I can't believe that it has been 8 years since I have written a review for this place. Since then, changes have been made and I can say that it is much better than my previous experience. Once again, I attended for my other best friend's daughter birthday (such a full circle moment). This time the vibe was calm and cool. The attendant was super pleasant and helpful to the party. She was attentive and making sure that she had everything we needed from food, utensils, to paper products. I will say that there was not a huge crowd there, so that made it feel more relaxed than last time. The sitting area for parents is much more comfy as well. They even added massage chairs that feels amazing might I add. The concession stand was good as well. They have a lot of candy options, pizza, nachos, hotdogs, etc. The typical things that you look for when in that type of establishment. After the birthday party, I went again during my nieces and nephews during Spring Break and the vibe was the same. So therefore, I will be going back! read more

I'm so happy they renovated this place! It's better than ever! All new equipment, and there's a vast arcade inside. The arcade games were not running yet, but when they do, it'll be fun for the kids! My six-year-old loved this place! It's an indoor trampoline park! There's also a play place just for the little bitty ones, and she loved that area too! Jumping World was a super-fun and easy party for my 7 year old twins. They are boy-girl twins with very different interests and friends, but everyone had a great time. We had a 20 jumper party booth, and there was plenty of room for parents to spill out and walk around. We had toddlers through age 10, they all loved it. Pizza was from Marco's, really good, I brought cake, ice cream, and snacks. Worth it for the price. I'm so glad we came here instead of paying more than double at Urban Air. First and for most my 8 year old found a straight edge razor in the foam pit!!! Thank god no one was hurt and the girl at the front desk just said oh sorry about that. The entire building was absolutely disgusting! If I could give zero stars I would! There are holes in multiple trampolines and the ceilings are leaking making water spots all over the floor. If you've never been to other trampoline parks you will probably think this place is great but compared to other ones this one is not great. First off it smelt like a high school gym locker that has never been cleaned. I was embarrassed to post pics on Facebook bc there was black spots on the floor and trampolines. Secondly I'm assuming there was no A/c being that it was 100 degrees which probably explains the horrible smell. Also if you're looking at their website they have awesome pics of toddler inflatables but there isn't any of that at this location which is the main reason we came being that I have a 2 year old. Had a lot of fun jumping at the trampoline park. I like that you can run up and down the long stretches of the trampoline and that your not confined to one square. Foam pit was fun to jump in but it is difficult to get out of. Basketball was fine but not my thing. Dodgeball is fun to play..the kids can get really competitive. All in all fun place to play at. Fun for the kiddos and a great workout for adults if your up to it! read more

Very fun, but no denim is allowed here. You can still bring your own socks. We have come here several times for summer camp field trips. This needs to be more like a new Urban Air. It has no rope course, no sky rider, and furthermore. Would not go for slam dunk (too high for me) and toddler area if you're already old enough to not go there. read more

The staff really needs to watch who they hire. The little girl that was overseeing the foam pit was borderline abusive. I saw her screaming at kids and then pulling them out by one arm, and then by one arm and a leg. When she put her hands on my kid I told her not to put her hands back on my kid. This place allows kids to be dropped off and unsupervised, the kids that are dropped off are very disrespectful and try to fight other kids and when the parents step in to find the kids parents they then started to try and fight the adult, they made a scene and cussed out and treated adults as if they were peers, the manager was let known what happen she let the kids stay even after finding out the parents were not there,, the kids still made a scene and kept the drama up and the situation was made worse and was all video recorded as well on live.. I paid money for my kids to have a good time just so little thugletts could try and out number and jump other kids then be allowed to stay after cussing out and being completely disrespectful to adults... Held my daughter's birthday party at Jump World this past Saturday. It was amazing! The staff was great especially Becky! They made sure to check in and were very professional. My son had his 10th birthday party here Saturday afternoon. Our party table was ready for us before our time officially started, and we had time to blow up some balloons we brought before our guests arrived. The children (ages 2 to 12) all had a great time, but the 90 minutes of play time goes by fast! They ran so much that were all sweating by the time they sat down for the 30 minutes of pizza (Papa John's - yum!), cake, ice cream and presents. Hard to fit it all in 30 minutes! We ordered two extra pizzas (10 children, 8 adults) for 4 total pizzas and had almost a full pizza left. The t-shirt and free water ball ride for the birthday boy were a nice surprise, thanks! Our hostess Jayda was wonderful (so we tipped her 10%), as was the manager. Most of the rest of the staff were friendly, smiled and were helpful (except for the some of the teenage boys, they never smiled and weren't friendly). They have plastic forks but no spoons, luckily we had a box in the car. They put the mini ice cream cups in the freezer for us when we were taken to our party table, while we kept the cake on the table in its box. read more

I would have given a 5 because we come from Arkansas all the time and it's always been a joy to bring my son's & their friends here. Today wasn't cool at all. I bought a voucher on Groupon for 2 kids for $16 for an hour jump. Upon arrival the young lady (Maya) told me they couldn't honor the Groupon because it's Veteran's Day. The Groupon expires today, it should not have mattered by it being a holiday. I had to pay an additional $8 so they could play. From here on if I have a coupon or Groupon I better call ahead. read more

Large indoor trampoline park with two dodgeball courts, a foam pit, trampoline lanes, Slam Ball Court, and most recently they added a walking water ball. For starters any trampoline park is awesome in my book, but compared to other facilities this one is "just okay". I say that mainly because this place is HOT ... I understand it would be difficult to keep that huge building cool but it's miserably hot inside during the summer. The other issue is for a "children's play center" the staff (mostly teenagers, young adults) isn't exactly the most "enthusiastic/friendly crew" I have ever seen. The fee to jump is comparable to others - 1 hour of jumping is $11.00 + tax, the walking water ball is $5.00 + tax for 3 minutes. They offer party packages which are a little on the pricey side in my opinion and have scheduled special events, toddler time and things like that fairly often. Overall it's a good place to let your kids run wild for an hour or so **BUT whatever you do make sure you bring them socks to wear! If you forget you will have to purchase "Jump World" socks and they my friends, aren't cheap haha! read more

This place is nasty!! It was dirty and had a weird smell. The "jump guards" were teenagers on their air pods. The actual security guards were sitting around on their phones the entire time we were there until they decided to follow our kids around and get onto them about their stickers falling off! There were fewer than 15 people in the entire place, so it was obvious when we paid and came in with stickers in the beginning. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because my kids had fun after a long car ride. read more

This place needs to be bulldozed and re-built. It was extremely dirty inside, you can see all the dirt and grime on the trampolines and mats. There is so much build up you can no longer slide down the trampoline hills. If they required you to wear their socks it probably wouldn't look the way it does. We paid for 1 hour of jumping for our 1 and 3 year old and left after 30 minutes. Little kids (5 and under) can't play in the foam pits. Very disappointed. Save you money and go elsewhere. read more

Very poor customer service. I purchased the $11 Groupon for my 2 children, to use while in town visiting family for the Thanksgiving holidays. When I purchased the Groupon, the only exclusion listed, was that it had to be used Mon-Thurs and it expires Dec 18th. When I arrived to use the voucher on Tuesday, I was told I would need to pay $5 because "Groupon made an error and should have included that school holidays were also an exclusion" (though only a few schools are out, and NOT the local public schools). Carl, the manager on duty stated that it should be more, but they were 'only' charging $5 for the mistake and that they have mentioned it on their website, Facebook, and that Groupon has now fixed the error. This is false advertising, and they should have honored the voucher I purchased. We will not return, and will continue to use Sky Zone in the future. Also, only ONE attendant watching over ONE area, the other areas were unattended (with a few attendants standing around chatting) for children to do whatever - unsafe! read more

Had my grandson's 5th birthday there today. Our host, if you can call her that, was absent more than we saw her. We don't even know her name. She wasn't friendly and gave our 2nd pizza to another party. So we had to wait an additional 40 minutes for our second pizza. Then we were rushed by our suppose to be hostess and she started cleaning up our table before we were done. They forgot to give the birthday boy his shirt but luckily the manager asked us before we walked out. The place was also dirty. Spent alot of money for a less than desirable party. This was our first experience with a trampoline park....I gave them stunning reviews on their FB page as well....they were very helpful in giving instructions, etc...the prices were very reasonable for the amount of time we spent...it was much cleaner than I had anticipated, but the outside isn't at all what you would expect-the inside is much better taken care of!! I was afraid it would stink but it didn't...coming from a germ freak, I would recommend this park to anyone. Jumping World is a great place to go for the afternoon if you want to be in an air conditioned place but not crowded. The music is a little too loud sometimes but overall is enjoyable. The pricing is fair and costs less than the other trampoline parks near here. The staff has been pretty watchful the past few times and make sure everyone is safe. We took our 13 year old daughter along with four of her girlfriends to celebrate her 13 th birthday and we had an absolute blast!!! They had two jumping guards there, and the jumping guards interacted with each girl and three of the girls and the two jumping guards helped one overcome fear!! We visited on 11/15/17@1:45-3:45 and the girls wanted to stay longer! They all jumped and danced together and to see the joy and fun they all were having was so rewarding to my heart.
