We had an awesome time. So much that I couldn't get pictures (or maybe I had too many children with me), lol! Either way it was a nice time. It was the grand reopening night, so we got a chance to see all of the characters, they had giveaways, the purple carpet rolled out, and more! The customer service wasn't all of that great, but that probably could've been due to lack of staff. They were very dismissive, short, and just wasn't helpful. Once we were able to get past that, we had a great time. We ordered 3 pizzas (peperoni, meat lovers, and cheese) all of them were delicious! We also had salad from the salad bar. They were good as well. Too, the games were fun! Instead of tokens, they now give you cards. You can purchase points or minutes, I was a bit confused, but we made it work. You also have to keep up with the card in order to cash in at the end of your play. Of course, you have to win a lot to get a "good" prize. Overall great experience! read more

Alright.... Let's get it, so, the location was pretty cool and well lit. it's not in the alley or anything crazy, it's right off of a main road actually facing the road. The place was fairly cleaned and a lot of the games worked. Bad things, the staff was very nonexistent. Young staff that don't pay much attention to what's going on. My kids and I walked in while a young girl was behind the counter. She looked us directly in the face and went back to what she was doing before she just walked away. I didn't come to CC's for customer service so I wasn't tripping too much, but it was kind of rude. Overall, if you're looking for a quick fix to get the kids out of the house, this is fine and in a good area, but I guarantee it's a "one hitter quitter". read more

A kids favorite party place and play place. Fun and happy faces all over the place. Right in the door hostess will place a hand stamp and the order desk is right up front. Order pizza, salads and playing cards for the game machines that gives tickets. My suggestion for the younger children is to go here early in the morning or week days. It gets crowded and congested. Parking and seating can be difficult at peak times. Birthday parties are popular here and the staff is very accommodating. read more

Nobody was at the front stamping kids and their parents. I mean, the stamp was just sitting there and all with nobody there. I thought usually that safety stuff is really important to Chuckie. Anyone could just waltz in. I told the cashier and she said "oh you didn't get stamped?" Um ... like no. My main gripe in addition to this is that the games seemed rigged to play very short. These are kids. C'mon. Like each game was only a few seconds long and then the game is over. Some games cost 2 credits too. Idk. When your 6 year old says they want to go home after not even an hour there, you know they can't be having much fun. read more

Oh the memories! Growing up, Chuck E Cheese's was my favorite place to go and now it's my kids favorite place! The pizza is delicious! They also have a salad bar and wings and other delicious foods available. (They serve beer too!) The games are fun and so many to choose from. They have recently renovated the place so no more fun tunnels or the dreadful germ ball pit lol but lots of other fun games and activities to do. They have also done away with tokens and all of your tokens now go on a card! Just scan your card to play! Pretty cool actually! No more having to keep up with your tokens. Tickets are still coming out individually so you'll have to feed them to the ticket counter! Overall, I truly enjoy this place. Especially, during the week when it's not so crowded. Weekends can get a little crazy here! (Speaking from experience!) They are totally safe here as well. They stamp you before you enter and check before you leave. That way your child can not leave with anyone else! (Stranger danger!) I give this place 5 stars and will continue supporting this classic place to be a kid, the only and only Chuck E. Go EARLY. As an adult without kids this was the coolest place to take whoever I was babysitting. Now that I have 2 kids of my own.. I would rather suffer a flu than go to CEC. That said... GO EARLY!! You can't beat the prices for a BDay party so the earlier you can go the better it is for your nerves. The last time I went, it was packed WALL to WALL. I'm talking college night club packed. (Y'all!!) I was fortunate that this time the parents were able to get a spot relatively early. That did wonders for everyone's nerves. The staff is on top of it!! As far as kid filled places go, this Chuck E Cheese is not bad. It is always kept clean and is just the right size to be manageable. All games are $.25 so your kids can have a great time without breaking the bank. The best time to go to avoid the crowds is during the week when they first open. It gets really crowded on the weekend with birthday parties and I avoid it on the weekends. If I do go I go early and leave before 11:00. The pizza is mediocre at best but they do have other menu options. The bread sticks are good and I often get the salad bar which is small and basic but fresh. You don't come here for the food. It is more to entertain the kids in a safe, clean environment. read more

Manager and staff were welcoming. Instructions for social distancing are briefed before entry. Cleanliness is up kept. Bathrooms were clean. Staff walked around cleaning games and rides. No complaints about the pizza. Thumbs up to staff. Five stars if there were a rotation of new games. read more

I was told to wait for 30 mins for entry or can leave as it is over crowded. One of the Manager saw us and requested to wait for few minutes. He allowed us enter in 5 min. Good thing !! my kid was not disappointed It was a first visit with my family. My kid enjoyed the games. It was very crowded , I guess it was Saturday evening and winter . You get tickets on games you play(not for all) and can exhaust your point card which you buy initially. Good part is you earn tickets on the game you play. Finally you can redeem your ticket with some goodies for you kids there for free. I am giving 3 Star because my family enjoyed ignoring the experience I had at the entrance though. Went here on a Saturday. Of course it is packed, which is not an issue with me. Every table was taken by the time we sat down. My issues are -It's expensive for what you get (look for coupons!!) -Pizza tasted like a frozen pizza from Wal Mart -Several of the games didn't work but had no sign displaying it was out of order. -Several of the games were out of tickets -many of the games would not give you the correct ticket amount. Ex) I got the High score on the basketball game and got 2 tickets consistently. -Employees were nice but did not care about the games being out of order. They knew exactly what was happening. There's always games that don't work. Woman at front desk was very standoffish. Bathrooms clean and pizza is overpriced but my son enjoys going there so that's all that matter. Incredible pizza has a better value and 3 times the size so I would recommend there. read more

Just had a birthday party for my two girls here, and they did an awesome job. I brought the cupcakes and cake pops and they did the rest. My girls are still wearing their Birthday Star medals and carrying around their Chuck E. Cheese stuffed animals (that their dad won for them- Go Dad!), and one of the guests commented that their daughter now wants to have a party there too. Fun for the kids, I would only go on a weekday, even then it's a bit scary. Some unsupervised kid stepped on my sons head inside the tubular play set, my son is no longer going in that, as there aren't enough clear panels for the parents to see what's going on inside. We only ordered a person cheese pizza and they forgot about it, had to go up to the desk and ask them, my receipt was slowly pulled up to verify and did eventually come out. Nearly every other location in the state I've been to serves, this location does not accomidate. I'm not saying "hey! let's bring our kids to a place to get wasted!" But I am saying when we have children's birthday party... a drink or two that takes that awkward social edge to initiate communication between adults from different ages and backgrounds is incredibly useful; the same adults who are literally paying for this with our time, effort, and literal money. The corporate policy is 2 drinks, I find this reasonable given the environment and the fact that this is torture to many of us (parents). The location offers very little outside of dated black and white 'picture' machines that rival the quality of the original 1998 Gameboy photo camera, cliche boardwalk ticket machines that offer 30-60 seconds of engagement, and a tunnel crawl system that can likely be defined with a one way sign for small children. I was very underwhelmed. The staff, food service, and helpfulness on their part was great...and by no means should reflect the poor decisions clearly put forth by their management. read more

I booked a 2nd birthday party at this location on a Monday. It wasn't crowded at all. TuTu was our party planner assistant. She was great from beginning to end. She checked on us constantly. Very nice and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely go back and recommend this location. read more

I purchased a thin crust pizza, and breadsticks. Before I placed my order I saw an advertisement that stated "We beat Pizza Hut" in customer product survey, the description of the crust was crunchy, crispy. I reserved my child a party , we came in and no one greeted us, the guy at the front stayed on his phone for 10 mins before he even asked how he could help us. I then state I'm here for a party, which he got up and walked off, he finally comes back and then states I can head to the back, I get to the back there's no hostess, I have no clue where my child's set up is, I get the attention of an employee, and tell her I'm not sure where my child's set up is, she then shows me, and we both see the party next to us sitting and touching our cups and plates . I then ask for a new set up, they come back and state the cake I ordered isn't available. I ask why they didn't call me before hand . She stated she didn't know. I ask for the manager that then tells me I can go through with the party or not. I then state I can't not do my 4year olds birthday. And this was unacceptable. Through out the party no hostess was around. I had to keep finding an employee to ask for drinks and pizzas. Our game cards didn't work on half the games . I then ask where our hostess is at 7:50 as I paid for a birthday show and our party ends at 8:30.The employee tells me there won't be one because of Covid. I then show him my reservation and that I paid for a birthday show. He shock his head so I then asked for a manager. Which the manager sent another employee out. I explained my issues to her and she then walks back in the kitchen and says this lady is just complaining about everything. The manager comes out and I explain my same issues. He states that the birthday show doesn't happen till 8:30 but my party ends at 8:30. He then states that there's no way the games are not working for just me and my kids. As no one else has complained. I state to him that sense I got there nothing has been right and this was unacceptable. He turns around and laughs and tells me nothing he does is gonna make me happy . Instead of fixing him and his employees mistakes he then try's to have me removed by security because I told him I won't be paying for a party my child never received. The manager Derek shouldn't be a manager! He lacks the capability to do the job, he allows disrespect from his employees and he disrespects the customers. I feel old reviewing this, because I remember having my birthday here when I was a kid. And really, from a kid's perspective, this is an awesome place to have a party. I attended a friend's kid's party here and while I, as an adult, felt like I wanted to crawl under a table and hide from the COLORS! and SOUNDS!, it is a fun little pizza party with kiddie friends, and there are little rides and games for the kiddos to keep them busy on the cheap. We came after school with one child. The play pass kept taking points and most of the machines were out of tickets or didn't work. We tried to get a frozen treat out of automated ice cream box and it kept saying make another selection until we realized it was empty. We were ignored while we waited to tell someone. Eventually someone told us that the ice cream box was defrosting. We suggested that there should be a sign stating the machine was out of order, and the employees either shrugged or looked confused. No one seemed to care that my kid was disappointed. To sum it up, for the $45 we spent, it was not worth it. Chuck E. Cheese is so much fun, not just for kids, I have fun when I go too. All the games are .25 which is super cheap compared to other places. We go on the weekend, sometimes it is too crowded, but it mostly depends on the time of day you go, which I think the later the better. This place is always clean and the games are always working. The pizza here tastes good and you get coupons in your email, or even in the Sunday paper. read more

My family and I have hosted and been to several parties here and it has always been great! Prices are right. Coupons are available on the website and the local paper. They recently switched to a play pass instead of the traditional gold coins. The entire food menu here exceptional! Everything always tastes fresh. I think the only downside it is very crowded most of the time and at times they do have issues with the games. (Not working properly/taking money, etc.) I have found the staff including managers to be very helpful and made our experience great! As a parent this place is so much better than incredible pizza for many different reasons. Biggest reason being, safety! There is so much hectic traffic at IP some parents tend to be paranoid someone could walk out with my kid. I've walked out with my kids before and no one has said anything to me or questioned if they were mine. As my son says, CEC ROCKS! We will definitely be back! Took the grandkid here on a visit to Memphis. Place is clean and like every Chuck E Cheeses ever the food is so-so. Cashier was pretty rude to my daughter and definitely NOT used to that. Was the worst Chuck E cheese I've ever taken my daughter too! Couldn't get tokens from any of the machines they were all out of order. A lot of the games weren't working. Some wouldn't give you tickets after you played and some just took your tokens. Staff weren't friendly at all and most seemed to just stand around and not even try and fix any of the things wrong.
