Absolutely love this place!! $12 for as long as it takes to burn all the energy from your kid(s). They have a decent amount of games also, nothing crazy like Dave and Busters but they're meant for kids. They have 4 bounce houses also, 2 are huge while 2 are meant for smaller children. Facility is clean, so far all the staff have been nice and friendly as well. I would love for this place to host my son's birthday party! read more

A great place to take the kids! Its around $12 for kids, free for adults. Preschool aged kids can easily stay entertained for a couple of hours and older kids even longer. They have four giant bouncies which include two big slides. Best of all...all ages can use the bouncies! I dare you not to have fun!!! They have an arcade area as well and two play spaces...one with spinning mechanical rides for ages 8 and under and the other is for the smallest kids. There's a prize area, plenty of seating, and a small eatery that sells drinks, pizza, nachos, and pretzels. They take cash and cards. Fantastic place to wear the kids out while you have some fun too! read more

Lots of sweaty, happy kids with the occasional tantrum thrown in for good measure. This place is poorly managed. I cannot speak for their daycare, but just the Fun Done games. There's just a bunch of teenagers in charge who do not care about anything at all. There were older kids who were up to 7 or 8 yrs old taking over the toddler area and hogging all the games and nobody cared. A kid threw up in that area and they not only take a while to clean it up, but they left the area unattended with kids playing in there while they went to get something to clean. The games themselves are ok, not great, but considering there are not many alternatives for indoor playgrounds that's why I'm giving them 2 stars. This place needs some competition. read more

I was very disappointed. We went because of their toddler area. However, instead of checking children's ages that went into the toddler area they allowed anyone in. So the "safe" monitored toddler area was full of bigger kids. Our son who is 18months kept getting stepped on and pushed over by the older kids. The parents weren't watching obviously and the workers were too busy socializing to care. We left very upset. Looks like a fun place if you have older children. read more

This place has heart, I'll tell you that! They opened up on a Friday night to host a FEAT (Families for Effective Autism Treatment) event which is an organization that supports autistic people and their families. This was at no cost to the families! The attendees loved it and had an absolute blast! The staff was nice and understanding, the location was clean and sanitary when we arrived, and there were so many activities available for the kids. There are plenty of games for the kids, a concession area, ticket prize games, craft area, very creative play zones, a giant light peg board a la light brite! Wow, the children were definitely occupied! From what I saw, this place is a great business that offers value to the community in a way that I truly appreciate, and I urge you to bring the little ones in to have some fun AND support a place that shows love to our pals who see the world differently from us. Went this past weekend and took my 9 year old and her friend. We paid $25 admission for both of them. Pretty pricey on the weekend in my opinion. For this price they both were able to use the giant slides and all the bounce houses. We were told they could also use The Masterpiece Theatre but the kids didn't bother with that section. Their energy was being used on slides and jumping; they didn't want to stop and sit and watch The Garfield movie. The problem with this place is that for that hefty price, what I just mentioned is it. In order to be able to use the bungee area, it's an additional $7. In order to use the mini zipline, it's an additional $7. Comic Hoops- an additional $4. By the way I saw zero people using these extra attractions. The kids did want to use the arcade area and so back to the desk I went to buy some tokens. I only got a small amount of tokens and I'm glad I did. The arcade though enjoyable for one round, is very small and limited in game options. This place does have a toddler section, similar to a play area you may find at a mall. Not sure if there is a cost to that but it's cool that it's an option for the parent to wait there with the toddler while older siblings go and play. Wouldn't surprise me if there was cost though. It cost me 50 cents just to get a cup of water. But that beats the outrageous prices on the vending machines. This place is ok. The kids enjoyed it...for a short while. They stated that they wished there was more to do. And for having spent over $30 on admission and just a few games at the arcade, I had the same wish. read more

Pretty nice for a couple energetic kids. They work very hard to vacuum as much money out of your pocket as possible, which is annoying, but if you can maintain some sort of discipline, you can maintain it relatively cheaply. Avoid the token games, which are pointless; avoid the cosmic basketball, which is rip-off; avoid the crazy mini-golf, which can't be bothered with nine holes, much less 18. You might consider the cosmic bowling, if you like bowling. On the weekends, there are things like Euro Bungee. If you're going to buy anything from the cafe, get the funnel cake. read more

I want to like this place more than I do, but my tots LOVE it. It seems clean, organized, and well-supervised. Great place for a birthday party, and I love having this place as an option for rainy days, etc. However, it's a bit pricey for a family night out. I used a $25 groupon for entrance and tickets, then $20 in tokens (we didn't use them all), and then $6 for two little ice cream sandwiches. We only stayed for about 2 hours. Wish we could bring in outside food and drinks, and/or they offered healthier options and a larger menu. My tots were too small/young for some of the activities (zipline, hoops, etc.), but they enjoyed the token games, bounce houses, big bounce slide, and indoor play gym. We even tried a round of mini golf. Overall, I love the idea of this place, and maybe I'll try the childcare in the future. read more

What a waste of time and money! I took my 3 grandchildren ther on 8/13/2012 using a voucher I purchased through Amazon local deals. Says nothing on the voucher or on their website about requiring socks before the children are allowed on the equipment. Well when we arrived, I was told that it was mandatory that the children wear socks. I could either leave with the 3 kids and go find a place to purchase socks or purchase the socks that Puzzle Fun Dome conveniently had at their counter!!!! So needless to say, I purchased their socks! It was raining outside and I was not going to truck the 3 of them through the rain to buy socks! The equipment was minimal at best plus it was very dirty! Went to Puzzles today with my 4 year old son - had a day off. We had a wonderful time. Admission is very reasonable - $6 for him. Adults are free. He played on the Bouncies for about 2.5 hours. He was exhausted. Also, we had the pizza and breadsticks which were surprisingly QUITE tasty. We also played some token games- again very fun. My only negative comments: Towards the end, they opened the back door to bring in equipment for another bouncy. Great, for development. but it is in the teens outside (BRRRR) and the kids were running around everywhere. I was quite worried about the safety, and I dont know why they could not wait until after hours. Also, this place is also a daycare. So, there is a separate area for the child care. However, they roped off the bathrooms for about 15 minutes because the child care kids were using them. Bravo for safety, but not so good for my 4 year old who is holding himself trying not to have an accident. ***All in all, will probably go back. Enjoyed it*** read more

The I my thing I didn't like is that although it was supposed to be for children under 7 (in the play areas) there were children at least 12 years old that I personally saw knock over two different babies on the play equipment! Great fun and all ages are welcome on the bouncies! A perfect place, especially on cold winter days, to play with your kids. No need to watch from the sidelines as the little ones bounce, run, and slide. Its easy to spend a good three hours here! A great workout too! We laugh so much here and play hard...and believe me, everyone will sleep well after a trip to Puzzles! A regular ticket gets you admission to the playground area, the bouncies, and the art station. Glo basketball, mini golf, and arcade games are extra. (And concessions, of course)But really, all you need is the regular ticket...its plenty. Great place for a field trip or bday party and appropriate for preschool-middle school (at least!) kids. Make sure to wear socks and comfortable clothing! read more

Went to this place today for a fifth grade field trip. It is disgusting. The whole building smells like mildew. There were chicken bones inside one of the inflatables. There were chicken bones on the floors where children run with no shoes. The place told us they would provide lunch. Each child got 4 pizza rolls and five tater tots. The pizza rolls were not edible. And when asked for a substitution we were told "this is what there is". The inflatables are unsupervised as is the basketball and mini golf. The fire alarm went off during our visit and no one did anything! They just milled around going "what's that" until another lady shut it off saying "it's probably just the balloons". Boy this place is confusing. Not sure what they're trying to be, a corporate event host, a weekend birthday party, family entertainment kind of place, or a school. Whatever it is, the overwhelming feel is that they're going for as many revenue streams as possible instead of doing one thing very well. Paid for admission for my toddler, and off he went. Toddler area was ok, the inflatables were ok, the rest of it just kind of seemed out of place. And there's a school there...? I hope the school is better than the rest because it was disappointing for sure. The arcade is sad, half the games were reporting errors and needed an attendant, and the rest seemed like they'd be interesting the first time and after that would lose interest quickly. The place seemed to be entirely run by teenagers who looked absolutely miserable. There was one girl keeping an eye on the entire place, looked like one person in the kitchen, and one or two doing the birthday parties. I did think the movie theater-style seating to be innovative, even if out of place. We won't be back, but it was definitely an experience. Just not one worth repeating. read more

This place is horrible!! We paid $20 for my 2 children just to get in. For that price, there were 2 slides they could go down, and a bounce house. That entertained them for all of 10 minutes. I then got a drink, paid $2 and she filled it halfway, after asking her to fill it up, I got about a drink more. We also bought $20 in tokens at the door, what they fail to tell you us that there are only about 3 games(2-4 tokens each). The other machines are simply, put in 4 tokens, pull a handle and win 5 tickets. I went to the desk and asked them if they would let me return the tokens, they informed me that we can use them on our next visit....no chance of that! Definitely not worth $40 for 2 kids for about 30 minutes (and that's only because we HAD to use up the tokens) of "fun". read more

I just took my 1.5 year old and 2.5 year old here this past Sunday and had the worst experience ever! First of all, on the website the pictures of the place are decieving because when i got there it was nowhere as big in person as it leads to be on the website. The place is incredibly small, staff was rude, food was outrageously priced, I had to ask the staff for supplies for the arts & crafts table. We ended up leaving after an hour and was expecting it to be an all day event. I am very unsatisified and I would not recommend this place to anyone I know! read more

Would give place negative stars if I could. I hadn t been for years but heard they had some zipline bungee thing kids could ride across the ceiling. My son was very excited to try this so we went so off we went. I also wanted to grab some info for my sons bday party and a possible lock in for a scout type group. When we went in manager Grant was working the counter. He told me it was 6.99 for the bounce area and the rest was extra or my son could do everything for 20.50 (19.99 plus tax).. I said he really wanted to do the ceiling thing and glow ball so we would take the 19.99. I went in the Scooby bounce house with my son and it smelled bad, like mildew and urine. Went to play glow ball and the room was filled with toddlers for the daycare. We decided just to wait and do that last after they were finished in the room. Went to bathroom and it was filthy. When it came time for my son to do the zip-line we were told that our package included euro bungee not the zip-line. Apparently everything didn t mean everything . The worker was friendly and said the manager could probably just switch out the bungee for the zip-line. The manager Grant told us he wouldn' t and the other guy said that because he didn' t know what he was talking about. .I told him we thought the euro bungee was the zip-line and my son didn' t want to do the bungee so we would pay the difference if he could switch them. Still he said no. Euro bungee, Glow ball etc are on the wall menu but zip-line is not mentioned at all anywhere which is part of why we thought they were one and the same. He refused to let us pay the difference so we had to pay another 10 bucks for my son to zip-line. He literally laughed at us because I had the two confused and was very degrading. When I said I didn t know what it was and that he had told me the 20.00 package included everything he replied with most people when they have a question ask . He was immediately irritated, rude, condescending and combative. He is the worst person I have ever dealt with in customer service. No apology for not explaining it better nothing just too bad . We ask for his managers name. When my son was picking a toy after spending another 30 bucks in tokens he was irritated that it was taking him a few minutes and rushing my child. My son decided to just save his tickets for next time and it was because of the vibe coming off the manager. When we were leaving in a very sarcastic voice he said Have a nice day but there was nothing sincere in his comment he was just being a jerk. I will never go back there.. We will be having my sons party and lock in at Lazer Blaze instead. I had difficulties on a play day so I can t imagine how bad they would be if a problem arose with a party. read more
