cake. The party host was attentive, all the kids had a great time and I didn't have to clean the mess! They also serve beer at this location so the adults can get an experience closer to main event or Dave and Busters now too. It was probably one of my son's favorite birthday parties!

This is strictly for kids. The pizza was awful the chicken was aweful I would have done better going to Kroger's and getting food

What we loved most was how clean it was ! Not at all what we were expecting for a kid friendly restaurant. The pizza was good too!

. I actually really like their pizza, the games almost all work every time we go, and I think it's nice that everything just takes one token

Very cute house limited parking very unassuming neighbourhood to a out-of-town. Client service was fantastic. Everyone was so pleasant. Food selection was great. We wanted to try a little bit of everything so we got the meatballs, the Arancini balls, oysters, kids pasta and three pizzas. The meatballs came with its own pita homemade delicious. Honestly, it would come back just for that. Of course had to get the tiramisu for dessert even though we were so full and it was so good. Super comparable to pizza and food in Toronto honestly, I was so happy great way to end my two week trip

Tucked away on Frankfort Avenue, it's a little off the beaten path, and parking can be an adventure. There's a small lot by the restaurant with overflow parking further down the hill. Somehow we managed to snag the only open space right outside the front door, which felt like winning a very specific Louisville lottery. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and the place was already buzzing. It was packed with locals, which is usually a good sign. While our table was being bussed, three different employees checked to make sure we were being helped. We let them know we were just a little early and waiting on our table, but it spoke volumes about the attentiveness of the staff. The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a neighbourhood pizza spot: relaxed, lively, and unpretentious. The soundtrack quietly floating through the speakers was a crate-digger's delight, full of songs that have been sampled throughout hip-hop history. Hearing Lynn Collins' Think (About It) while waiting for dinner felt particularly apt following the recent passing of Rob Base. The song's iconic break became the foundation of It Takes Two, one of hip-hop's most recognisable records, and it was a nice reminder of how deeply great music connects generations. To start, we ordered the Olives & Togarashi, a bowl of Castelvetrano olives coated in a wonderfully aromatic blend of spices with notes of fennel, sesame and citrus. My son tried his first olive and was genuinely shocked by the flavour. He'll come around eventually. For the main event, we ordered three large pizzas: the DOP Margherita, the Funghi and the Original Sting. The DOP Margherita showcases imported buffalo mozzarella from Campania alongside basil and San Marzano tomatoes. The Funghi is loaded with an incredible blend of mushrooms, taleggio, pecorino cream and mozzarella. The Original Sting combines soppressata, fresh mozzarella, basil, tomato and spicy local honey in a sweet-and-savoury combination that completely works. Now, let's talk about the crust. It is perfect. Pillowy and light, yet substantial enough to give you that satisfying chew. The wood-fired oven creates just the right amount of charred bubbling around the edges. Our server offered house-made ranch and other dipping sauces for the crust, but we politely declined. This pizza doesn't need any enhancers. The balance of flavours across all three pies was exceptional. I've eaten pizza all over the world, and Pizza Lupo belongs in that conversation. It really is that good. We had a plan: sample all three pizzas and leave just enough room to split the tiramisu. Thankfully, we stuck to it. The tiramisu was fresh, light and beautifully balanced. Not overly sweet, nicely moist, with just enough espresso flavour coming through. It was the perfect finish to an outstanding meal. The service was fast without feeling rushed, friendly without feeling scripted, and genuine throughout the evening. We left full, not bloated, and happy as spring lambs, already talking about what we'd order next time. We'll defo be back. Cheers, Sam

My book club met at Impellizzeri's this week, and upon discovering several of us have dietary limitations, the server and kitchen staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure our ongoing health. A wonderful kitchen wizard ventured out into the dining room to talk to us personally, and confirmed that all the traditional pizza doughs, pastas, and red sauces are vegan. He offered to create a custom pasta dish with a variety of vegetables (spaghetti pomarola with garlic, spinach, and mushrooms), and ensured that the breadsticks that accompany the pasta dish (traditionally made with garlic butter and cheese) were vegan, prepared in a separate location in the kitchen to ensure no dairy contamination. For those with other food allergies and intolerances they ensured every detail was correct, even noticing that a pizza that was inadvertently prepared with an offending food item, and remaking it before it was even finished baking. Pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quantity and the truly excellent service, which is what truly made the experience special. My pasta dish was tasty. Is it the best pasta I've ever had? No - but it wasn't trying to be. What Impellizzeri's does well is serve good food at reasonable prices, in a location and with people who have an eye for detail and a passion for excellent customer service. Well done.

This is a terrific deal, plus it makes us get out of our rut at eating at our favorite place all the time. I will be honest, I have not been to Impellizerri's in years. We've been to Italy and Italian Switzerland many times and love their very thin, fold in your hand pies which have fresh tomato sauce and flavorful local cheese. I was hopeful- Impelliizeris had a thin crust option! Unfortunately, it was as disappointing as I remember. The crust is too doughy, the sauce is bland and the cheese was thick and tasteless. We didn't even eat our leftovers. I don't understand why so many like this, perhaps I should order something else if I return. Just a no from us!
