New Kid Check is no longer effective. I liked the old setup better where there was a designated person checking hand stamps as families leave. Now, workers behind the counter get too busy and distracted. They can't give proper attention to those leaving. My daughter waited at the counter to check out with her baby. Meanwhile, we watched several people leave with kids... defeating the whole purpose. Basically, anyone can leave with your kid if they wanted to.

Such an awesome location! The managers are extremely kind and great with the kiddos here, you can tell it's more than just a job for them - they actually enjoy what they do which is special. They keep this location very clean and the games are never "out of order". In comparison to the Concord one where there were a handful that were blocked off and the staff wasn't as attentive... we are very happy with our experience at the Fairfield Chuck E. Cheese and would highly recommend getting the fun passes!

I want to give this place and the staff some love. We recently signed up for the monthly membership and have been getting great value out of the program and the experience each time is very positive. The staff are attentive and friendly and go out of their way to make sure the kids have a fun time. The manager today even noticed my son was scared of Chuckie Cheese and redirected the staff. The facilities are clean and all the games are functioning. The Photo Booth is fun and does not cost extra. My kids have fun running around and so get to play a bit with them or sit in a booth and use some free Wi-Fi while they run around together. The food is consistently good. With the membership I get a discount and the price is reasonable. The pizza crust has a nice garlic/butter flavor and the stuffed crust is good. I've had the cheese bread with red sauce and ranch and the wings with dip and celery. Better quality food than I remember as a kid. The place is pretty busy but it's spacious and the noise is not overwhelming like other similar places. I also like the entertainment they have with the music videos, dancing with Chuck E, and the interactive dance floor. Fun outing for me and the kids!

Five star service - everyone we encountered were super nice and friendly especially the young man at the register. I had problems with my Groupon but he and his manager got it to work. Their food came super fast as well. The place is the cleanest I've seen a Chuck E. Cheese's. The kids had a blast!

Good ol' Chuck E. Cheese! My family and I refer to it as the "little kid's casino". This Chuck E. Cheese has changed a lot, since the 1990s, to keep up with the current times. The facility is much brighter than it was when I was a kid, which I do appreciate now that I have my own. Many of the games have a lot of bright, flashing lights and music, giving that "casino" / arcade vibe. The service we received here was pretty good. Some employees were more friendly and patient than others, which is quite common nearly everywhere you go. I do, however, appreciate how the gentleman working at the reward counter was very encouraging with my niece when she was trying to win an additional prize. The food was actually good. We ordered pepperoni and cheese pizzas for my family, which we pretty much devoured during our 2-2.5 hour stay there. There was a salad bar there as well, but I was quite hesitant to try it since little kids had access to it. My mom, however, had a plate of salad and didn't get sick, so I'm sure the employees monitor the salad bar quite well. They have a pretty decent selection of various arcade games and rides for the little ones of nearly all ages and sizes. They also have a bounce house type section for the older kids to enjoy. Overall, we all had a good time at Chuck E. Cheese. It's always a good feeling to see your kids and niece laughing and having a fun time, so it was well worth it.

We are Bronze fun pass holders and we enjoy the Fairfield location very much. All of the staff are so kind and friendly especially the General Manager Mohammed and Allie. Everyone there continues to provide amazing service everytime we visit. We recently celebrated our daughter's 5th Birthday there and our host was great as well. They keep the place as clean as possible which makes for an safe and fun environment for the entire family. The pizza is also tasty. We've tried almost every topping and have yet to find a pie we didn't like. We highly recommend this place where a kid can be a kid!

Stopped in to pick up a pizza to go. It was a weekday so it wasn't packed. I was helped right away by the person that was at the door. Looks like they remodeled some since the last time I was there. I remember the pizza being really good but it was just okay pizza.

Andre at the prize section is AMAZING!!! First time back since the pandemic and we were a little over whelmed since our family grew just a tad bit. However he took his time with each child, they did not feel rushed and they got exactly what they wanted. He also made sure at the end that they were happy with their "purchase". Food is a tad bit over priced and play time is timed By minutes, so for our family of 5 this new change does not benefit us. But great to throw parties.

Last time i was hear was before pandemic. This place has turned 360 for the better! I can't pinpoint what exactly changed but i know something has changed. It looks cleaner and more organized inside. I remember years ago that their food area was just not appetizing because it was messy. Now, it looks good and the salad area was clean and tidy. The number of games are the same but i like that the points are now saved in your card. No need to carry physical tickets and to feed them in the counter. That is a good improvement! Lastly, the 5 star service is for the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff that were on april 14. The vibe they bring was just different. They seem to love working there. That is not how I remember the staff years ago. I wish i can mention all their names but they know who they are. I wish they keep the positive attitude towards work. It means a lot to customers! I even mentioned to one of the staff how impressed i am with them. This place deserves customers!

Not a bad place. A little loud and crowded, but they've repaired more of the machines and I would say a good 95% are operational.

Ask the Community - Chuck E. Cheese

I wonder if owners would consider opening outdoor dining with the mascot coming out, bubbles and music, maybe some toys in the pizza packages to play with at dinner? Our kids are bored at home and it takes much less to entertain them these days!

Do you reuse unfinished pizza from other customers? Thanks.

Goal complete. Did I have fun and enjoy my sons birthday? No The girls there had 0 control over the party. I constantly had to use my adult voice making me an unfun parent and host because the girl running our party had no voice, she didn't command these kids to do anything and they ran all over the girls working that day. Also, when I booked I was told that I'd only have to pay half upfront and half the day of in case we didn't have as many kids as we originally planned. The invoice they sent was for the full party amount. I emailed them asking questions with no response. They knew about my email because when I brought it up they said oh yeah I saw that! Well we will just refund you if needed.... Ok fine but don't tell me you're going to take half now and half later then. The slime is already made by the girls, your kids get to choose the type of slime they want to play with, a scent and a mix in. They do not make the slime themselves. You DO NOT need a 2 hour party. I was told they had games and stuff to do with the kids but the ladies I worked with for my sons party besides the host never left the counter and it felt like they had no structure to a party at all. My son had fun and had a good day that's all that matters, but bring your own back up because you'll be doing most of the work and you won't enjoy your time and kiss your kid doing their own slime because your busy controlling the party. One they make the slime there literally wasn't anything else for them to do.
